First time ordering. Garlic bread was all garlic salt. Warmed up, was disgusting, nothing like restaurant. £6 in the bin. Never again. 🙄

Always order pizza or pasta as you just can't go wrong, tonight I ordered a chicken and king prawn dish and salmon carbonara and I have to say it was absolutely fantastic, better than some restaurants for half the price!! Rang the shop to pass on my comments to the staff and the mad I spoke to was pleasantly surprised, you shouldn't be the food is superb. Thank you.

Normally pretty good pizza and back in the day it was always on time. Pre-ordered today at 5:15 for 7:15 delivery. Waited until 8pm and phoned them. Pizza had not left the shop yet. It arrived about 8:15, strong cold, overbaked and pretty unappetizing. Garlic bread with cheese and jalapeños was SWIMMING in grease like the cheese had been sat there for ages. Not impressed. This is supposed to be on the more artisanal end of the pizza market. Won’t be ordering from here again!

This is my usual go to place for a treat - yesterday being mother's day. I ordered several hours in advance (lasagne and pizza). Unfortunately, the food arrived room temp, with the lasagne pasta sheets being rubbery and as if they'd been burnt in a microwave. Pizza is normally divine, but with it arriving room temp and not a lot of cheese - I had one piece. Might try again in the future, not sure if yesterday was an off day?

order late, tried to ring restaurant at 2130 no answer, then only got through via just eat app, overall food nice and warm full of flavour, only thing as a let down was the delivery unfortunately, hasn't put me off though

Order for here very regularly however this is the second time we’ve been disappointed. Pizza base was not cooked properly and very doughy in the centre. Standards seem to have slipped which is so disappointing as it used to be fantastic

Sheer perfection! Too expensive to be our regular take away, but fabulous as a treat.

First time ordering. The delivery driver had let the pizza box tilt, so the bolognese pizza topping had slid off to the side of the box. Very annoyed. The lid had also come off the tub of pasta and had to be scooped out of the plastic carrier bag. The food looked good, home made chips were amazing and garlic bread nice. Pity the kid who delivered it spoilt it.

Used to rate this place but has gone downhill recently. The staff on the serving desk don't seem to know what they are doing sometimes and the food just isn't as good as it was. Got a couple of pizzas with chips a couple of weeks ago and the chips were black. They must have known this before putting them in the box.

Ordered from here on Sunday and the pizza came all mushed up and squashed in the box - it wasn’t really eatable, and we therefore called and spoke with Ben who was very helpful and credited £10 for the food and the delivery. We then called today to order using the credit and had a very rude member of staff on the phone. Laughing whilst speaking with her manager and being very rude speaking about my partner (forgetting she didn’t mute the phone). After already being on the phone for 20 minutes, I then took the phone and asked to speak with the manager who again was very rude laughing whilst speaking with me. Will not be ordering from here again. Nice food but very poor customer service.

We’ve ordered takeaway twice now - first time it arrived over 30mins late but with a complementary dessert to apologise. We can’t ask anymore and put it down to being a one off. Tonight we’ve ordered and again it was almost 30mins late but this time with no acknowledgment of that. Food is lovely when you get it but not a great record on stated delivery times !

Really enjoyed the food... I would Definitely buy again.

The pizza I ordered made me ill. It was clearly pepared in a hurry. The base was about 2 inches thick, the topping consisted of lumps of fat instead of ham and massive pieces of onion which they could not be bothered to cut. I managed to eat half of it although the lumps of cheese nearly choked me. To top it all, I was ill during the night with it and threw it up. I suspect the ingredients were out of date. Needless to say I will be never be ordering from there again.

If you're a local you'll know that this is the takeaway arm of the excellent Italian Kitchen restaurant with the same high quality Italian food and Sunday lunches on offer. A cut above any other Italian takeaway in the city for food quality and fast, friendly service. If you've yet to give it a go then you definitely should.

Found this place when we were looking for takeaway Sunday lunches. Amazing Sunday lunch and delicious pizzas. The shop is very clean and the staff great. Would highly recommend!

