First time we’d been and really enjoyed the food - cauliflower pakora was amazing.

Pleasant enough meal, decent size portions. We had a mixed Pakora to start, partner had a Chicken Tikka main and I had a Lamb Byriani.

Best ever Indian food, was recommended by a friend and my daughter had chicken Tikka chasni and I had chicken dopiaza Madras, best ever Indian food 100%

Wasn’t a sit down it was a takeaway Ordered a South Indian garlic with a garlic nan. Received some bits of chicken in a tomato sauce and a frisbee that was freezing for a nan Politely called back to explain I wasn’t happy with the food and wished to return it as it wasn’t up to standard. Ended up in an argument with the rudest manager ever about how they didn’t want my custom if I returned food So I’m just supposed to accept whatever they give me?! I’d avoid if you have tastebuds, but if you’re willing to just accept whatever they say is good food batter in. Doubt I’ll ever get a refund, but a lesson learned. Had to order from elsewhere

Awful! Went for my sons birthday as previous visits have been great but tonight was so bad we didn't even leave a tip(1st time ever) Staff were rude made to feel really unwelcome and uncomfortable couldn't get out quick enough! DO NOT visit this place there are much better options

I ordered a curry and some beers for delivery by phone . Guy I spoke to said I couldnt pay the whole order by card by phone . Told me to order curry online and pay for beers separate when guy delivered the curry . Guy came with delivery but with no beers and said he knew nothing about the beers and I had only ordered a curry online . I have ordered curry and beers before from there without doing separate payments !! Not happy with Bombay dreams on this occasion !’

UPDATE: THIS WAS NOT A SHARED BILL!!! We asked for our bill seperate and you DID overcharge us. You even told me on the phone that as a good will gesture , you'd refund us but because i was shouting over the phone im not getting it back....!As you can see, the "manager" comes on and responds like he cares, trust me, this wasn't how he spoke to me on the phone. I stuck to what you called "threats" and I have told everyone what you done. They all now questioned if you done the same to them. I explained to you on the phone that my husband just paid the bill not thinking anything off it. It was me who saw on the bank statement and what you had charged us. If I'd have been paying , I'd have questioned you right there and then. Doesn't matter now, we won't be back. I told your regulars this and they said they'll be going elsewhere now. This is all on you! Went with a large party for a birthday bash ( the crowd we were with are regulars). We specifically asked for a separate bill , infact , I asked twice to make sure it had been done and I was told yes it was separate. At the end of the night my hubby asked for our bill and he paid it. The following day I checked and we had been charged quite a bit over . I called the following day to query it and was told the manager would call me on Tuesday. Needless to say, I didn't get a call. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and figured they'd call me on the Wednesday. No call came. I've just called them just now (Saturday) and got the speak to the "manager". Basically called me a liar saying I could just be saying that I'd been overcharged. He was rude, abrupt, talking over me, not letting me speak then accused me of threatening him because I said I was gonna do a review and I'd be telling the crowd what I've just experienced. I can tell you now, we won't be eating there again. Nasty manager with zero experience concerning customer satisfaction!!! I've heard Dalshannon Farm are really good for anyone else that's had issues with this clown.

Customer service is lacking sadly! Heard my name being called at main entrance but I'm waiting in bar! 5mins or so passed so I asked what's happening? Turn's out the guy left my carry-out at table at front entrance without even asking in the bar waiting area!!! Shocking if you ask me as it hasn't been the first time I've had similar issues waiting in bar area! & Surprise Surprise it happened yet again this evening!!! The reason I'm aware of this is because i asked the young man that isn't my order sitting on that table is it? So he went & checked 2mins later there's my order which I believe was sitting on that very table! If an order is ready why oh why I'm I still waiting??? Very unprofessional & it seems to be a regular occurrence "there's no excuse" now i know why my order's haven't always been pipeing hot! In saying that the folk behind the bar are friendly /polite & the food is brilliant.

