Fabulous food and uncle agha was very courteous and provided excellent service

I’ve been going to Ambala for almost 15 years and honestly the food and the customer service has been amazing and the manager Haroon has given me the best service I would recommend everyone to try this place

Ok let’s start with the good. I’ve ordered from this place a few times and the food does not disappoint. The person who answers the phone is polite as well. That’s all that’s good. Now the Bad. When I first ordered the food came slightly late. The 2nd time, came late again. However this time, wow did the driver get lost or was he making it whilst delivering it. The food was expected to arrive between 21:00 and 21:20 and he got here about 40 minutes after the expected delivery time. When we called up, even though the person who answered the call was polite he just said “it’s on its way”, I mean of course it’s on its way but where??? We had to call twice to get the same answer which to me shows lack of carelessness for customers or they are just new. The driver dropping the food off was mostly on his phone which isn’t professional at all. Look I get it, it might be a busy night for deliveries or there might have been traffic. I don’t know there’s a million reasons to why it’s late but to be left in the dark and not know where it is. Now that’s a joke. Improvements. Yes. Faster delivery (within the expected delivery window ) or alter the window delivery times. When customers call for an update, be more specific and find out where the deliver is and not speak the obvious. Well at least they were polite. Kudos. Delivery driver to be polite and delivery with a smile wouldn’t kill. Summary. Food is good. Delivery is bad. I’d say something worst than bad but this is a review.

The food is so nice and the waiters are nice and the manager is so nice and his name is Mr.Agha.

We've had chicken seekh kebabs for starters A combo of Lamb and chicken karia With chapatis and plain naans Absolutely finger licking delicious. The main man Mr Agha is a true gentleman

We always come to Ambala for the paya and the excellent service that Uncle Agha gives us.He is always polite and gives a true interest in the experience of the family.We love it here ,quiet but food is delicious.We felt relaxed and not rushed to eat our food ,in fact we were encouraged to try the desi tea and deserts. Rasmalai,Gulub Jaman and Falooda was again delicious. Please try Ambala you won't be disappointed Ask for Uncle Agha

We ordered roast chicken via uber from this place. Delivered well in time, however the chicken was stone cold When we called up they admitted that make it and stick it in the fridge and they forgot to warm it up. They promised to send a fresh one in a few minutes l. 30 mins later when called to check they said it's setting off now. 20 mins later rang back to be told that the driver hadn't come back.. Most disappointed; Poor service. We told them not to bother and cancel then order. Waste of time and money.

Was visiting Bradford from Glasgow and my friend highly recommended this place for food. Amazing and tasty food Mr Agha served us and gave us very good customer service. Highly recommend this place and the staff here are totally 👌 Five star all the way

Tried desi tea and gajar halwa, loved the taste especially Desi Tea is perfect. Also atmosphere is really welcoming, Agha is very polite and friendly. Felt like he knows us for ages. Will definitely come again. Highly recommended.

This place has rapidly gone downhill. Pathetic display of mitai. Very limited. The person serving was rude and ignorant. No please or thank you. Hope the owner takes note. If possible avoid this place. Should be NO stars.

Was busy when we arrived waited around 15 /20 minutes for tqble. Food was delicious and served fresh Only thing I would recommend is more complimentary salad ss we had a small plate between the 9 of us. The main dishes were delicious Pls work on your starters they all tasted the same lamb chops were a bot raw. Overall was good...wr just this place st least once a month and always return

We were served by Mr. agha. We ordered Samosa Chat for Starter - 2 Tandoori Rotis with Seekh Kebab Karahi for Mains and Ganda wala Halva for desserts. It was a burst of favour and had a the write amount of spice.

Happy with the service from uncle agha always looking after us & the food is beautiful, will be back again.
