The best restaurants serving Indian food in Scotland

Great service and excellent food. Loved the fish cakes and the chilli chicken was perfect. Garlic naan delicious

We had a best experience at this restaurant while hunting for some desi food during our trip. The staff was helpful if we remember the guy name Khaqan & the girl at the counter. We tried their chicken handi which was but spicy but same evening we had their Mutton bhunna which was very tender & delicious. Honestly speaking, that was one of the best mutton we ever had & we were even discussing about the same taste yesterday.

Visited on a Sunday evening whilst on holiday. It was busy (unlike the previous night when we had walked past) likely due to the Christmas light switch-on happening just outside. We were seated quickly despite not having booked, drinks and poppadoms arrived shortly followed by our starters which took us quite by surprise (we had literally just ordered!) everything was delicious both came away stuffed and satisfied. The restaurant looked a little tired. Service was great. Food was lovely. Price was excellent.

gave me a mushroom poori instead of a chicken one

Ordered chicken biryani and Hyderabadi prawn gravy. Both are sweet ,not flavouring and doesn't taste Indian. Biryani doesn't justify it's just a rice mixed with tomato gravy. Tandoori chicken was good. Overall taste was not up to the ratings. Sorry

First time here a few weeks ago, undiscerning food, poppadoms served with no accompaniment, main dish was bland, more sauce than meat, overcooked rice. One waiter was inexperienced and clueless , other waiter experienced and pushy for tip when had not done much to deserve one. Venue was half full, not too noisy but nothing in atmosphere or decor to set it apart, felt dated and cold. It was expensive given the poor food and experience.

Fantastic Indian food and attentive friendly staff made this visit very enjoyable. The food for each of our party of 4 was delicious.

The restaurant itself is tired and dated buy the food and value for money is great.

Chicken Chaat was different than usual, normally love it but we really didn't like it this time. and didn't finish it.

Mejor indio en Escocia si no lo has probado no deberías saber lo que te falta. La comida es increíble. Muy auténtico todo lo que he tenido de este indio ha sido encantador que no quieres que termine. Debes intentar mirar hacia atrás.

¿Por qué existe este lugar? Claramente no tienen idea de la atención al cliente en un barrio local. No puedo esperar a que haya otra opción cerca de la casa.
