Friendly staff with really good service. (We were the only ones in the restaurant).. The parathas were freshly cooked and piping hot. The food was not overspicy and medium hot which is much better as I could actually taste the other flavours.

Great Indian Cuisine and place to have vegetarian food. We had ordered Chilli Paneer and Crispy Corn starters, Tandoori Roti with Paneer Tikka Masala. The taste was really good. We loved the food quantity and quality. One should definitely visit here. They also have their Parathas, but we were more inclined to order other things on the menu.

I recently visited Parathas Lounge in Harrow, and I must say it was an exceptional dining experience! The ambiance was cozy and inviting, making it the perfect spot for a casual meal with family and friends. I ordered palak cheese paratha thali and the taste was really bad. No gravy or spice and too much oil in chole . same with Dal makhni was like boiled dal with no salt. Really waste of money.poor customer service. I Won’t recommend to anyone.

Both parantha thali were nice. Could do with a bit more of flavour in curry’s & dal Soup was nice & lovely Paneer was a bit bland Biryani - disappointing- seemed plain rice mixed with vegetables. We could see small balls of white rice.

Went on Saturday, friendly staff and food was great. Chilli paneer is very tasty, wife enjoyed crispy bhindi (I thought it was a bit oily). Chilli cheese naan was amazing and paratha (methi potato) did not disappoint! Few delays in the bill but all in all a great experience. I'm planning on making this a regular haunt!

Pleasantly surprised by this place. Went for a family birthday on a Sunday afternoon. From the outside it's one of those places you wouldn't give a second look to. Inside isn't special either! However, the restaurant was fully packed and buzzing. Pretty much all our group went for parathas, so we only got two starters. We went for the crispy corn and paneer tikka sizzler. Both were really good and very big portion sizes. Overall everyone enjoyed what they had and it was very good value for the money. Having returned again today, the food quality, size and costs are still spot on. Really enjoyed our meal.

1 girl was amazing, but the male server omg soo much attitude and not welcoming at all, seems more he was doing favour to every customer... This guys must remember the customer pays your wages! Show us some respect!

On entering it was noisy with family parties. Lady waiters were more friendly and male waiter ignored us. Jina served us very friendly and gave us honest suggestions. Our paratha were delicious and 2 curries salad raita which was a little too sweet. We received good service from Jina and female waitress.

Very very lazy staff they don’t deserve to work in hospitality filed if they want to work please give proper training how to behave with customers how to greeting customers. Even they don’t have eyes on table what customers need. ridiculous behaviour. unprofessional behaviour. They always standing on near the bar counter and talking with each other if they want talk with each other stay home why they come to work and misbehave with customers.

Parathas Lounge was a very pleasant and friendly restaurant. The staff are great with smiles on their faces and happy to serve you. The food is tasty and served quickly. I would definitely recommend the Parathas with so many to choose from I will have to return their several times in order to try them all. All the starters are great and reasonable portions and prices. Overall a great restaurant.

It was very upsetting during summer this restaurant doesn't allow customers to get their own water bottle reason to buy water from restaurant or theirs felt very disturbing.This was an unfortunate experience that significantly impacted our enjoyment of the meal. Lovely food with large portions compared to other restaurants so value for money for sure But their biggest weakness is lack of service due to not enough waiters specifically at weekends, their most busiest. 4 in total, the one who serves drinks is also a waiter in between so u have to wait for your drinks. I have given Shyam bhai the positive feedback as all waiters work their socks off with a smile too. One week day a group people hsd to wait 1 hr and a bit for their food as they had lots of uber eats orders. The abuse was directed to poor waiters who were running like headless chicken. Since my feedback to Shyam bhai a couple of months ago has fallen on deaf years unfortunately a bit short sited😅 appx 3 weeks ago a group of people had a similar poor service walked out without paying £ 192 bill and the waiter begged to pay at least 50% but they were shameless and to be honest that was unethical on their part and bad karma too. I don't know how they slept at night. Food no doubt very tasty but the service let them down to get a 5 star rating. Regards Narendra

When you order a Paratha you get some generous additions like the chana ,yoghurt and some salad . The paratha is filling enough for me.We were a group of 20 and they seemed to forget about mine and my wifes order which came last after everybody else had got their order. The Paratha tasted good

Amazing healthy food, very polite and gentle staff. Whenever we come here, we always get lovely hospitality, staff is always ready to help, we would 100% recommend this hotel. It doesnt have so much of wow, Interiors, but it is a place, you love to again and again if food and polite staff matters to you.

