Visited Roti last night with my husband and absolutely loved it. We’ve been thinking about going for a while and will definitely go back again now. The food was delicious and different to anything we’ve had before. I much prefer a few small plates rather than one big meal so this was great for me. I was actually spoilt for choice with the vegetarian section. And to add to the excellent food, the gentleman serving us was very welcoming and friendly. Would recommend!

The food was excellent. The service was mostly very good. Only a couple of gripes. The apparent maitress de was wearing very strong perfume which can upset. A topup drink was forgotten. Food-wise the food was excellent and very tasty. Not overly large portions but I accept food establishments operate on small margins and costs have gone up.

Love this place, the slick host (Ash) and quick service from the waiting lads, some of the best service generally speaking to be honest. Highly recommend the tandoori sizzlers, always tasty……those garlic chilli lamb chops with samber sauce…… 10/10

Review for Mughal Balti House I recently visited Mughal Balti House, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The food was disappointing—lacking flavor, with excessively small portions, and every dish seemed overloaded with vegetables rather than a balanced mix of ingredients. It felt like they were cutting corners at every step. The customer service was non-existent. The staff, especially one particularly rude individual, had absolutely no knowledge of how to handle customers. Their attitude was dismissive, unprofessional, and made the entire experience frustrating. It’s clear that a change in staff, or at least proper training, is desperately needed to bring any semblance of hospitality to this establishment. I would not recommend Mughal Balti House to anyone looking for quality food or even basic courtesy. A disappointing visit, and I will not be returning.
