Food was delicious. I had a fish Massala and my friends all had a Thali which they raved about. Service was great- quick and really friendly. Will definitely be back.

We have been going for years. Last time out it was Bhuna Prawn on Puri Lamb Rogan Josh Vindaloo hot with Nut Pillau and Spicy Chips Fantastic 10/10

I am a regular here and today took my brother for his first time.He absolutely loved it, the food , decor and service!!. He now knows why I go! It's a fantastic restaurant and the staff are top class!! You have a new customer!!

Amazing food, lovely staff, great ambiance! We tried this place for the first time as they took part in Restaurants week, dinner for £14 (starter, main, side) Had samosa chat, so full of flavour and colour, tikka chicken very soft and lots of flavour, for mains i had lamb curry, my goodness, soooo good! Husband had green chili curry, very nicely flavoured, sides were vegetable pilau rice - what a brilliant idea! All around Great place, good value for money, will be back again!

The best curry in the North East. You won't be disappointed with any dish from the curry centre. Me and my family have been going here for over 35 years and they've never let us down. Family owned with the friendliest team of people and the tastiest curry dishes going, I cant speak highly enough of the curry centre centre 🔥

We like to try different types of curries, something that sounds a bit different than plain. Bombay Babu fit the bill for this. We utilise their own site to take advantage of any discounts. The taste of our takeaways couldn’t be faulted, nor the speedy delivery, however the ratio of rice to lack of madras sauce was way out. You also have to order a can of pop with this meal (we didn’t want one) and they forgot to bring it. The Babus Salt and Chilli Pottika bowl was the highlight, worth a try.

This place is disgusting.. We thought we would chance it again after my partners dad found a screw in the curry, yes a screw, that was a few years back . So ordered a meal tonight only because of the cheep deals they have on and found a long woman's hair in the chips not a happy experience. I would avoid unless you want a nice suprise in your food. I called them and they offered me a free bag of chips next time I order

The last time I was here it was the Royal and previously the Zolsa about 30 years ago We had a great meal I had King Prawn Vindaloo and Fish Barji to start. I couldn’t fault it.. 10/10

I don't particularly like giving poor reviews to local business however i am hoping this feedback will be taken positively and for them to improve. So, i have no problem with there food - it's great and that's why i go back however!!! The delivery service and the ability to get the order right is absolutely SHOCKING!! Every delivery order i have received has items missing, bread, poppadoms, chutney sauces, salad even started.... When parting with a lot of cash, i expect the full order & a top quality service..... I have even went into the restaurant and spoke to the manager in person about this... yes i phone them as soon as i realise the order is incomplete,, yes, they send out the missing items,,, but arriving up to 2 hours after 1st delivery, there really is no point... so that's it for me Dilshad, i disappointingly will not be ordering from you again - time to try someone new... I have had incomplete orders x5 times now and that is totally unacceptable... very disappointed :-(

Food was nice. Experience ruined by a group of rowdy idiots who encouraged each other to swallow food whole. Curry does not pair nicely with the sound of barfing and laughter.

Delicious food only criticism would be no salad with mixed kebab. Other than that. Top notch

Group of 10 visited for the first time late evening on Saturday 8th. The staff were very welcoming, couldn’t do enough for us. The food was excellent, beautifully presented and so good. I will definitely return and recommend to friends and family.
