This is a busy and popular restaurant serving good quality Indian food - they do not serve alcohol but they are happy for diners to bring in their own drinks - there in no "corkage" charge. As we had not realised this we were advised to buy from a nearby supermarket - the polite and friendly staff even offered to put drinks in their fridge. Food was served quickly and was very well cooked and served. Onion bhaji starters were really very good - perfect taste and texture - and the king prawn dishes with vegetable madras were lively with chilli and very well spiced. Naan bread was terrific too - hot and just the right texture. All great. A pity they do not have desserts available at present as kulfi would have finished the meal perfectly.

The place looks nice, friendly service but terrible, terrible food. None of our food tasted anything like indian food, no flavour, no spice, too sweet, weird texture and almost fluorescent, unnatural colours! The worst Indian food I have ever had, possibly the worst meal I have ever had! Tasted like the cheapest ingredients; veg curry sides basically was potatoes in a stodgy thick tasteless gravy, sag aloo so dry & tasteless, chicken “Sally” fluorescent orange/pink sugary gloop. Garlic chilli chicken bright, bright red & so sweet, no garlic or chilli flavour. Garlic naan ok but no garlic flavour. Rice was ok. Poppadoms & chutneys ok. Drinks ok. Nice wine glasses. Couldn’t be bothered to complain, just wanted to get out as fast as we could so we just paid and will never return. Avoid!

The place has changed name, now Somerset Masala (or so ething like that), same staff, but not as good as our last visit, which was a shame. Fodd was OK, but far too much sauce with the dishes. I appreciate its about saving money/value for money, but just a bit disappointed.

On a first visit to Lyme Regis (after too many years!) noticed this restaurant as we walked by. I thought the menu looked good, my wife spotted it was bring your own wine - what's not to like? Place was very busy on a Saturday, mostly for takeaways, but we were happy to sip our wine and enjoy our food while joshing with Kar, who has a great sense of humour. We had to promise him we would return - and we will!

I’ve been ordering from this restaurant for years and just wanted to review to post my appreciation, the food is amazing I recommend the dhansk. they do a great delivery deal rice , Bombay , curry and onion bahji with popdaom and salad and mint sauce for £14. Really well cooked chicken . Exceptional customers service and they remember you and your order each time. Honestly couldn’t recommend more so 10/10 as far as I’m concerned thank you guys . I’ve also been into the restaurant and received great service

food was nice ! some staff were great , price was good. Decor and lighting could have been nicer, was a bit too light and felt a bit like someone’s living room with tables and chairs in .

Had the most delicious, tangy curry from the fantastic India Palace yesterday (a Lamb Khyber - highly recommend!) This local restaurant is invaluable for our community. Thank you to all the team and look forward to our next visit.

Be prepared for: Prices 20-30% higher than shown on menu! To pay £7 for pint of Coke Zero! Pay for any extra condiments! To be left waiting while they prioritise and deal with takeaways! Curries that taste like casseroles/stews with frozen vegetables & partially cooked naan! A LOT of BS from the manager/owner! No wonder this place is always empty! NEVER again!!

Stumbled across this gem. Really good food, reasonably priced. If ever back in the area will certainly visit again. And the staff were polite and friendly.

Tutis, which it’s now called after its fabulous owner, is a delightful cozy family owned Indian restaurant. Food was fresh, super tasty but not too heavy and the restaurant itself stylish and lovely and clean with a good feel! Asked for somewhere warm when I booked and we were popped by the heater, nice touch! When we left I had to give Tuti a hug because he was SUCH a nice man! We’ve found our go-to favourite Indian restaurant when we come to Bradford on Avon and will be back to see you Tuti for sure! We’d highly recommend!

The Monday Banquet is quite a good deal so that might be a good choice for a first visit. It might be advisable to book for a Monday.

A lovely meal at Imperial Spice. We were stuck in Yatton for a few hours due to traffic and we're really pleased we chose to eat here! All our food was delicious - 2 chicken tikka curries, lamb biryani, peshwari nan, and rice plus drinks. The service was great and it was very comfortable inside the restaurant. A gem, we'll be coming back next time we are travelling through Yatton. Also, loved the chocolates they gave us at the end - orange & mint, my new favourite!
