Absolutely banging Indian from this crowd last night, great customer service and speedy delivery as per usual... well done.

Came exactly on estimated delivery time. Naan bread was cold but the rest was hot. Onion bhajis were excellent and there was nothing wrong with the curry and rice but I have had much better from other takeaways.

Nothing special and had to wait 2 HOURS! Can of drink was warm and the food was average. I might have enjoyed it more had I not been so cross at how long it took to arrive!

Food was very tasteless and Bland. Did not enjoy. Chicken was dry and poor quality, and arrived cold despite arriving at the time stated. Will not be ordering again.

I ordered a bhuna hoping it would be mild but it was medium, plenty of chicken and cooked beautifully. The garlic naan was amazing, as far as a bread goes they do have it spot on. Order early and you get it quite quickly as I ordered at 5.30 and had the delivery at 5.55 although it is literally a two minute drive. I would order again!!

Had driver ring me to confirm address rang him back half hour later as he still hadn't turned up

Food lovely as always, was over an hour for delivery but not usually an issue so we let them off this once. Prawn starter was a huge let down, open it up and there was one... Yes... One! Not good for the price.

Let me start with the good points.....Food was great, as usual and went down well. Unfortunately the driver turned up without correct change, was not a good start, but I let It pass. Then to find my order was not complete was added insult to injury, it's a simple thing to get right, but shouldn't have been missed.

Sadly the food wasn't nice which is frustrating as I don't often have takeaway so was a nice treat. Bhajis small. Makhani didn't taste right. Mint sauce tasted like gone off alcohol. Sadly won't be returning. :-(

Food arrived hot and on time. Everyone highly rated the food. Very enjoyable meal. Very generous portion.

Lovely food for an affordable price

the food I ordered didn't taste like it should, it was all sloppy and soggy! overly watery aswell! it was a total let down! the only good thing about it was it was very very hot ( temperature wise ) other than that I fault everything! when my food was delivery I gave £12 to pay ( I'm not fussed about the amount of money that was taken it is just very rude & very unprofessional ) my food total was £10.50 and the man who delivered it just took the money & left 😒 overall this experience was the worst I had and I would not recommend them at all, to anyone, ever! 😔

I've had other Indian food but tasty oily but this wasn't it was just right the service ok the timing was 5mins late but don't mine as it gave me time to get the plates out lol I'm definitely coming back to this one.. xxxxx

i ordered a chicken tikka curry but im not sure that is what i got as it dident taste like any chicken tikka iv ever had. but it was tastey so even if it wernt a chicken tikka i dont mind as it was a good meal anyway :)

Only 5 minutes late, but not too bothered because the delivery guy was very friendly and the food was amazing (and still very hot).

They even came to the house to check we still wanted our order after a technical hitch. Great food and service.

Arrived piping hot. Madras was a little lacking in meat and very runny, but balti was very good

A great set meal, with a gorgeous whole tandoori chicken. One criticism would be that the lamb was a little chewy, maybe needed longer cooking. Will definitely use again.

Lovely curry and extras , chicken and chips a bit dry but otherwise no complaints , came quick and hot :)

Delivery arrived and it was missing a curry, rang the take away and after a very apologetic lady on the phone the missing curry was delivered in 10 minutes, superb customer service and really lovely fresh food. Will be ordering again.

Order was late called to see where it was order was out 30 mins before received and 5 minute drive away lady on phone was superb driver on other hand had attitude shoved the food without a word food was near enough cold spoke to lady again and she was disgusted with driver and offered refund or free meal food after being reheated was tasty first time ordering from here couldn't knock lady on the phone she was helpful just the service and attitude from driver was disgusting !

Great takeaway and not swimming in grease like some others in the town. Not as spicy as some i had vindaloo and it was madras hotness in my opinion.

Arrived 20 mins late even though they did apologise, prawns were tough,nan bread thin and dry,vindaloo mild and korma bland and tasteless will not be ordering again.

Good was great and cheap, and delivery was quick. Will definitely order from there again.

arrived 25 minutes late,luke warm, the mixed kebab was tiny and the chicken makani had no sultanas, pistachios or almonds that I could see, altogether disappointing. The first time we ordered from them the food was great so this is hopefully just a one off.

The food is lovely, piping hot, and was delivered fast... but we both asked for mild versions of the dishes, and got medium hot instead! So make sure if you ask for mild, ask for very, very mild! Otherwise no complaints.

Madras sauce very watery, quick delivery though. Won't use again due to watery sauce. Poor

Food was cold, chips still uncooked, poppadoms and naan soggy, small portions and forgot onion bhajees. Terrible takeaway! First time here was a lot better. Can't find a number anywhere to give them feedback and ask for bhajees to be delivered.

Good: quite tasty once seasoned. Bad: took 1hr 40mins to arrive, food was cold, chicken was tough, onion bhajis were terrible, portion size was minimal (container half full).

Had to wait 3 hours for my food. I had to call 7 times before they would answer the phone. The food was lack lustre after all the wait. I will not eat here again

Very good! The Keema rice was a bit over red with food colouring though. The curry had a good depth of flavour, which most curry houses around here seem to lack. Good sized portion and food arrived very hot

No one answers the phone when trying to chase the order. Food a no-show. Terrible Terrible. Definitely won't use again

Unfortunately I cant review how the food was because we didn't receive it. After an hour and a half of waiting I rang them and they informed me that the order had left 15 minutes ago. 20 minutes later it still hadn't arrived - we only live a 5 min drive from the shop. I phoned again and said I hoped it still wasn't on its way because it would be very cold by now. They took my just eat order number and then said they hadn't received the order, despite saying that it was on its way 20 mins beforehand. The only good thing I can say was that the girl I spoke to on the phone was very apologetic and polite. Still waiting for a refund too.

Food was piping hot and very tasty, not at all greasy. The downside however was it was ordered at 7.30 and didn't arrive until gone 10pm. Phoned to chase twice and was told both times it was 5mins away; was offered 10% off next order. Please sort out your delivery times as the food itself was good.

Just finished my takeaway and was very disappointed,the popadoms were soft and both main dishes were very bland in taste and were very watery. We ordered early to avoid any long delays but was overal unsatisfied with our takeaway

The food arrived almost three hours after we ordered it and an hour and a half after the expected delivery time. Yes it was a busy Saturday night but we were given no update to tell us the food would be late. I tried to call the restaurant and couldn't get through and the restaurant was then removed from the just eat app and website. A long wait for average food. I won't be buying again.

meal was fabulous..we had the set meal for 2 and its good value for money..sadly ordered an extra naan which didnt arrive :( we didnt complain as meal was lovely :)

Didn't take too long to arrive but driver had no change on him! The food was dry especially the rice, either overbooked or not fresh. Sorry but not going to buy from here again!

Coke isn't 2l, its 1.25l. Big difference. Plus I wanted diet and they opened for Saturday business without it. Poor management. Bag contained oil and curry from badly sealed containers. Not good. Shami was dire. Far too salty. Rest were average, and I'm being nice. Lots of choice out there. I wont choose this place again.

I have had probably 4 or so take-always from Pritam's now, all very good. The favourite so far is definitely the Punjabi chicken curry, such fresh flavours. Very authentic. Not your usual Indian fare found in Swindon. This is definitely an asset to Gorse Hill, and to Swindon. They have just moved to new premises and I belive are open in the day. I haven't eaten there yet so can't comment but hope to do so soon.

10/10 nicest place, was hot. Only issue is that it states coke 2l for £2 , but I got Pepsi 1.5l. They may wish to amend this! Other than that, no real gripe with the place! It was nice to try someplace new :)
