Lovely authentic tasting meal, good size portions, proper chunks of meat, lovely bombay potatoes, nice sauces supplied too, deliverey driver she's great with new suggestions on what to try next

King prawn joke. I paid £9 for the King Prawn Madras and they were tiny and like rubber bands. Obviously frozen prawns and not fresh. Easily the worst KP Madras I’ve ever had. A shame too as the sauce is nice. I won’t be ordering again.

Without a doubt, the very best Indian Takeaway in Swindon. I've been using Dilkush for many years now and their curries are unrivalled. The taste is authentic and consistent every time. I have tried a wide variety of their dishes and none of them disappoint from the Mild Korma to hot and spicy Phall and Naga Chicken. There food is amazing. It's always delivered piping hot and freshly cooked by a polite and cheery delivery driver. Every meal is consistent to the last, so you know exactly what you are going to receive, which is truly delicious food. I've used many Indian Takeaways and eaten at many Indian Restaurants, but none of them come remotely close to the quality of Dilkush. I cannot recommend this place enough. Those that have followed my recommendation have not been disappointed and totally agree that their quality and service is outstanding.

I called the shop and wanted to try something different but not spicy and the gentleman advised trying chicken tikka korma, with mushroom rice and what a really nice tasting dish and not spicy, really impressed, they know there food and how to treat there customers

I certainly enjoyed my dish, it was earthy, spicy, warming, even sweet and the chicken was cooked exactly how i like it . It is a well-balanced, richly spiced dish with notes of deep savory flavors from turmeric, coriander, cumin, bay leaf, cinnamon, and cloves, just to name a few. Black pepper and red chilies provide spiciness and a rich hue

Lovely authentic taste was delivered to my door in 35 minutes and it was piping hot, the chicken in my madras was proper chicken that tasted succulent and the spices shone throughout

Fantastic birthday treat for my husband - great food, very hot, perfectly cooked, my Korma spot-on, his Jalfresi adjusted to be slightly less hot than normal but with a thicker curry sauce, and you did it to perfection. You even brought it out to my car to save me getting cold on a bitter winter's night. Well done!

Have lived in Swindon just over 2 years...I wish I had found this Indian takeaway sooner. Last night my friend & I tried it & we were both very impressed. The quality & quantity of food was outstanding & it came within the time frame they said. I am looking forward to trying other dishes in the future especially when my mother is here. Amazingly fresh and flavoursome food, couldn’t fault any of the food at all. Would definitely recommend and will use again.Chose to order from Dilkush purely based on their 1000s of reviews on JustEat and was not disappointed at all.Even the delivery driver was incredibly friendly and born to be in a customer facing role, that really makes a difference to the experience.

Orderded at 6.30pm for 7.25pm delivery after this time we tried to call over 30 times but phone was off the hook. No texts or updates until driver tried to deliver at 10pm which we turned away. Complained to just eat today.

Folkish used to be my favourite place for a curry, I always recommend them to others and have given 5 star reviews on here but my last experience was extremely disappointing. I ordered food at 10 past 5 and at10 past 6 got a call to say the food had been taken to the billing address not the delivery address. The driver told me that on the receipt they are only given the billing address - that’s quite obviously going to cause problems. Surely it’s paramount that the driver knows where he’s bringing the food?When my food finally arrived it was stone cold. Hardly a surprise after travelling all around swindon. The food was not edible.I contacted the company to complain and ask for a refund but have been ignored.Terrible service

Highly recommended. We got takeout and all arrived in good time and was all warm. Quality of food was fresh and excellent.

Order a chicken Makhani, meat samosas, poppadoms, and a pizza naan; just under £20 I couldn't complain! No indoor seating but as a takeaway, you can't fault the food one bit! It's a little more pricey but you definitely pay for the quality when you eat from here!

Hands down the best Indian takeaway in Swindon,food gets to your door super quick and hot,they are not shy on the portion sizes,the food quality is second to none,I have jamaican heritage and expect well seasoned foods with an array of flavours and dilkush certainly doesn't disappoint,the phone operator is very helpful and on the ball.What Dilkush have done is not just create a good brand of Indian takeaway in Swindon..they have in my opinion set a precedent.Well done.

Delivery was very very quick, about 30 minutes ish, the delivery driver was very polite and friendly. the food portions r very large, great value for money not to mention very tasty.

Terrible never use again ordered a Dilkush special with Chicken and lamb and all I got was a tasteless thick sauce with potatoes and sweetcorn never again.

Honestly the best indian cuisine in the area. The taste is authentic. My second takeaway from this company. Really fantastic blend of flavourful ingredients and great customer service. These people care about what they produce.

We ordered a takeaway for a family celebration. I’m sorry to say my chicken korma was the worst I’ve ever tasted. It must have had a whole bag of sugar in it. It made me feel quite sick. Never again

I wanted somewhere to go to on a regular basis so I tried them and they've not disappointed so I've been using them ever since. I have pretty high standards if I wasn't happy I would not recommend nor would I still order from there.

Thought I would give Dilkush a try after reading the excellent reviews and I was not disappointed. Ordered a Chicken Biryani and hot vegetable curry. I haven't tasted a better one than this, lots of different spices and flavours in the Biryani and the chef even added some fresh green chillies (a master stroke!). The accompanying vegetable curry was extremely rich and bursting with flavour. Well done Dilkush this was a great dish

Only order take away, however this is consistently, hot and fresh, always on time and the staff I deal with are always brilliant. The taste is great and the portion sizes are brilliant. Only curry house in Swindon I can trust to consistently deliver hot, fresh and tasty food. Thanks guys!!

