Tandoori Nights in Swindon

Great food as usual, unfortunately the Masala chips were just plain regular chips.

Sadly the grill was cold. Tasted nice well cooked

Very poor quality for what we ordered, portion wasn’t even enough for one person. Would not recommend

Used be good back in day but seem be going down hill taste not great as used be size turn really small and customer service gone down hill used be nice snd polite in there but now seem rude on Phone seem to me like change staff in there

Bottle of coke was missing, 1 hour 45 minutes from ordering to delivery. Food was cold didn’t taste good after reheating. Ended up not eating it.

Rang restaurant several times, was told food was out for delivery, was then told he couldn’t do anything else and put the phone down. Rang again 20 mins later to be told food hadn’t left and they were sorry. Sent a bottle coke as apology. Food was terrible no flavour, chips looked like they’d been cooked for ages, and the mushroom korma had MEAT in it.. never again

I've ordered from Tandoori Nights in Swindon several times, and they never disappoint! The food is always perfect—warm, flavorful, and delivered on time. Each meal I've had has been thoroughly enjoyable. Tandoori Nights has become my go-to choice for consistently delicious Indian cuisine. Highly recommended!

Found a small piece of finger nail in the vegetable korma

forgot poppadoms, chips was small even though ordered large. rang the restaurant to complain, sent driver back out to correct it all. fair play

Excellent service excellent food

I have always had a good experience, and the curries are absolutely delicious. The rice's are nice and cooked to perfection 👌. Naan breads are a good size and tasty. Prices are good, and you get quite an amount for your money. The four star rating was because on only one delivery, the food was warm and not hot, but overall, great.

As always no issues with the food quality. Just was a little cold tonight, needed to reheat.

Food was lovely hot and on time

Bought 2 chicken tikka masala each had 6 small bits of chicken, swimming in sauce pityful meal. You got 1 star for the garlic naan

Unfortunately not great. Got meal, cold, plus portion sizes were not good either. Ordered chef special paid quite a lot of money for it, unfortunately didn’t cut it. Won’t be ordering again, waste of 45 pounds

Masala sauce was like red water no flavour and they have reduced the size of portions. I didn’t think 20% discount meant 40% reduction in portions would not use restaurant again.

though my order was slightly late was not much of a problem however ordered poppadoms and did not receive any food was tasty but did not have much to eat with it hope it will be possible to refund the cost of the items I didn't get life is hard enough at the moment due to the cost of living without being ripped off by a restaurant you order food from

Food was good however ordered 3 lots of the samosa’s which were supposed to come with mint dip but no mint dip sent.

ordered garlic rice, was very good but the portion was less for that price. tandoori chicken was ok nut didn't have the tandoor taste and was a bit dry

Couldn’t ask for a better service in terms of delivery and the food was excellent, still really hot when I got it. Thumbs up all round

Not sure where to start, boiled rice rather pilau…lucky if there were 6 cubes of chicken in each portion….portion size was more child size than an average take away. To be fair the popadoms were ok,but the dips were absolutely shocking….. won’t be using them again as I feel totally ripped off…. I tried them to see if they were any good, I’ll be going back to the usual restaurant going forward!

The best curry I've had this year. Driver was polite and friendly. The food was absolutely delicious, just enough spice to make it perfect for me. I will be using them again.

Very solid choice for a quick easy Indian takeaway in Swindon, some of my favourite onion bhajis too, it’s not the best curry I’ve ever had but for sure solid and is my go to when in Swindon.

Curry portions were too small for the price, the phall tasted like burnt chilly powder paste.

Amazing delivery time, taste was great. Garlic naan was the best. Very small portions is my only criticism

No salad or dip, despite selecting option and stale poppadums. Very poor.

Have been ordering from here for a long while, always been great, but now frequently getting orders wrong, when speaking to them about wrong order they were happy to correct the order if I went to pick it up, you have a few drinks so you order for delivery. Won't be using them again

tried calling restaurant this morning. X2 family members really poorly in bed today having chicken korma. never had issues before, used restaurant for years., but unfortunately we will not be using them ever again.

Wow. Order from here tonight and I am shocked at the small portion. Thought I'd give it a go but wow..tiny portion and could have got alot larger from other places. Won't be returning.