Ordered 4 pizzas and unfortunately one of the pizzas delivered was the wrong one. Normally not a big deal but no-one in the house likes seafood pizza. I called Nana Franca's, they apologised for the mistake and within 15 minutes I had a piping hot replacement pizza in my hand. Although the restaurant made the mistake, they were great in rectifying it. It is hard to find good service like that these days. Nice pizza, friendly delivery drivers and great customer service. I will definitely be ordering from here again.

Bemused ! thought i would try here for a change ,phoned up to order a pizza and asked for a 12 " half n half to be told they do not do half and half in 12" only 16 " when question why not in 12" was told thats just how it is , did not order and wont use again

Absolutely fantastic pizza. Been to the restaurant a few times (Italian kitchen) and the pizza is exactly the same. Tasty and not stodgy like normal pizza shops.

Worst chips I’ve ever had, clearly McCain oven chips, fried then reheated at a later time, rank. Pizza was bang average, pineapple not fresh, nor the ham. Wouldn’t recommend unless you’re after some average food.

Mi esposa y yo reservamos la mesa la semana pasada su cumpleaños el recién nombrado Manaste trajo una sorpresa para nosotros. Entramos en el salón presseco para tomar una bebida antes de la cena, el salón estaba fría y tenía dos grandes pantallas de fútbol a todo volumen! !Entramos en el restaurante contiguo y llevan a nuestra mesa, nuestra mesa estaba en el centro de la planta y la era una mesa redonda al lado de la nuestra, en la que 5 observadores de peso rechaza sentados en la mesa. Mi esposa y yo nos sentimos presionados a pedir nuestra entrantes y plato principal. Pedimos nuestras bebidas y los pickles y popadoms.Estábamos en el proceso de comer nuestro encurtidos cuando nos preguntaron si queríamos mover nuestra mesa junto a otro avistamiento de peso permiten rechazar en la mesa redonda junto a nosotros.Ya visité el wc a mi regreso mi esposa me informó de que el camarero había traído nuestro staters fuera, que dijo que el camarero todavía comer pickles, su respuesta fue "bien que haré con estos entonces? "Increíble, él llevó de vuelta a la cocina, que trajo de vuelta después de que habíamos terminado nuestra encurtidos. Hacía frío y sin sabor.Pedimos parrilla tandoori mixta para mi esposa y yo pedimos pollo tandoori.Ambas comidas salió en los platos de comidas calientes y mi esposa y yo esperábamos el camarero a servir la comida como en otros restaurantes indios, pedimos la comida para ser servida para que su respuesta fue: "yo no hago eso" ¡increíble! !Nos sirve nuestra propia comida y como me corten mi pollo crudoincreíble! ! !Nos dijo el camarero a retirar este desastre de comidas y mi esposa ni siquiera toque él comida.Nos dieron una disculpa del director y no tienen que pagar por lo que consumeES INCREÍBLE! ! !

This place has now closed and it has been taken over by a new owner. Still waiting to hear what is happening but the room bar will be called the "Kings Prosecco Lounge". Just wonder who the clientele they are looking for will come from?

We visited late last year as a couple and found everything OK .This pub has always struggled so hopefully the restaurant will help keep it populated . Food and service were on par with any other middle of the road Indian

Estaba un poco aprensivo antes de cenar en este lugar con algunos amigos. No hace falta decir que nos quedamos gratamente sorprendidos por la comida. Optamos por el rey gambas en plato Puri seguido de selección de gohst Aloo y balti y atrae a fry. Estos platos donde muy bien, excepto las patatas utilizada en el curry eran patatas fritas, que era decepcionante cuando esperaba las patatas para ser cocinados por separado para su uso en el plato. El servicio podría haber sido mejor, ya que los camareros donde charlando entre sí cuando tratamos de tomar su atención (literalmente saludando con ambas manos en el aire!) que necesiten una bebida. En general, es un experiencia bar decente en el comedor los pocos contratiempo.