I've been looking for an Indian takeaway since moving to the area in May. Really struggled finding somewhere nice until Dilkush! Food arrived faster than expected, food tasted amazing - piping hot and very fresh! Even a really lovely delivery driver. I ordered a Paneer Korai, cheese and garlic naan and onion bhajis and didn't have a bad comment about any of it. Huge thumbs up and will be ordering again! Thanks!

After giving Dilkush 5 stars on a previous review I'm unfortunately having to post a very different review this time.We called and placed an order at 4.50 on a Saturday afternoon, we were told there would be an hour and 10 minute wait which seemed like a pretty long time however, as we love the curry here we still ordered. After an hour and 40 minutes the food had still not arrived. We called to find out what the delay was. We were given no apology but told the food had left 5 minutes ago and it should arrive within 5-10 minutes.Finally after waiting 2 hours and 5 minutes the food arrived.Half of the popadoms were soft. Although the rest of the food was tasty, it was barely warm which leads me to wonder how long it was sat around.A pretty disappointing experience.

First time ordering from here & will be the last.Waited nearly two hours for delivery on a Wednesday evening ( God only knows how long you would have to wait on a Fri or Sat evening ) Food over cooked, dry & cold & missing items. Can hardly eat a Curry without Rice!!! Sorry guys but you're not a patch on Eastern Cuisine

Excellent customer service with the girl on the phone being very polite and helpful . Also delivery was time efficient and the delivery man was very friendly . The food was exceptional, with it all being extremely fresh . The meals we received came in at a very reasonable price; with £35 being well worth it.We will definitely be ordering again.In my opinion one of, if not , the BEST Indian takeaway in Swindon.

Delivery order was 25 mins past delivery confirmation...and cold ..VERY cold.....one starter missed from order....delivered an hour and fifteen minutes after the late dinner, and guess what...stone cold......refund...nooo...a bottle of pop to say sorry....amateur outfit.....wont use again.....

I've never had a bad meal from Dilkush and could not recommend them more.When ordering this evening, the man I spoke with was polite and friendly - we even had a bit of a laugh.We did have a little issue with the delivery driver getting lost but that was quickly resolved. The food was still hot, fresh and incredibly tasty.My Korma is always great. Certain curry houses Korma's are bland and tasteless but not from Dilkush, it has a lot of flavour and even a little kick which is unusual. Hands down the best Korma I've ever had.My parents said the Madras and curry sauce was great, nice and spicy but I don't eat that myself.The garlic nann bread was big enough to share around 3 people with some left over as was the rice. The popadoms were also great, fresh and crunchy.I will continue to order my curries from Dilkush and certainly recommend them!

Ordered through Just Eat, this amazing curry turned up right when they said it would. Hands down the best tasting curry from anywhere in the area. The flavours are sublime and I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

We had a meal for 4 delivered for my Sons birthday and it was delivered on time, hot and the quality was excellent. Used to always use Jack Spice but this is now my go to curry house. We had tandoori, mild curry and hot curries. All of us thoroughly enjoyed everything

Arrived late back from London and could not be bothered to cook. Had a mix of starters. Paneer Pakora, Bhaji, Vegetable Samosas and Chana Puree. The Chana Puree was wonderful. I could have eaten two. The rest were just ok. Not bad but average.Paneer Karahi was good. It is nice to see paneer making its way into some other dishes rather than just being served with peas or spinach.The disappointment was with the Vegetable Dhansak. As far as I am aware a Dhansak should be sweet and sour curry with a lentil sauce. It had a bit of sweet but the chili was quite strong and dominated the dish. Unfortunately, I did not see a lentil in sight. I also do not believe they used fresh vegetables instead opting for frozen. Nothing wrong with that if you are making a curry at home, but I would expect professionals to do it properly.

The food was excellent but badly let down by the delivery time being stated as 1hr 15 and then actually taking 1hr 30. If you can accept this the keema naan, garlic chilli chicken, tarka daal and lamb sagwala are awesome. Top tip - their medium hot is hotter than chutney' s hot.

Ordered a takeaway for a birthday it arrived 20 minutes late with the korma dish spilt all over the other food. Also the prawns were shrimps.

We've repeatedly ordered takeaways and never had a bad dish yet!! Their Chicken Tikka Rolls in Naan breads are fantastic. Will carry on using them and highly recommend!!!

Dilkush is a new takeaway that I found on Just Eat, honestly guys the food was that good I set up the page for my review to be published.I am not normally one to look around for a curry takeaway as I usually stick to what I know. A few good friends recommended I try Dilkush and I was not left disappointed. I usually order a curry from Jack Spice and this can take up to an hour to reach me, last night I had waited 40 minutes when delivery was made. The food was piping hot and I even got a free drink with my order.The food was superb, I being your average English woman opted for the Tandoori Tikka Masala and it was mouth watering. The masala sauce was not too runny (previous experiences I have found that the sauce can be very watery), the chicken was well done and my Keema Naan on the side was packed with lamb. My partner had a Chicken Madras and that was also superbly made, and lots of chicken was provided. I ordered rice and chips on the side which was my own mistake because I hardly touched the sides, the mounds of food you get was great.Definitely value for money guys I paid £21.00 for the meals and like I mentioned above the amount of food we got was fantastic, I've learnt my lesson and won't be ordering sides in the future. I will continue to order from Dilkush and cannot recommend the food enough, props to your chef!