A lovely place to eat some good vegetarian food and they also have a good selection of soft drinks, alcohol and wines. You must try their chilli broccoli it was really good and they have over 40 different types of Paratha which is served with chickpeas, black lentils, salad, yogurt and pickles. Customer service was also good.

Visited on my birthday few days ago was busy due to weekend but they managed really well. Food was top-notch perfect spicy indian taste cheese naan, paneer tikka curry and the best starter Hara bhara kabab.

Positive 1 taste is ok ok 2 ambience and seating good 3 free parking on street after 6:30 on weekdays and full day on sat sun Negative 1 quality of food is ok 2 biggest drawback CHEATING- they charge you 10%service charge but they don't tell you. When you ask they don't give refund- 3 very rude behaviour of all staff specifically manager Overall Never visit this place- as we also came to know looking at only few customers and empty restaurants over weekend evening-but very late to realise.

This is a very good restaurant serving great Indian food 👌. It's a vegetarian restaurant and specialist in Parathas. They have quite a few Paratha options like Aaloo, Paneer, and many more parathas. My best tried dish is Paneer bhurjee, Butter Nan, and Aaloo Paratha - so delicious 😋 and kids friendly as well. Most definitely, I'll try other dishes next time. The service was very efficient and friendly. They deserve praise 👏 🙌 🙏 I'll definitely recommend 👌

Food is pretty good - only ever ordered takeaway and if they get it right, it's pretty good. Starters are the best (hands down, IMHO) and we can always make a great meal with just starters alone. Service can be a bit shoddy at times, waiting ages to be served then getting someone who doesn't want or know how to help, e.g. with incorrect orders. Reasonably priced too, just miss when they did 20% off on Just Eat!

Although the place looked a little simply, the food was top notch. We had 4 different parathas, chilli paneer, mogo chips and the lovely masala chai. Absolutely brilliant food.

The food is okay. The dal makhani and Chole which are served with the parathas are not appetising. The parathas, however, are delicious. The chilli garlic mogo was a mood killer honestly speaking; lacked personality.

Numerous time at the restaurant. The Paratha lounge offers lots of menu items without onion and garlic on request. For starters we had the Paneer Tikka Sizzler, this was excellent. Very tasty not overdone with too much spice that you can't taste the panner. For main we had Aloo Paratha and Aloo Methi Paratha, lots of filling and cooked really well. Lovely. The restaurant atmosphere was great. The waiter was very friendly and the service was good. Have been back a many times, also tried their subzi biriyani, it was fantastic. Service and food is still excellent food.

Food: Starters were good, paratas were also good, but the sides for parata (chole) was not as expected. Service: Mithuwa (staff) was very good. However another staff (J) was very rude, misbehaving with her colleagues.

Parathas are really tasty. But always very crowed plan your visit and if possible please book before going. It was too noisy and service was slow.

Sunday evening ordered to take away for a relative grieving. Only 2 staff had difficulty understanding a very basic order and took over 50 minutes to provide 5 mains. Advise only visiting when you have a lot of time to waste. Staff ineffective and kitchen unable to deliver in a timely manner despite the restaurant only having 2 tables occupied

