The best restaurants serving Indian food in East Hampshire South East

Ordered delivery, promptly delivered but no sauce with 2 portions of onion bharji's. Always used to come with. Bit peeved.

So living locally and always want to use local foods, I usually once every so often treat ourselves for a takeaway, this evening was an Indian from the Malabon in Petersfield. Well the only way I can put it, is stay well clear. Within 15 minutes the food was delivered at my door. That itself says something. The food was absolutely tasteless, bland and extremely well over priced, I bought a tandoori chicken starter for my wife and all she got was a cold dried up portion of a leg of chicken for just under £6 ABSOLUTE DISGUSTING. The mains were shocking, 5 bits of meat in a sauce that seemed it was out of a jar. No color no taste. The only place for an Indian takeaway or a sit down meal in petersfield by a country mile is the Paradise. How I've learnt not to stay with a good restaurant.

Great food, efficient service, and quality ingredients. Try the King Prawn Rogan and marvel at the wonderful fish. Top marks for Balti Tandoori!👍

We ordered a meal from Cardamom and all the dishes even down to the poppadoms and onion salad were first class. When Cardamom are good they are great - keep it up!

We used Deliveroo and Uber Eats over Christmas. The food from Ali Baba’s on both occasions was absolutely delicious. No-one could find a fault with either of the meals.

Awful experience and awful food

Terrible food...not even close to real Indian food. Extremely oily, hard chicken pieces, added food colours, weird tasting curries. The whole thing is a scam.

We have had a few collections of takeaways from Dhanmondi and the food is always delicious. Keeps hot and tastes great. Decided to have my birthday meal out at the restaurant - service was lovely and they handled our table of 11 perfectly. Food all came out in good time and cooked amazingly. Highly recommend to eat in or a takeaway.

Oh dear what a shame, always been really glad id but had a very poor experience this evening. Starters arrived in good time but after waiting an hour & a quarter (and having to ask for them) the mains course arrived - cold! Don’t really understand as it was that busy. Perhaps concentrate on those on the restaurant rather than takeaways!!
