Again the food was great, enjoyed by all, great portions, was expecting a little more salad. never lets us down.

Excellent Service and Delicious Food. Yesterday We had Prawn Masala, Fish Masala, Butter Naan and Biryani with sweet lassi it was really nice and tasty. The price is also quite affordable and the atmosphere is really calm and good.

Really good service here and an authentic menu of tasty dishes, the portions were mostly of a decent size and the prices reasonable. Definitely worth visiting as it’s easy to get to (across the road from a tube station) and judging by the amount of people in there on the evening I visited, it’s a popular destination known by many

Delicious food, reasonably priced, and lovely service. I took my work colleagues to Ruby Ms for the first time, which they thoroughly enjoyed. Will definitely come back with them. I am a regular to this place as I live nearby.

The mishkaki had an unusual taste, and the butter chicken was disappointing—sent it back twice as it tasted nothing like butter and had visible pieces of onion scattered throughout. To top it off, they had run out of fried wings altogether.

Simply the best properly authentic Indian food I have ever tasted. Excellent service too and a great place to watch football. Lamb chops and chicken tikka highly recommended

My favourite place to eat good Indian food and watch football. Been going there for at least 12 years and always spot on. Sadly moved away and never found a place that matches this, so I make a special journey on big match days.

We visited and had an ok time at the place on a Monday afternoon for lunch as most of the Indian restaurants were closed. The chicken Manchurian was really bad. I’ve never had chicken Manchurian with massive pieces of pepper. It tasted really really bad. The mocktail was not good either. But the chicken schezwan noodles were quite decent although they had no schezwan sauce. They were more Hakka Noodles than schezwan noodles. The best dish was the Bhindi fry. It was crispy and just cooked perfectly. The service was decent as well. We don’t think we’ll come back again due to the non authentic Chinese dishes that were served.

Good restaurant and food was tasty. Portions were average.

By far my favourite Indian restaurant in London. They do the best lamb dishes in London, better than most the bouji places in London

They are always great in terms of food, service and atmosphere. It's usually been our go-to place when we are around that area, Ruby M never disappoints us. I strongly recommend the place above all other eateries out there.

Enjoyed Ruby M's. This used to be a regular hangout. The food was very good. Had the wings, chops & momos to start with followed by a chef's special chicken on the bone (mahji mahji?) and keema with peas. The chicken dish was excellent and the keema was also v good

Went for the footie. Food was top draw. Tandoori chicken was spot on as was all other food. Really loved the prawns, can't remember which one but would be happy to keep trying each of them until I figured it out 😉

Food received at 11.02pm. Driver was on the wrong road for 10-15 minutes and wouldn't call to ask for directions. I had even put directions in the notes but he didn't read

I ordered the: Chicken Momo Lamb Keema Garlic Chili Naan x 2 These were all great and had enough left over to have another meal. No complaints.

Ordered on 18th April 2024 -Delivery Firstly Chilli Paneer had gone off. Should just leave it at at that! Used their internal delivery system via website. It is supposed to be delivered between 7 -745. Got it after 8. Ordered the following: Chilli Paneer, Crispy Bindhi, Vegetable something, Chicken momo, garlic mogo and 2 naans. Everything else was ok apart from the Paneer and Bindhi. But how do you come back from gone off food? Not an opinion a FACT. You know when something is off. Bindhi was soggy and full of oil. Other food was good, but lost appetite after that. Phoned them. Suprise suprise, no manager! Denied my claim saying their standards are high. Told them if I should bring the food down for them to taste. The staff was useless and unprofessional, with no Customer service at all. Complete denial. To rub salt in the wound, told me because I ordered the dish and asked to make it less Spicy, this is why it tasted like that. She asked me what I wanted, which was to have my Money back. I didn't spend £50 with 4.50 for delivery to be delivered late, soggy and a dish that had gone off! Unprofessionally, she didn't even put the phone on hold, and started to talk to someone else in the background, without even apologising. She then told me that for the gone off Paneer and the Bindhi i will get a refund but nothing else. The cheek! Full refund and an apoolgy for an all round negative experience, should have been offered as a minimum. Seriously be careful what you buy at this place. Will definitely be taking this further. Shocking from this establishment.