After visiting many restaurants within the area, I happened to come across Paratha Lounge. As soon as I walked in, a member of staff greeted my family and I with utmost respect- something very rare!. The menu had numerous selections of parathas- many combinations completely unheard of- which is wonderful. I can see that there is a healthy blend of tradition and modern uptake of classical Indian dishes. The food did take some time to arrive, but that is expected. It gives an understanding of how food is prepared behind the scenes. When the food arrived, it was beautifully presented and one could tell instantly that the food is fresh and cooked onsite as per our requirements. It was a pleasant surprise to know that the food items on the menu can be altered and additional ingredients could be inserted. In addition to this, many condiments and curry's could be topped up as one enjoyed the parathas. The staff are very respectful, humble and approachable. Every member serving, cooking and seating knew their menu and made some very useful recommendations. It's wonderful to know that staff are passionate about working at this restaurant and know what they are serving. Thank you staff! The ambience of the restaurant is wonderful too. Great care has been taken to ensure that cleanliness is of supreme quality as is the quality of the furniture (seating and tables). All in all, I would highly recommended Paratha Lounge to any family who values good quality food made fresh with the correct fashion of traditional yet modern Indian spices. Thank you to everyone working here for a wonderful dining experience. Next time, I shall take pictures!

This place is a bit hit and miss. Eaten in twice and been okay although the two curries they give with their paratha thalis aren't all that tastewise. But today got a takeaway for 2 gluten-free and vegan parathas. Great that they cater for these dietary requirements but parathas were badly burnt. I phoned to let them know and they apologized. Will think again before ordering/visiting them.

Absolutely awful experience. The staff have made me feel completely unwelcomed, undervalued and disrespected. Google states this restaurant closes at 11pm which I even confirmed on entering. But at 10:05pm the clearly untrained staff decided to start putting up chairs, sweeping the floor and cleaning the tables. Is this acceptable behaviour? I understand it was a quiet evening and I was the last remaining customer but this is not how people should be treated. I felt so disrespected that I had no choice but to walk out after not even finishing half of my food. I genuinely just wanted to enjoy a nice meal after a late shift at work but I have left feeling so disheartened and frustrated. I hope my experience leads to positive improvement in this place as this is not how a good business should be treating its customers.

Paratha lounge,a wonderful venue perfect for holding parties if you are looking for pure Vegetarian,Jain ,and vegan cuisine served and made by very friendly and accommodating staff to any special requirements.The venue was pleasant and spacious. Our experience last Saturday on 16th December was of a 1st class and exceeded far beyond our expectations in all ways. The kitchen staff and waiters were excellent in serving us with piping hot food. We managed to get a good deal on the basis of ordering a Set Menu for 55 people. All dishes were exquisitely prepared. We recomnend this place highly for holding parties for about 50-60 people. Good memories 👍

I had the pleasure of indulging in a scrumptious panneer paratha. Great staff and great food. Paratha wasn't overly greasy or smelt of oil or ghee, well stuffed and tasty.

Typically i dont put 1 star rating. But unfortunately Paratha lounge i ordered kadhai paneer,garlic naan and paneer tikka sizzler but it was not having taste. I would rate atleast alcata menu not good. Parathas may be good i assume.

Food 5/5 Service - 0 Atmosphere 0 Food was great and good portion to some extent. Downside staff. Pls dont lie in a hopsitabiliy business.The worst possible business acumen is when staff lie. From a relaxed mood to a sharp 8.15 finish for a table affer us suddenly put us off. At 7 45 we asked for the dessert menu , but were asked to leave immediately qt 7 50 pm. Lot of lies Should have never paid 10% service charge.Lost our custom.

Lovely staff and lovely food! Thank you to Jinal who served us and gave us good suggestions on what food to get. Palak cheese garlic paratha was top tier along with their crispy bhajia and crispy corn. Fresh lime soda was perfect. Good portion sizes and even better food.

