The best restaurants serving Indian food in North West

Excellent meal as usual on Friday night. Great service and easy hot food. We definitely will be back! Ainsdale is a lovely place to visit and with a regular train service we come from Formby quite a lot.

Placed an order online and the money was taken. I called to check some of the ingredients as I have an allergy. The person I spoke to hung up pretty quick and then stopped answering the phone. So I went to the store and they said they it’s under new ownership and it’s the previous owners who have taken my money and I need to contact them for a refund.

Amazing staff, excellent food and reasonably price . Really friendly and lovely staff and the food is unreal . This is a hidden gem . Fully recommend!

I ordered nearly £50 worth of food, one item of which was a King Prawn bhuna. It was disgusting. I've never known "King Prawns" to be mushy, and like paste. About half the dish was like that, the rest of it resembled something from Area 51, and in no way could be called a King Prawn. I followed procedure and filed an online complaint. After waiting a week and receiving no reply I am left with no choice but to leave this review, to warn other people what they may be letting themselves in for.

Got a takeaway Saturday night, chicken chilli and garlic and chicken naga, keema rice 2 garlic nans. Huge portions, fantastic flavour, good amount of chicken and spices. Would definitely go back.

Having been recommended this restaurant by an Asian friend we didn't mind queuing having rocked up on a Saturday night without a booking. The maitre d found us a table in the annexe and we were very well looked after by the staff. The food and drinks were moderately priced, reasonable portions and very tasty - the BEST Peshwari Naan I have ever eaten !!!

Brilliant food especially the lamb curry and the starter meal. The mango and strawberry ice cream with pistachio nuts was to die for. Definitely come back again but I’ll bring my family next time.

The food was nice and they paid attention to my request of making the curry extra hot... but I ordered chicken and got lamb, which was disappointing. Won't stop me from going again, it was just a mistake. Was still nice, just not what I ordered.

First time I’ve been here since about 10 yrs ago In all honesty I should have waited anothe 10yrs Ordered the king prawn balti it was cold, bland and watery wouldn’t recommend at all The best thing about the balti was ……. The tray that it came in Not a happy customer :-(

Absolutely outstanding food I order from here all the time food is always hot, tried most of the menu and literally can’t fault it, staff are fantastic and this is by far the nicest Indian restaurant/takeaway on the Wirral, you can dine in or take away. Really nice pub with great food and a lovely outdoor seating area. It was busy but still good service and food served without a wait.
