Tandoori chicken was overcooked but otherwise the rest was great.

Went there recently for dinner on weekend. Very nice ambience with soulful music. Excellent food... tastes just like how it does in India. Very good variety and portion is just appropriate. We had few starters and mains. Panner was the highlight of our dinner. Drinks also tasty. Staff was quick to respond and helpful. There was a mysterious green drink that looked amazing, want to taste on next visit. Definitely will go next time.

Having dined here countless times the food is always excellent and the staff are great. Highly recommend trying the Adha Diya - it’s fantastic.

Did not even get to eat. What can I say but wow the terrible customer service I tried to order a collection and was pased to 3 different staff members and I explained my address and they still just passed me to some one else then he say pl not talk like I was as they won't serve me so I told them thanks but no way never trying this pl no wonder it's dead .

January 2025 We've been using the Chatgaon regularly and always been very satisfied. Today we had 5 star customer service rectifying a mistake with the order. The replacement was delivered in 20 minutes. The food was excellent as always. Summer 2023 I have had deliveries from the Chatgaon regularly over the last year and they never disappoint. The Adadia remains a particular favourite. There are good vegetarian options and milder dishes which are really tasty. Summer 2022 I've used the Chatgaon a couple of times this summer and they're back to their normal excellence :-). February 2022 Previously I gave Chatgaon 5 stars - see review below. I'm sorry to say that the quality has dropped the last couple of times. The mushroom pakoras were fairly nasty with thick solid batter. The naans were quite charred in places, though otherwise fine. The cheddar mushrooms were in a very runny sauce which used to be thicker. On the positive side my shashlik masala was good and the rice and omelette were up to the usual standard. It's sad to find an exceptional restaurant has become average. Summer 2020 Reopened today with new Covid19 precautions. Delivered on time and with good handling and distancing. Great food, better than ever! We'll definitely be ordering again.

Clean service food excellent full of flavour and cooked fresh waited half an hour but definitely worth it, would recommend it

A menu came through our door so we decided to give it a try having seen good reviews on here. The food was very disappointing. A watery daal, the chicken tikka massala also came in a thin and unappealing sauce, no mango chutney was provided for the poppadoms. The tandoori mixed grill was average at best. Good to try something different but unfortunately the food was poor and we won't be coming back.
