A wonderful restaurant. The food is first rate. The front of house team are exceptional in their customer service. This is our second time here and wilk be back again very soon.

Went for the Sunday buffet, excellent range of curry’s and sides. Staff were attentive for drinks and good value for money.

They need serious lessons in how to please as waiters. We were rushed into ordering, asked whether it was ok at least 5 times, and hovered over, making for an unpleasant experience. Decor and ambience was very nice, but very busy with children running wild! Food was ok, but all meals tasted the same!

Lovely meal for 10 on my son’s 30th. Great food great atmosphere and even our 18 month old grandson had a great time.

Something has changed. We've dined there in the past but more recently used their takeaway service. The food used to be good but having ordered a few takeaway meals over the past year, the quality has fallen. We've given them the benefit of the doubt on these occassions but for the last one ordered, my dish was tasteless and with the consistency of soup it was so watered down. My family was equally dissapointed with their choices. Sadly, we will not be going back again.

Thursday evening, placed order at 17:14 for a starter, main, side, naan & poppadoms = £40. Estimated delivery time 17:55….. our delivery arrived at 18:35, everything was cold. Have raised with Just Eat who said the delivery didn’t arrived when complaint raised???? Will not be ordering again.

Absolutely delicious meal served by Mintoo and Izzy. The Palak paneer, onion bhajis and the special chicken Mery Poppins (honestly!) were all incredible. Highly recommend for an enjoyable evening meal in Petersfield.

So much salt! We couldn’t eat it was inedible! It’s normally fantastic and we order every month but couldn’t eat as far too much salt.

Our order was given to someone else so we had to wait to have a fresh order made. Really disappointed that there’s no code to say or something to make sure it’s the right people getting the order. However the food is lovely as always.

Curry was earlier shame bout the rice

Was told when phoning that no-one answered ghe door despite the fact I was sitting in the.lounge by the front door, 2 hours later had a call to say they were re-cooking and sending out, by then.my husband had gone to bed, completely upset and spoilt evening. When the food finally arrived it was missing rice and over cooked

Outstanding Food ! As someone who used to have Indian food every day, I can say this is one of the best restaurants I've been too. Amazing service, we asked to move to a bigger table and nothing was roo much trouble. Staff were all very attentive - taking drinks order and asking how the food was. DEFINATLY be back ! Absolutely amazing, I would recommend.

Out of all the local Indian restaurants I have tried, as a vegetarian this is by far the best. Rather than being a second thought, the food is flavorsome and delicious and the menu is varied and original. Just had another take away and it was 10/10 amazing!!

Spicelounge never fails to deliver. Quality service and truly great food. Was feeling a little zesty when we popped in and splashed out on the Hyderabadi Shank, I decision I've had to live with since as each meal fails to live up to it. Strong recommend.

Took for absolute ever tonight just kept trying to get us to buy more drinks nearly 45 minutes just to get poppadoms and a pint then added extras to everyone's bills at the end for things we never ordered awful never again

Our first time ordering from the Spice Lounge and it was delicious! Food delivered on time, warm and was some of the best Indian food we have eaten! The driver was courteous and took notice of the delivery note left to not knock door too hard as to wake kids. I think we've found a new regular! Thank you!

My father and I visited this restaurant just last night. We arrived without booking, and were told to come back in an hour, and they would ensure seats for us when we return. When we came back an hour later, the restaurant was absolutely packed, but true to their word they had saved seating for us. The service on our visit was second to none. Polite and attentive, they couldn't have been more accommodating. The food was exceptional; fresh, perfect flavour and cooked to perfection. After the meal, the staff were kind enough to order us a taxi and we were given a complimentary glass of Bailey's. I would highly recommend visiting this restaurant. We may have to return on a Sunday, when they have an all-you-can-eat buffet. Yum!

My grandson's choice to be with family for his 21st birthday, the Spice Lounge Petersfield excelled in everything imaginable, I can't recommend this restaurant enough. Excellent food, excellent service, what more could you wish for.

Fantastic Sunday evening buffet with Chicken Korma, Jalfrezi, lamb, chicken Mary poppins, tandoori chicken legs, bhaji, nan etc. Food was lovely and hot and service was fantastic. If you are in the area I can thoroughly recommend the restaurant

Food and service is excellent every time we order

Well below the standard we usually get from Spice Lounge. Both our curries tasted bland and a little bitter. Very strange, not sure what has changed but hopefully it is a blip.

Waited an over and hour contacted restaurant to then be told it would be half an hour more . Waited a further half an hour still no delivery rang restaurant and was told it is out for delivery , eventually 10-15mins later it arrived. Some items of food were cold and some items were warm. Usually much better service then this, very disappointed l.

Ordered a takeaway for the first time to just give it a go because there was a discount involved. Least to say I can see why there was a discount. Food was so watery, tasteless, greasy onion bajees, poppadoms. Was not impressed at all. I've been a loyal customer to the PARADISE in Petersfield. After this evening I shall never look back, they are by far the best Indian restaurant/takeaway by a clear mile. I'm just sorry I wasted good money on a waste of food when I new better. Anyone that hasn't been or tried PARADISE in Petersfield, I think you should. Outstanding food and service.

I was looking forward to my meal, I ordered chips as last time these were the best I’ve ever tasted. Meat samosas and lamb kofta from appetizer menu. The chips were cold and tasted old, the lamb koftas was cold I mean probably already cooked beforehand no warmth at all and the samosa was slightly warm. So I did not enjoy this meal at all as it was cold. I never complained within 24 hours as my daughter spent night in hospital. A unhappy customer.

What a fantastic restaurant. We had the Sunday buffet & it was a really good choice of meat & vegetarian dishes. All that we had were top notch. On top of that, I can’t praise the staff highly enough. Really friendly & keen to ensure everything was as its should be. My only gripe is that is not close to home, but if we are down this way again, we are sure to go there again and wil recommend to anyone headed this way.

I had a vegetable curry missing

I can’t tell you how disappointed I was after booking this restaurant and finding out hey had accepted walk on in stead of honouring there on line bookings . I would suggest that it not worth booking like any normal restaurant and just walk I like a Keenan van .

Cooked food in olive oil as requested and tastes great although some rice was left out of the order and can’t be bothered to call to sort.

Personally the naga was on point exactly what you look for in a spicy curry, I did not realise I would only get one serving of rice was expecting two as I ordered to Currys with rice but all in all amazing

We can highly recommend this excellent restaurant. We ordered takeaways on three occasions this week and the food was superb. The restaurant staff and delivery drivers were very polite and cheerful. Every dish was cooked to perfection and the portions were very generous, on top of all this we were given free popodoms or nanns and a lovely selection of chutneys. We were on holiday in East Meon and would easily say that this is the best Indian restaurant ever, we can't wait to return. Thankyou

Simply the best Indian in Petersfield.

I have been here with a couple of friends and all we could say was that the service was exceptional. All of the waiters were friendly and they even guided us through the menu. As for the food, again exceptional. We have ordered a few starters and a few mains and although it was busy at the time the food has been served quick enough. The quality of the food was very good unlike other Indian restaurants that I have visited. Would 100% recommend and we will definetely be visting again!
