Food was delicious. I had a fish Massala and my friends all had a Thali which they raved about. Service was great- quick and really friendly. Will definitely be back.

Really bad experience, do not recommend, wanted to stay for drink and nibbles and not being allowed by manager himself. Please avoid, not convincing.

Amazing food, lovely staff, great ambiance! We tried this place for the first time as they took part in Restaurants week, dinner for £14 (starter, main, side) Had samosa chat, so full of flavour and colour, tikka chicken very soft and lots of flavour, for mains i had lamb curry, my goodness, soooo good! Husband had green chili curry, very nicely flavoured, sides were vegetable pilau rice - what a brilliant idea! All around Great place, good value for money, will be back again!

We visited Delhi 6 on New Year's Eve for a set menu meal. We have visited previously and we were both impressed by the food and service. New Year's Eve didn't disappoint either and in fact myself and partner thought the beautiful food we were served was the best Indian meal so far, we have visited a few restaurants but this place is on another level for food served to a very high standard along with the service from the owner and staff.

Poor order and no for reason , I was spending a lot of money

The best curry in the North East. You won't be disappointed with any dish from the curry centre. Me and my family have been going here for over 35 years and they've never let us down. Family owned with the friendliest team of people and the tastiest curry dishes going, I cant speak highly enough of the curry centre centre 🔥

We like to try different types of curries, something that sounds a bit different than plain. Bombay Babu fit the bill for this. We utilise their own site to take advantage of any discounts. The taste of our takeaways couldn’t be faulted, nor the speedy delivery, however the ratio of rice to lack of madras sauce was way out. You also have to order a can of pop with this meal (we didn’t want one) and they forgot to bring it. The Babus Salt and Chilli Pottika bowl was the highlight, worth a try.

This place is disgusting.. We thought we would chance it again after my partners dad found a screw in the curry, yes a screw, that was a few years back . So ordered a meal tonight only because of the cheep deals they have on and found a long woman's hair in the chips not a happy experience. I would avoid unless you want a nice suprise in your food. I called them and they offered me a free bag of chips next time I order

Been coming here for years and unsure if there has been an ownership change but the food is completely different and not as good even with smaller portions, yet prices have stayed the same. Such a shame as it used to be a treat to look forward to but have been disappointed the last few times and went tonight and the portions (especially chips) have gone down in size massively and not worth the money anymore. Really disappointed and such a shame.

The last time I was here it was the Royal and previously the Zolsa about 30 years ago We had a great meal I had King Prawn Vindaloo and Fish Barji to start. I couldn’t fault it.. 10/10

Surprised to get the service. Staff was bit annoyed but great food and taste. We enjoyed good food. Overall exper9was lovely.

Amazing food, friendly staff and reasonable wait times. I went in a group of 9 and they got our starters & main course out in under an hour. Worked out £27 per person ( £250 altogether ) Location is a bit awkward for parking, however, you can find spaces either outside the building on ocean road or paid parking at haven point Would definitely recommend and will be going again
