The best restaurants serving Indian food in East Hampshire South East

Very varied menu with something for everybody with good portion sizes. Good service with advice on what to choose and the food arrived promptly. It's worth noting that the entrance is a single door to an upstairs restaurant. If you have access problems, there is a chair lift available. Recommended but you will need to book.

Excellent food, a real must for curry lovers. Interactive staff who were very attentive and friendly.

Authentic Indian for as it should be, love the food its not got all the bright coloured food colourings in the dishes that so many others restaurants create, its original and incredibly tasty.

Ordered for the first time last night and the food was great. We had a kebab box, double smash burger and a kinder dessert. Everything was tasty and well cooked, will definitely order from here again!

I have used the madhuban for over 20 years, both the Liss restaurant and liphook delivery service and have always recommended them to friends. My latest liphook delivery was dreadful. I fed back to them online privately to give them an opportunity to get back to me but, sadly, they didn’t even bother so have decided to go public. I had made a meat curry using their excellent madhuban sauces but still spent £30 on sides to accompany the dish. The 2 tubs of sag aloo were awful, packed with slimy spinach and all of 3 bits of potato! Most of the pickle tray was a watered down mush and the onion salad was only fit for the bin. The ‘hot’ sides were tepid at best. The only edibles were the pappadums and onion bhajis. This is not what I expect from the madhuban. As they couldn’t be bothered to send good food or contact me I will never recommend or use them again. I am very disappointed in them.

We used Deliveroo and Uber Eats over Christmas. The food from Ali Baba’s on both occasions was absolutely delicious. No-one could find a fault with either of the meals.

The said it would be with us in 45 minutes to an Hour, I received a notification on the App that inferred that I had received the order. I had not. I rang the restaurant and while I was on the phone it arrived.

Website wouldn't take our payment and we had to call to see if our order had been recognised. They said try logging in and placing the order again but the new estimated time was 30 later than we originally booked for a matter of minutes beforehand.

Terrible food...not even close to real Indian food. Extremely oily, hard chicken pieces, added food colours, weird tasting curries. The whole thing is a scam.

was given a time of delivery but when enquired was told their dirver was coming backtfrom another deliver and the other driver wasn't in yet. Second tine t9isr has happrend ant not in my mind acceptable

Poor quality. I suspect the chicken may have been recooked from the night before. I pray it wasn't scraped off the plates and reused. I guess only the owner will know, I hope he hasn't got lazy. I live in Bradford, the curry capital of the UK, I know my curry, and I was very disappointed. I won't be spending my money there again.