We have been customers for a number of years and mostly enjoyed the food, but the last two times have been disappointing. This time we had a lamb rogan and chicken tikka korma, rice and garlic naan. Both main meals were very bland and the garlic naan, where was the garlic?? Sorry to say that we were rather disappointed.

Despite being told twice the order was on its way, it still hadn’t arrived 1.5 hours later. Restaurant attitude was unhelpful just saying it should be there in 5 minutes, however still didn’t arrive. Will not use again even if it does turn up. Had to eat elsewhere. unsure whether they will refund at this point of the review.

Naan was cold, Lamb Madras was awful, taste like tomato sauce and very sour, soiled out evening dinner. Gardlic Chicken was good.

Food came late, poppadoms were floppy. Curry was cold and had only 4/5 tiny bits of chicken. Naan bread was sound but what an absolute joke of an order

Really disappointed with the food. Got a whole tandoori chicken which was so dry. When we ordered we did mention the last time we got it was a bit dry and wanted it to be better this time. Unfortunately it was so dry we had to bin some of it as it just tasted like powder. We did enjoy Tandoori nights before but it’s a shame their food is not upto the mark. Never again!

As usual the food was great, unfortunately I didn't get my Garlic Naan Bread that I ordered. It was something else,?, definitely something too sweet for my taste.

Poor driver was given the wrong house number

After calling the restaurant as the app told me it was on it way over 40 min the food arrived and it was cold we hat to put it in the microwave our order was over £70 so not great to try and warm it all up I only live 10 min in a car away from the take away disappointed as normally quite good

The korma was really Bland. Usually it’s really good, so I’m slightly disappointed…

Food was cold and over cooked. Lamb was so tough u could t swallow it. Waste of money

The mix grill was very poor quality. Very dry overcooked and small portions. The lamb tikka was not edible to tough. The vegetable balti despite asking for medium hot was very acidic and didn’t taste of anything. I’m afraid we won’t be reordering from here.

The chicken korma didn’t taste nice the chicken didn’t seem cooked , the peshwari, numb bread was overcooked and overfilled! Not work nearly £40 ! And for a large portion of chips they weren’t even enough for my child ! Very very disappointing won’t be ordering anytime soon

I have ordered 4 garlic naan and received only one!. This is not acceptable

Order was late and when it arrived, the food was barely warm. It was far too salty, dripping in oil and hardly tasted of anything. The naan was good though.

The food was bland with no flavour. Driver was lazy and just plainly rude. I don’t get delivery often but this was just appalling. Never ordering. From them again, do yourself a favour and pick someone else

Absolute terrible food, the meat wasn’t cooked properly. Staff are rude and arrogant! Gone down hill since last year. Do not waste your hard earned money on their terrible food.

Ordered Mushroom rice and got pilau- I think the writing on the box says chicken chat, but unclear and did not taste quite the same. Did not have time to wait for a correction

Very small portions, lack of meat, all sauce, dap of meat in middle of keema man. Phones to ask about lack of meat, told that's how it is. £31 for 2 curries, rice and a nan.

Very disappointed in my meal today 😔 my butter chicken only had 4 tiny bits of chicken and too much sauce, very very oily and my order was missing my peshwari naan 😫 my 1st worst experience with Tandoori Nights, usually they excel with previous orders.. this time not so much.. disappointed is an understatement!

Food always delicious, not greasy. Have never had a bad meal, highly recommend for quality and flavour :-)

Well first time I've tried these in years, won't again ...£7 for a mixed mini grill which was pitiful, chicken Tikka dry, and I paid £12 for a 'special' biryani which was supposed to have lamb ( 3 small pieces) Prawns (0) and chicken which was so small it was negligible , disappointing for 49.60!

Suppose to have arrived at 7 ten past I had to request an update which then turned out to be half past 7. Missing a onion bargi which I rang up about to be offered delivery of it (by which food would have been eaten or cold) or a free one next order but have to ring the order through mentioned my name etc

Garlic naan was thin like a paper, poppadoms tasted like shop both. My Madras was really tasty, but chicken Jalfrezi didn't have much taste to it. Generally ok, but not the best meal I had.

Lovely delivery guy came back as he forgot my drinks I just wanna say thank you to him as I don’t know what his name he very friendly and helpful😊😊😊😊 so I’m gonna give five stars

Real shame usually can't fault them, but this evening, it was average and very disappointing. I will be trying somewhere else next time.
