absolutely perfect. 100/10 for the paaya, 100/10 for uncles service, 100/10 for good vibes genuinely gonna be a regular here whenever we’re in bradford, defo worth the travel if your not local, the only thing is parking but that’s bradford overall still cannot stress how lovely the paaya was, biggest hats off to the chef

Samosas are oily when you eat in and you feel sick. Twice I have had to wait a while for take away. Samosas 8/10. Mango Lassi 10/10. Shammi Donner 8 or 9/10. I usually don't feel comfortable eating by myself but the manager and the other guy made me feel comfortable and happy with the service! Food is spicy!

First time here, got the fish starter with gol gappe. Very yummy. For mains we got chicken on naan; so succulent and juicy. Hubby got bhindi & ghosht. He rated it 10/10. He had it with the tandoori roti. It was soft and hot. Then finished off with their khulfa falooda. Brought back memories from pakistan, not too sweet. One of the best faloodas I'm the UK. Definitely coming again and would recommend. Uncle Agha was very responsive, tentative & respectful. Cannot fault him. Looking forward to meeting him again soon. Jzk

Great food, environment,&people who can deliver the ultimate chowdreys experience. I recommend Uncle Agha his customer service was professional he is very friendly and down to earth with a heart of gold Its just a pleasure to be in the presence of a kind human being when he brought out 4 chapattis and Karahi Ghosh myself and mum realised how food quality is better when eating inside the restaurant curry was extra saucy all credit goes to Chowdreys talented chefs who managed to fulfil all customer requirements.

Most authentic, tastiest and freshest curries in Bradford. I come over from halifax at least once a fortnight and it's well worth the trip

Alhamdulillah, I come here on a weekly bases and have been doing so for close to a year and everytime their food is top quality, well cooked and always a delight to eat. Good kick from the spices and the place has a nice atmosphere perfect for families. There's ambala matai shop attached which makes it very convenient. You must try the kulfi falooda if you do get something!

Horrendous quality of food - oily greasy inedible. For the prices charged take some pride in the preparation as your customer then unfortunately has to try and eat the food.

Ok let’s start with the good. I’ve ordered from this place a few times and the food does not disappoint. The person who answers the phone is polite as well. That’s all that’s good. Now the Bad. When I first ordered the food came slightly late. The 2nd time, came late again. However this time, wow did the driver get lost or was he making it whilst delivering it. The food was expected to arrive between 21:00 and 21:20 and he got here about 40 minutes after the expected delivery time. When we called up, even though the person who answered the call was polite he just said “it’s on its way”, I mean of course it’s on its way but where??? We had to call twice to get the same answer which to me shows lack of carelessness for customers or they are just new. The driver dropping the food off was mostly on his phone which isn’t professional at all. Look I get it, it might be a busy night for deliveries or there might have been traffic. I don’t know there’s a million reasons to why it’s late but to be left in the dark and not know where it is. Now that’s a joke. Improvements. Yes. Faster delivery (within the expected delivery window ) or alter the window delivery times. When customers call for an update, be more specific and find out where the deliver is and not speak the obvious. Well at least they were polite. Kudos. Delivery driver to be polite and delivery with a smile wouldn’t kill. Summary. Food is good. Delivery is bad. I’d say something worst than bad but this is a review.

We always come to Ambala for the paya and the excellent service that Uncle Agha gives us.He is always polite and gives a true interest in the experience of the family.We love it here ,quiet but food is delicious.We felt relaxed and not rushed to eat our food ,in fact we were encouraged to try the desi tea and deserts. We ordered roast chicken via uber from this place. Delivered well in time, however the chicken was stone cold When we called up they admitted that make it and stick it in the fridge and they forgot to warm it up. They promised to send a fresh one in a few minutes l. 30 mins later when called to check they said it's setting off now. 20 mins later rang back to be told that the driver hadn't come back.. Most disappointed; Poor service. We told them not to bother and cancel then order. Waste of time and money.

The waiter Agha Saab, what a gentlemen. He advised well, he brought out all the food fresh, food was on point. Definitely recommended and would visit again.

Food was extremely late and on top of that items were missing. Never ordering from here ever again and I would suggest you do the same.
