Lala's Restaurant in Bradford

The food was amazing and so tasty. The nan bread is unbelievable! Will definitely be visiting again next time I am in Yorkshire.

Amazing food & service. Couldn't decide between Keema Madras of Keema Bhuna, Asalan recommended Keema & Potato Karahi Asian Style, glad he did as absolutely loved it, I don't normally eat a full main but did tonight. Went with my wife, mother in law & sister in law (her first visit) we all really really enjoyed the food, service excellent & a great atmosphere. Glad we booked for 6pm as getting very busy when we left.

We have been struggling to find a decent curry restaurant in and around Bradford recently. Hard to believe I know. Lala’s was highly recommended to us and we were not disappointed. We had booked a table and were seated quickly. Both my sister and I ordered Seekh kebabs and chicken tikka and keema. Our waiter was Zaynab ( I hope I’ve got the name right ). He was superb, attentive but not in your face. Kebabs were enormous and came as a sizzler. They were delicious. Our curry was a very good portion and was also delicious. Having eaten such huge kebabs we had to leave some curry. That wasn’t a problem because Zaynab bagged it all up for us. We will definitely be returning. Just note if you want the chicken in your curry to be chicken breast just let them know.

Loved our meal here at the weekend. I indulged in their mixed kebab and creamy chicken tikka, and it was absolutely brilliant. The friendly ambiance of Lalas combined with the delicious flavors of their dishes created a memorable experience. They have traditional favorites and unique new flavours. Lalas Indian was impressive with its warm hospitality and mouthwatering dishes.

Beautiful food, from starters to deserts. Absolutely fantastic customer service, the staff were great, really polite, helpful and i would highly recommend.

After several recommendations we visited Lala's and enjoyed the experience. It was clearly a busy Saturday evening and had to queue outside the door and wait 15 minutes before being shown to our table. The food was excellent and reasonably priced. The waiters were very good and at no point did we feel like we were waiting for long periods for food or felt rushed. The owner also took time to thank us for visiting and the complimentary Baileys was a nice touch. Recommended.

I highly recommend a visit. Amenable surroundings, nice music, great food & lovely, courteous staff. We were served by two very helpful & friendly young men named Dylan & Nainy. They were both absolutely brilliant & I hope this comes to the attention of the management as they both deserve acknowledgement. We will be back.

Went there with my family for my brothers birthday. Right from the start we were having to call the waiters to come take our orders. Food was spicy even though we requested mild. Mix starter is nice. We werent able to taste the rest of the food as the spices were too much. Had to wait 50 mins and asked 3 times for one of the dishes we order at the start. Too crowed. The tables r tooo close together.

This restaurant always offer great service. A massive shoutout to Jafer for showing exceptional customer service and looking after us well!

Had a really unpleasant experience which is a shame as LALAs had come highly recommended. In the first instance we waited ages to be seated in a ridiculously crowded and busy bar area, you literally couldn’t move. Finally got a table, the starter of potato and onion Bhaji was inedible- too spicy and so dry and unappetising . Had vegetable biryani and it tasted synthetic and awful. My partner had a chicken dish and the chicken had obviously been frozen. The staff weren’t very friendly or helpful. The food is overpriced and £7 for a bottle of cobra is just too experience. We will not be returning.

Food was amazing, 12 of us attended and it was spot on… the waiting time to be seated was a bit longer but that was due to clearing up after a family before us…. The service was 10/10 shoaib the waiter was amazing he went above and beyond even the kids got a treat at the end .. we all had a fantastic meal and the waiter was funny and attentive

I visited lalas 3 days ago with my family 9 of us in total it was a disaster from the get go. The service diabolical, wrong food to start with waiter was rude when this was pointed out. We got no plates with our starters no spoons with our desserts. Sauce with one of mains took so long to come the food was eaten. The music was so loud we couldn’t here ourselves think, turning lights on and off an altogether rubbish experience. To cap it all we were over charged for 4 Cobras we did not have £28 called next day and was promised a call back from manager still waiting. Icing on the cake when we paid our close to £400 bill waiter asked us to leave a 15% tip Don’t know who voted Lalas best Asian but they must have pretty low standards

From entering the Restraunt we were made to feel very welcome and seated very fast the customer service was 10/10 food was beautiful even had complimentry baileys on the house we had the best evening! My husband and I had a child free evening and decided to come to Lalas for dinner. As usual the food was beautiful. Unfortunately staff behaviour made us feel uncomfortable. A waiter , a young lad . Kept getting her phone out (inappropriate in tej restaurant when supposed to be working ) , then started taking photos. I’ve no idea what the young lad was taking photos of. It was extremely odd. We quickly ate then left . This incident would definitely put me off returning, which is a shame because the food is always beautiful.

Booked a table for 6.30pm on a Saturday a week in advance. Arrived on time but still had to wait 45 minutes to be seated. The waiting area was rammed and felt more like a night club, music was on that loud I couldn’t speak to my friends and had people constantly pushing past. When we did eventually get seated the table was lovely and was not close to the table next to us so felt private. Food was lovely, I had a chicken and keema mix and it was perfect. Good portion sizes! The waiters took plates away while I was still eating which was really disappointing you could tell they wanted the table back. They packed our food away for us to take but unfortunately gave us the wrong order. Food was expensive but very nice. I would order for delivery in future.

I always order from here and I'm never disappointed, I put notes on my order for takeaway and they are always read and actioned. I've ordered from other curry places when there have been offers on and end up disappointed. Will only ever order from here, it's brilliant 😃

What an experience!! WOWVisited with my family for my daughters 10th Birthday tonight and it’s evident this restaurant is run because their is Passion in the air rather than it being a business if that makes sense. The gentleman taking care of our table - AJ was top class and the owner who was more than visible all night checking in and ensuring his visitors are having a great time, didn’t leave a stone unturned. We visited Lalas today and the atmosphere here was great. We didn't have to wait long for a table and our waiter Jang was such a delight.. he was so helpful and very entertaining, he made the evening that much better.