We came as a group of 10 Food was lovely fresh and hot!!! Everything was on point and there were no errors!! The waiters made sure every single item we ordered was on our table!! Food was perfect not too spicy and perfect size. Would go again great service overall!!

I have been to Bombay Dreams many times and have always had a good experience there. The food is first class, the staff are very friendly and pleasant, and they have the cleanest mirrors I've ever seen!! I also like the coloured lighting that encompasses the entire restaurant. I'd highly recommend this restaurant.

The service was rushed, I felt. The Tawa Dish was actually a bit bland. In fairness the pakora and chicken Chaat were some of the best our party have ever eaten. Still well worth a visit.

My wife ordered food from takeaway last night as it the only one I go to but the whole meal was terrible no taste and cold I'm so disappointed been going there for years

An incredible meal, I love spicy food so ordered a phaal and have been to many restaurants in Glasgow and Cumbernauld, but none have brought the heat like tonight when I ordered the Phaal, succulent chicken and the spice level was exactly what I asked for, the meal for my partner was a chicken chilli tawa and she loved it as well, a side of veg pakora which was also lovely. 10/10 couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Lovely place and staff are lovely and polite but one was a bit dry and rushy as I had just sit down and a second in he was at my table asking wat I wanted to eat i hadn't even had time to look at the menu I had to ask him to give me a couple of minutes to look at the it I didn't even get to take ma jacket off. but apart from that it was lovely.

We’ve been to Bombay Dreams a few times and they never disappoint. Great food and service every time. The pakora was so fresh and crispy, the curries were excellent and good portion sizes too. Drinks prices very reasonable. Highly recommended.

Bombay has been the first place to order from for special occasions. My granddaughter birthday yesterday what a dissapointment. The passage and the chassis tasted the same....tasteless!!

Takeaway. I have found its always on the expensive side except for family special events the we will use it and never been disapointed...till last night. The pasander and chasni tasted the same...tasteless. They missed part of our order also. So its back to Dalshanon Farm for us.

A party of 7people. Great food bursting with flavour good service only thing I didn't like was the second ur last monthfull was inside you the staff would swipe your plates and cutlery away strange and it was not that busy

Usually order takeaway from here, restaurant quality food that does home delivery. Superb tender lamb, best i've ever had. Big portions too. Not sure whats going on with their chicken tikka masala though. I could murder a garlic nan right now. Best indian place in town.

We have not eaten in the restaurant side but have been a regular customer to the take away side, both of us feel they have cut down on the portions in which we have received over the last couple of weeks, suppose its like everything else nowadays

I went there to takeaway the food. However I asked them to serve me soup at the table until my order is prepared for collection. The manager denied to serve me and said we cannot provide you a table when order is takeaway. I run 4 grill and restaurants in India and never ever we’d denied any customer if it doesn’t harm my business. This was the first and last time at this hotel. Also, the sabji was cold and so tasteless, I’d to trash it. Now if you think that the food was cold because it was a takeaway order, FYI, I reached home in 5 mins.

Went for a carryout got chicken tikka masala and chicken pakora with naan bread ,twenty mins while it was mobbed

Not bad but I've had a lot better, my balti was meant to be hot with chillis which is wasn't and my work mate asked for a chicken tikka dish and got lamb. To be fair they did offer to change it and the service was pretty good but the food let it down.

We ordered take out for the first time since moving back here and I can honestly say I was deeply disappointed. After reading the reviews saying how good the food was I was expecting an excellent meal and we had the complete opposite. The food was totally bland and flavourless. We have given 2 stars due to the delivery time and driver but other than that we will not be ordering here again.

I was really disappointed with my main meal, the chicken was very bad, lots of not nice bits and it tasted just not right, a shame as the starter had been OK.