Hemos estado en el Nan previamente y me decidí por una comida para mi cumpleaños con la familia y amigos. Como siempre disfrutamos de nuestra comida y experiencia. El servicio era muy bueno y el personal era muy atento, sin ser demasiado agresivos. La espera entre comida no era demasiado largo, y la comida era muy buena y muy fresco. Tuvimos el 3 platos especiales, lo que era un buen precio, aunque los precios de las principales del menú son muy razonables, al igual que los precios de las bebidas. El restaurante está muy bien, con un montón de Espacio entre las mesas, está muy limpio y el ambiente es muy agradable. Recomiendo encarecidamente el Nan y tengo ganas de volver.

hi guys me again so again i had a few and said lets forget dinner and get some bods to cook it for us. a good friend advised and even dropped us off.so we walk in to what used to be a class pub but still looks good half a pub and the right hand half a pretty sweet restaurant.we went in and were treated with a great service although the staff were dressed really smart we thought the tall lad was a look a lot like to lurch from the adams family.the starter i had sheek kebab and the wife prawn cocktail main was lamb curry for the mrs and a chicken methi for me drink wise i had two large cobra the wife 1 pint of fosters and a coffee dessert was a turkish delight ice cream with choc coated and almonds topped the bill came to 43.30 so left 45 they even phoned a taxi for us having forgot the phone so good points were:they put their indian touch to the decoration and a unique goldfish on he wall in a tank feature, real nice but a bit stressful for the fish.the staff staff were dressed smartly and spoke decent english the music suited the atmosphere really well and the place was very clean the staff were happy to phone a taxi free of charge and the bad points were:staff from the pub bar (not the restaurant side) kind of spoilt the atmosphere with their horrid cackles to keep the punters onside the toilets were like a quite night in the local pub empty but very clean non the less

this is the best restaurant i eevr had in my whole life i live local to this restaurant the food is perfect and atmosphere it very good the food was no bother at all and the staff are very kind and friendly and there also do sunday lunches (small as well) so if i was you i will be racing to get to the beautiful naan indian cusine

Happy relaxed atmosphere, good food, well served amazing value for money. One half of a pub so pre or post meal drinks to hand. Plenty of car parking and on a bus route

Despite rubbish reviews we tried this restaurant last night (a Wednesday). The staff were welcoming, friendly, attentive and knowledgeable, and not at all intrusive. Portions are much more generous than your average Indian restaurant, and if there's something you don't like in a dish, it can be changed to suit. The owner bought the closed-down pub four years ago, keeping the bar as a bar, but the lounge area is dedicated to the restaurant, being spacious and zoned into two or three areas. There's also a large car park, and easy access. Will certainly be going back for more.

Looks are so deceptive. Spacious restaurant with a good ambience. Food quality: RUBBISH. Taste: RUBBISH. Appalling service with lots of attitude, not cheap either, food quality equates to a cheap take away.. Customer service loads to be desired! If you're looking for nice ambience with not bothered about what you're eating and immune to atrocious customer service. Then go for it. But if you're there for a good night and a decent good quality food. STAY AWAY!!

I always get my take outs from here. I always get chicken korma and can't fault this dish at all. Will defo recommend and will be back. It is beautiful.

Nan is our local Indian restaurant/ takeaway. They also do Sunday lunches which are tasty and come in different sizes (including small). The food here is great and we have never had a bad experience.

I went here on New years eve with the family as we had enjoyed it, so much last year, however this time, it was a set menu only and it was way over priced and it stated you weren't allowed to share, so tough if you have a small appetite. Took forever to get served, the food was nice, but due to the prices we won't be back

Went to Naan`s Indian tonight, they have put the prices of the set menu up by almost 45% and then you no longer get ice cream or coffee, in real terms, if you ordered ice cream, this is actually a 100% increase. The food was still excellent but the price increase was because it was "Christmas". Now hold on a sec.....I can almost feel a "I`m not a religious', but..." moment coming on...... Prices may go back to normal after New Year, but we won`t be. Simple common thievery.
