Disgusting no flavour And spice

As an occasional customer of Curry Choice, last night I ordered my dinner as they are my go-to take away for curry. I ordered chicken tikka masala, keema naan but no rice. The food was tasty but portions are too small unfortunately. Previously served in aluminium trays, last night’s came in a much smaller plastic container. Had the container been full I might not have minded, but it was only half full. When I complained about it to the business, I was basically told thats what you get. The keema naan was extremely dry, better stuffed down my sock and used as a shin-pad. I didn’t order rice as it I think it is overpriced. Overall, half a portion of curry and a dehydrated naan were not worth the money. I will not be ordering from this business again.

Tasty food but portions are too small unfortunately. Complained about it to the business, was basically told thats what you get. Not worth the money. Won't order from this business again

The worst curry I have ever had. Unless you like only 3 bits of chicken. He also forced my dad with MS to walk down 3 flights of stairs. The delivery driver called and pretended to have a bad knee when he was running around his car fine. I will let everyone I know what happened. Please avoid.

Grabbed a quick madras and keema naan after work and was pleasantly surprised! Delicious and good service. Thanks guys!

Food is the best. We had lamb biryani & butter chicken. It was piping hot when delivered and was delicious 😋 totally recommend this place.

Best Lamb Balti ever. Not too spicy but very tasty with lovely tender lamb. Highly recommended

First order from them and can say one of the best in swindon I have had and have had alot! , every part of the meal was full of flavour but no parts of them over powered each other , a mouthful of joy and flavours.

Lovely tasting sauces and naan breads. Chicken is not of the best quality, but has been getting better over the last 2 years I've been ordering from here.

Just went for a chicken tikka masala with some accompaniments. All was pretty good, only slight disappointment was the onion bhaji which was a bit too crispy.

Very good, one of the best around Swindon! We struggled for ages to find another good place for Indian Food as we were always being let down but these guys are 100%, the food is amazing, the service is great and they dont lie about delivery times! Ordered twice now and both times its been perfect! Thank you!

Daughter said this place is really good so gave it another go as the first was ok. Food really good but delivery was 1 hour 40 mins which always leaves me not wanting the food. Set meal for 2 is good value but that delivery time will probably have us going back to our normal takeaway.

We have just tried them this evening from our usual Indian , we do regret cause we ordered lamb tikka with chicken dansk and both dishes are no where near Indian food, you could not even taste any Indian spice, the pilau rice had no pilau spices at all. We have had to throw it and order from our usual one. I don’t recommend

Ordered 2 chicken tikka pathia’s one madras hot and the other mild. They were both very similar in spice which was disappointing, the chicken tikka was dry, tough and was like it was defrosted. Had a hair on my poppadoms, the only good thing really to come out of it was the naan bread but that’s not difficult to get wrong. If you’re thinking of going here I’d reconsider and try somewhere else, not worth wasting your money on.

Superb takeaway, delivered to the house too! We decided to see how their delivery service was working during these difficult times. It did take a while, to be expected, but we’ll worth it. My dandak was excellent, my wife thought her jalfrezi was stunning. Will definitely be ordering from them again.

I have had lamb birinani, Naga chicken and sag aloo on two occasions and they were all great. Good meats and plenty of content in the vegetable curry. Very tasty.

We’ve lived locally for three years and never popped into curry choice. We’ll definitely be using them again though! The quality of the meat was way above anything we’ve received from the many other takeaways we’ve tried in Swindon. Would certainly recommend.

Take away only. Excellent choice of cuisine and very tasty. Staff very helpful and friendly. We use it regularly.

Heard it was under new ownership. Food appears to be a lot better and orders not mucked up. Not the best Indian you’ll eat but for North Swindon it’s a good option.

Disappointing Lamb Biryani. Not nasty, just very plain, virtually no spices. Also a bit watery. The meat was good quality, but that wasn't enough to salvage the meal.

We were recommended to try this takeaway and after trying every other indian restaurant in a 6 mile radius of Tadpole, thought we’d try it (for home delivery). We were really impressed, the chicken was great quality, large portions, just the right amount of heat/spice too (a dansak, pathia). Both we really good, the rice perfect and the naan bread too. Will certainly be ordering from them again..