Food was awesome hot and fresh the best Indian I have had in many a year. The staff are so helpful and chatty without being intrusive. My fiance brought me here as she has been often so I will be back ☺️

From Hull passing through to the Highlands and the second time to visit Bombay Dreams. The first time in April 23 was brilliant, so stopped again and just as excellent. Food not just the same old same old, but some interesting and very tasty dishes, cooked extremely well, delivered fast and at a very good price. Service was very pleasant, relaxing and helpful. All in all an excellent find - any thoughts about opening a branch in Hull😀

Weekend trip up to see the Falkirk Wheel, arrived at the hotel after 6 hours driving, got into the room and pick a local restaurant, this one the Bombay Dream and the food was fabulous, particularly the special mixed Tawa, staff very pleasant, polite, happy and helpful. Definitely 5 out of 5.

Lovely restaurant. Food was cooked to perfection. The mixed platter for starters is huge but so tasty. Our waiter was really friendly, then I got confused because his twin brother works there too. Reasonably priced too.

Last time we dined here was about 10 years ago but we thought we'd give it a try and we were very glad we did. The staff couldnt have been any more welcoming, friendly and professional. Very attentive and courteous without being overbearing. Now down to brass tacks, the food was truly amazing! We chose from the Valentine offer menu which came with a complementary glass of prosecco however they very kindly offered to swap them to a lager and glass if white wine instead. My wife had chicken pakora which was delicious and my chicken chaat was juicy, flavoursome and perfectly cooked. The portion sizes for these starters was very generous and the dishes well presented. For our mains we had chicken korma which was rich and creamy and full of flavour and one of the best lamb bhoonas i've ever tasted. Both were bursting with meat and we struggled to finish them as we both had a portion of rice each and shared a perfectly done nann. We usually share one rice and nann but we thought what the hell, we had both saved ourselves for this lol. To finish we had gulab jamin with ice cream, lovely. And a coffee to finish. All that for £29.95 each is exceptional value. This offer runs right up to Valentines Day and i cant recommend it enough, you wont be disappointed. The waiter even presented my good lady with a red rose before we left. Excellent food, amazing service and at a phenomenal price, totally 5 stars! Thanks to all at Bombay Dreams!

This was a redate with the future wife (I got drunk last time and forgot to meet up with her - boys will be boys). The food was fantastic, the nice food and atmosphere kept me out of the doghouse. Thank you Bombay Dreams, If this date wasn't a total success, I think I'd have been kicked to the curb. Will definitely return - peschwari Naan was fantastic.

Bombay Dreams is the best place in cumbernauld for a curry. They've kept their standards for all these years and never had any issues. Delivery time is roughly under an hour because they are making their currys fresh, so, good timing. Best place for takeaway and to sit in.

Been coming here since 2004 and the quality has never dipped. We've brought people from all over here and everyone has loved it. Amazing food and lovely staff, easily one of the best restaurants in North Lanarkshire.

I went with my girlfriend on Friday. Award winning place I have never had a better curry. Staff are lovely offered to take pictures of us together with cocktails. Food was out quick. Not a single complaint highly recommend.

Cheese and garlic nan was a nan with a dollop of cheese and a plastic bag in it, chicken pakora's were quite nice, but the bhuna was horrendous and tasted awful and so dry, deffo wouldn't recommend it.

First visit here and most probably our last , mixed platter for 2 to start was good then the oddest thing for our main course my wife and I ordered 2 different curries mine being a chicken chilli tawa and my wifes a chicken Karachi the curries were exactly the same in taste no difference what so ever 😆 only thing mine having some spring onion sprinkled on top so instead of making a big thing about it you learn from your mistakes and move on from the one big curry pot eatery as i see it as what we got , but the mixed platter was good but eating got a wee bit annoying with one of the waiters trying to crack jokes when your eating that were not in the slightest bit funny.

Actually the best Indian in Cumbernauld. I wont eat in any other. I live two streets away from another one that claims to be the best and it’s not, I would rather drive here/order a take away from Bombay. The food here is always cooked to perfection and so tender. Love it.