I was in the Harrow last week, and when I searched for Only Parathas restaurant, which we used to visit years ago, Google came up with a message that it is closed parmanently. But also gave the option of Paratha Lounge. I was initially reluntant to patronise this restaurant, but I am glad I decided to go ahead and try it. To my surprise, the Parathas were very delicious. I placed an order for 4 different types from their top 7. All were too good. Palak cheeze garlic was my favourite. I visited this restaurant again yesterday. Same pleasant experience. Highly recommended. Also not this is a pure vegetarian restaurant. Heaven for vegetarian families

We ordered many type of food but i personally ordered for Cheese chilli onion paratha which was Yummm can’t elaborate it. The cheese in it was fresh and according to me this place is best if you really so desperate to have Parathas😉

This place used to be our go to place until recently. Their food is delicious. Parathas are too good especially the Indian gobi and aloo parathas. But, recently we had a bad experience where we could see the waiters were cleaning their tables (without gloves) and then serving the food without first washing their hands. This is a potential health hazard that can cost the customers dearly with their health. We have a kid dining with us too. When we asked the questions to the staff and floor manager, we were led to feel they were oblivious to standard hygiene practices that a food place should follow. Like I said, this was our go to place. We were sad that we will not go back there ever again.

This was my first visit after a friend who had previously dined at venue. The food is all vegetarian and of very high quality for the price - reasonable and generous portions and you will be spoilt for choice! The parathas are freshly made to order and they were delicious! The staff are very polite and friendly. We will definitely visit again! . Highly recommended it. You won't be disappointed!!

Tasteless parathas with bland flavours- very little salt and spices. You should not call yourself an Indian restaurant and give it an Indian name if you tailoring it suit local tastes. The parathas are served boiling hot and it takes almost 10-15 minutes for them to cool down. If you are starving then you will only end up burning your tongue with tasteless food.

Second review June 2023: 2 stars. In my second visit, the food was very disappointing. It wasn't made with fresh vegetables (even if I asked before ordering is it) but frozen or tinned cube mix of peas corn and carrot. The food was also very oily even if I asked to make it with minimum of oil. The service was friendly and the restaurant was calm and pleasant. First review in 2022: four stars. Very nice fresh dishes, good sizes and well cooked and seasoned. Friendly and helpful customer service and pleasant and calm atmosphere in the restaurant. However, the curry menu consists heavily of paneer and potatoes and if you are vegan and don't like potatoes, you have very limited options.

Have always had good service and food here. Can get a little slow on service when they are busy but food always looks to come out fresh and hot. Good choice of menu items and plenty of seating space.

Excellent Gujarati Staff, best service ever. Devesh suggest good food & Megha and other staff made good drinks & served well. The Parathas are best., Also best starters too. Recommend others to go there & enjoy Indian Vegetarian food.

This place was very comfortable we went in a group of 15 and they set up a like a round table so we can all see and talk face to face. We ordered parathas and was amazed to see with chick peas, tadka dal, yogurt and salads with achar. It was freshly made and very tasty. I would recommend my friends and family to visit there.

Tasty food & friendly staff. Ventilation needs to be on to keep the air circulating in summer.. Parking can be a problem. Without proper heating in winter the restaurant can be uncomfortable & 🥶 cold.The toilet 🚻 hand dryer & taps for hand washing should be functioning properly! 21.5.23 Tasty food served by friendly staff in a clean environment.

1st time trying Paratha Lounge. Thoroughly enjoyed my Gobi Palak Paratha thali and the chana and dhal makani its served with were very tasty. I would definitely recommend. Price is excellent at around £7.50 - £8.50 based on type of Paratha

The paratha combos are really good. The daal and chhole to go with parathas are well made. Parathas are a good size and the fillings are plentiful. Service was good and the ambience is ok for a quick eat kind of a place. Overall good food and good value.

This restaurant serves delicious Parathas and other delicacies such as Chats, South Indian cuisine. They have a great selection of Parathas and can customise the ingredients. The ambience and the service is great as well.

I have been here a number of times, always enjoy the food, portions are generous, tasty and look fresh. Prices are average for location. I had the dal makhani & butter naan, also tried panner tikka masala. Both were served quickly and naan was fluffy and crisp. Highly recommend a visit.

Food and service were very good, but three noisy children running around as if it was a playground (parents didn't bother to control them) spoiled our evening a little.

Initially we struggled with this place, because the service was extremely poor. They are great for takeout however if your looking to eat in, then unfortunately the food takes a while. The quality of the food is fantastic. Definately one of the best paratha restaurants we have been too. They have a great selection.
