Had a takeaway tonight.. The Chicken Tikka rogan josh was beautiful and so was the rest of the food. Great service and polite staff.

We went last night for the New Years Eve special and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. It cost £39.95 each with food and an in house DJ/singer who was very good. There were 3 of us in the party and and not a single complaint from start to finish. Plenty of poppadoms with mint, tomato, onions and chutney. The starters were 2 Chicken Tikka and a Chicken Pakora which were excellent with fresh salad. The main courses were Chicken Tikka Madras, Tandoori Chicken Madras (off the bone) and a Lamb Rogan Josh. All three tasted excellent. We had a couple of Pilau Rice and a portion of chips between us and a Garlic Naans and a Plain Naan which were fresh and hot. The only thing left was half a plain Naan. Not only was the food top class, the staff were brilliant too despite every table being full. Special mention to Sayed who worked like a Trojan from taking our orders to ensuring it was correct and how it tasted. No complaints whatsoever. His brother Sayem was on the till and taking telephone orders during probably the busiest night of the year ensuring everything ran smoothly. Special mention must go to Grorgia, a lovely young lady who ensured our glasses were kept full all night. Finally, when i complimented Sayed on the food before we left, i asked him to say thanks to the chef. He shouted him over and told us he was his father, Abdul. He was proud as punch when we told him about the standard of the food, especially dealing with so many deliveries as well. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. We have had takeaways before from here and they have always been excellent but i will say this has been the best dining visit we have had locally for a long time and i would recommend it unconditionally. Welcoming, friendly, helpful, attentive staff. Interesting non typical menu. Hot, fresh, tasty food. We went for a meal then went again the next night. Good value for money too. Happy to recommend.

The outside pods are a great idea. Food is great. Only criticism is the small car park.

Brilliant! Spicy and real taste of India.

Chose here because I craved an authentic Indian butter chicken and samosa chaat and was not disappointed. We had some share platters to start which gave a taste of different street foods. The mango chutney was really good. Staff were friendly and the restaurant is warm and welcoming. Will definitely be ordering again. Need to try their chicken 65 next time!

A nice place to visit! The Food was great and the atmosphere too. There is a small parking available, but I doubt you will find a space if it’s busy. I will definitely go back again.

This restaurant is permanently closed. Just waste my time. Owner should change restaurant opening time.

Lovely restaurant and great food. Would come again, amazing prices for city centre! TikkaMasala had a touch of spice too, unreal!!
