The best restaurants serving Indian food in Swindon South West

We had a family meal last night . There were twelve of us , the service food and atmosphere was fantastic . The Sunday to Thursday special offer was well received . Some of the party were new to Asian cuisine they had an opportunity to try different dishes. The birthday girl was spoilt rotten by Ali and the team. The cake and the flaming candles went down a treat with everyone in the restaurant. We look forward to another be together at the Kyber very soon . Thanks all 👍

Food is always delivered hot and tastes great. Staff on the phone are always helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend.

The worst Biryani i have ever had, just rice, a hard boiled egg and thin strips of chicken tikka - where was the veg to call this a special biryani and charge me extra for it, was, audacious and untrue. The last 3 curries ordered from this establishment were poor and certainly lacking in substance and flavour - very low standards. Sack the cook and employ one who has knowledge of authentic indian cooking

I had the fortunate chance of a night out with a few friends. The decision was unanimous to go to the Burj and nobody was disappointed. The staff are fantastic and the food is definitely the best Indian cuisine by far. Don't take my word for it try for yourself. Bilisimo

Food was average service was terrible however the atmosphere was good given the time of year. It was also mentioned after the visit that the owner/s were in the local news. On wiltshire999s re highworth restaurant manager which was concerning so will not be going back.

I have eaten at Abe's a number of times and I have always enjoyed a quality meal. Yesterday's vegetarian tali must have been one of the best ever; it was beautifully present and the dishes were all so different and each one bursting with flavour. The marsala chai was pipping hot and delicious. I highly recommend Abe's restaurant for top quality Southern Indian 'street food'.

Excellent food as always. The taste is better here than other Indians in Swindon. The dishes are very tasty and fresh. Highly recommend

Recently painted there walls however did not put a wet paint sign anywhere and my designer bag was leant to it and now stained with black paint, very unprofessional from a company like this with 0 notice.

Worse Indian takeaway I ever had, blend food with no taste, butter chicken tasted like sweet tomatoes and coconut curry, NO seasoning for the food at all. Never buying again

DO NOT order from here. The reviews are mixed for a reason. They answered my call and told the driver to call me when they arrive, apart from that everything was crap. Food was crap, tiny portion sizes, watery ass curry, minimal meat, rude customer service and way too expensive compared to other options and the delivery drivers turned up at the wrong address. Order from curry cottage this place is SHITE. The naan was decent thought.
