Took Mum here for the first time having been with friends and partner in the past. We went on a Tuesday evening and had the set buffet menu. Mum is a die hard chicken korma only diner but I persuaded her to have the mango dish which she loved as creamy and mild and flavoursome and will have again. Staff Kaled and Hossain (apologies if I have misspelt the names) couldn't do enough for us and were attentive without being intrusive. Best onion bhajis I have ever had. 5* all round and we'll be back to try the other mango dish!

We eat as 2 couples on a Friday night. It wasn’t very busy but was quite noisy and it was difficult to hear what we were talking about sometimes. The food was good quality and very tasty. The staff were attentive and we didn’t feel pressured to order what we didn’t want. However, after the meal and after we had paid we noticed we had been charged for 2 beers rather than 1. The waiter and manager tried all ways to avoid giving a refund. Free drink next visit, a bottle to take away, another drink now, we don’t have any cash. The lowest point was to state that they would deduct the refund from the waiters wages. Eventually the manager cobbled together 5 £1 coins to give as a cash refund. We won’t be returning

We have just moved into the area and we are working our way through restaurants and takeaways. Me and my partner had a takeaway from here consisting of starters mains and sides. The food arrived quickly and hot. All of the dishes were really tasty and good size portions. The spice level isn’t too much I had a lamb pathia and it wasn’t too hot. My partner enjoyed her meal also and we will 100% be ordering again. We found the price reasonable too.

A really good take away, we couldn't fault it, food so tasty, onion bhaji best we have had, served with salad and yogurt dressing. Curries large portions, with lots of meat. Ordered an hour before we wanted to collect and it was ready when we called at the restaurant. Staff very friendly. Cash only, no cards taken. Highly recommend

This review is truthful. I'm a local resident with Indian ancestry. The other day, I attempted to reserve a spot for three people. After waiting for a response for twenty-five minutes, I decided to cancel the reservation and place an online order for fried rice, lamb tikka, chicken pathia, South Indian garlic chilli chicken, various nan breads, and rotis. I could not find any differences between Naan and Rotis, and they are chewy as well. Chicken curries are very poor quality as they are previously cooked chicken meats reheated with some poor quality readymade gravies. No spices or flavours are entered in the meat. Lamb Tikka doesn’t taste like real tikka and tastes weird and rubbery, and the portion was too small for £12. Fried rice was again too little for the price of £3.50. I have attached pictures of Lamb and Fried Rice. And the food colour stain remained on my fingers for a long time, possibly using some chemical colouring. I believe that by charging three times as much for tiny, strange-tasting curries and chewy breads, these people are simply defrauding or exploiting the locals, who are unaware of the true flavour of Indian food. Less than ten people were seated when I arrived for collection at 8 p.m., which was not surprising. Why could they not respond to my booking request even after 25 minutes? I could have got much better food in good portions from a takeaway for half the price.

Fantastic restaurant that truly deserves a 5/5 stars rating. The food was brilliant, showcasing a delightful array of flavours. What stood out the most was the extensive menu, offering plenty of options to cater to every palate. Very friendly staff, thank you to Shaheen for the service.

Top little restaurant is this, great service with a warm welcome and the quality of food is 2nd to none . I highly recommended the mixed kebab starter followed by the tandoori mixed grill , very flavoursome and cooked to perfection. One point to bear in mind ,the restaurant is UN-LICENSED so if you like a drink with your meal you can take your own. Highly recommend visiting if your in the area