We decided on a takeaway because of the blustery weather! We ordered a selection of starters and mains, veg and non-veg. Although a little on the hot (chilli) side, the flavours were amazing and reminded me of the delicious true taste of Kenyan cooking. Not too much spice or sauce, just natural looking authentic Kenyan food. I will add that I have been to so many restaurants around the surrounding areas and this is so different to the norm. I recommend Ruby Ms and it's a place that my Kenyan family always want to eat at. Fantastic, I'll definitely keep returning! Whatever you do Ruby Ms (just keep doing it)!

Absolutely dismal. Aweful customer service, medioca food. After being seated, we ordered drinks, shortly followed by starters. Durimg starters I had to call the waitress to order more drinks. During the 45 mihutes that the starters were on our table, not once did anyone come to ask how the food was or if we needed anything else. Kebabs were cold. Chicken tikka had a raw bit of meat Mogo was excellent I walked over to the bar and asked for waitress to place an order for mains. The butter chicken was categorically not butter chicken. It was more a curry, balti. Again, no one bothered to come check on us. When the bill came, I asked for the service charge to he removed, on account of the fact that we had little to no service. Such a shame. This used to be the best place to eat in Rayners Lane. Now it feels like a place to get tanked up and forget your taste buds.

Excellent service as always.. just came back from Ruby M. We went in there for a drink when they had almost closed but they did not disappoint us and welcomed us with a smile. Thank you Asmita for allowing us to end the evening on a high note and you didn't even hesitate to welcome us when you had almost closed for the evening. Thank you once again for your kind gesture. We are a regulars there and will continue to be so. Everything is nice in there. The service, the food, the ambience. Do try their lamb Pallu. It's outstanding. Thank you again Asmita for providing service with a genuine smile.

Great samosas; rest of food average. The mince chicken with Tikka and the daal were too salty. Definitely scope for improvement. Naan and rice were fine.

Two dimensional food with little taste and over spiced. Limited menu no IPA’s. Much better on offer in the local area.

Food was great as usual ... but service was terrible, courier just left the food on front door step. The app told me food was delivered but I did not see courier. I waited about 10 mins but still did not courier. I looked down and saw food on door step ! Courier did not wait for me to answer the door or ring my mobile to let me know he was here. Again, food was great ... but delivery was terrible !

Mixed vegetable had gone off. The vegetables were clearly cut a long time back and mixed in the gravy, that was same for all three things ordered.

A lovely place for great food, mix grilled, few beers and a Biryani. Reasonably priced, no load music so can have a catch up with friends.

Not a bad place, but drinks are expensive

So have not been here in years, but decided to grab a takeaway. Ordered a chicken manchurian curry, that soy, garlic and loads of green chillies sauce hits the spot with a garlic naan. I will be back.

Food is rubbish. Watch footie and enough screens for sports. Avoid lamb as it is poorly cooked chewy mutton and the mogos are straight from the freezer frozen with outside deep fried.

Our experience of the food here was average despite the reasonable reviews we had read online.

I have been going to this place for over 15yrs with friends and family! It is such a great environment for socialising with your guest. Also a great venue for watching sports. The food and service is excellent as always and Sachin and his team work extremely hard to make your visit the best in class.

Run down place...Food tasty, but overspiced. Service was too attentive... clearing tables whilst still eating...Too keen, unable to relax and enjoy the meal..

Great ambiance and service. Can only review their vegetarian options as succulent, tasty and delightful. A great shame that NON-halal options are either not available or clearly labelled, unlike V5, Breakspear Arms, Sakee and other restaurants locally. Choice is key for customers and catering to choice offering humanly processed meat in line with RSPCA guidance would be helpful.

Had the lunch deal at ruby ms. It was good value for money as both my children enjoyed the wraps they ordered. Unfortunately the aloo paratha I got was too salty and not upto my standards. Maybe will try a biryani next time I go...

Great local curry house. An institution with lovely staff and very well prepared meals.

Starters were good but the service provided by the staff was terrible. Very rude waitress who didn’t know how to treat customers. The manager on duty handled the situation better. I think the staff need to be trained well as this will impact the reputation of the restaurant.

Atmosphere was only made by a group of us attending a colleague insistence.

The quantity of food served per individual is insufficient. Even the taste did not live up to the name of the dish. Biryani appears to be chicken pieces mixed with fried rice, while Bhature were only a tiny piece of bread—the worst experience.