Ordered take away. Good food but increase of nearly 15% from last week is not justified. Does get expensive for simple meal.

The food was terrible. The chicken was dry and my dish didn’t taste as it should. Soon after having a takeaway from here. I was poorly. Safe to say I won’t be returning.

I ordered chicken jalfrie and mushroom rice. Ended up with chicken in a tomato flavoured sauce which was so bland that I felt as I had wasted £10. And a ready meal from the co op would of tasted better . I rang and stated my complaint and they said they would sort it out next I ordered there. I do not think I would order or recommend people to this place. The food I usually get there is nice but not today.

I've tried most takeaways over the years and it's taken that time to find the right one. This never fails to impress week in week out, my go too Saturday night Curry 🔥🔥🔥

Ordered a takeaway, other dishes were OK, by the King Prawn Biriani was a real disappointment. Must have been only one chopped up king prawn in the whole thing!

Food was lovely, was delivered in the time they said it would be. Delivery driver very polite. Very impressed will definatley be ordering from here again and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Had takeaway from this venue twice now, the food is OK but lacking some depth of flavour in comparison to other curry houses in the town. However, not bad value for money and portions are large.

Phoned up and ordered 1 normal chicken tikka and then another for my husband with some heat. When the order arrived we only had one which really frustrates me as it means you have to wait and let the other food get cold. I phone up and notified them straight away and he said he we will drop one off within 5-10 minutes. When it arrived they tried charging us for it which shocked me as it was their mistake and it spoilt the meal for me! The guy started shouting at me on my front door telling me what proof did I have that it was their fault. That I was ordering a second dish. I was totally and utterly shocked! He then said they gave me the price and I said well I don't know your prices so how am I meant to know you made an error. It was their mistake my husband was next to me whilst I ordered and instead of apologising I had the delivery driver shouting at me on my front door. I said just take the food away you have spoilt it for me to which his reply was let me speak to your husband. What a derogatory sexist remark I can't believe the guy then wants to speak to my husband! I phoned back to the office once the driver had finally gone. I was told he would speak to him and call me back. What a surprise this never happened! Will never order here again.

It's not often you find a REALLY GOOD Indian takeaway but this one is definitely number 1 in our opinion.

Had a few meals from here now. Always call direct and collect. Good tasty food. Friendly staff. Recommend.

ordered from just eat. hair in the food and the king prawns were rubber. complained to curry choice and they said only just eat can refund us and just eat say they won't refund without the council and/ or the food service industry instructing them to after an investigation. what a joke!

We ordered home delivery and were very impressed with the service. The ordering process included a confirmation email to say the order had been approved and would be with us in about an hour. The delivery was on time, and the food still nice and hot. The meal was delicious and very filling! Very good value for money and we'd certainly order from here again.

Having tried other curry houses in Swindon that had been recommended to us, we always prefer Curry Choice and are so glad we live over the road! Having lived in Leicester for many years eating lots of curry and eating curries in various other big cities, and small towns ( it's my favourite food!) I truly believe the food at Curry Choice is among the best. Always full of flavour, great portions and a friendly welcome. Just to add we have never been ill and we have eaten here on many occasions! Had a leaflet delivered and thought even though there was negative feedback on here we would give it a go!!! SO GLAD WE DID!! Best Biriani ever. My friends and my partner also said it was lush. Will definitely always use this takeaway when having an Indian. Note for previous review... not one of us had a toilet problem the next day.

Used to be a takeaway with southern fried chicken; curry was watered down and rubbish; not to mention orders were mucked-up!. Recently changed and curry food still rubbish. Last visit put me on toilet for days! I'm going back to Cricklade(Chutneys) for trusted decent Indian food... avoid this one!

Used to be an Indian restaurant, then became a takeaway chicken place with Indian kitchen out the back & now a takeaway Indian. Must admit with all the changes I was uncertain about trying it. I'm glad I did. My normal takeaway keeps getting my address wrong & as this one is closer I tried the set meal for 2 at £21.95. Onion Bhakti, 2 popodoms, chicken tikka starter, any 2 "TRADITIONAL" main dishes, 1 Bombay potatoes, 1 pilau rice & 1 nan. It was really good food, delivered on time, not greasy like some places are & we were completely stuffed. Has re orders form them since & will now be my regular Indian takeaway.
