Korma was inedible and everything else was flavourless.

I ordered food at approx 1915. Add suggests up to 30 mins delivery time. It arrived at 2137, barely luke warm and I absolutely won't take a chamce on eating. £24 wasted.

Ordered via uber eats. Simple order. Tandoori mixed grill. Keema naan tarka dahl . My gold standard is Fawdon tandoori ,tandoori came with 50% chips. Not expected. I ordered one keema naan. Both naans were cold. The tarka dadl was good flavour it was very thin Tandoori flavour was also poor. This is just my opinion when compare to Fawdon tandoori

Disappointing food, description on menu sounded lovely, but my usual Indian takeaway nearby, knocks the spots of this place. Spicy butterfly battered king prawns starters were not battered, but in breadcrumbs and not spiced at all. Main course chicken tikka sizzler, supposed to come with salad and sauce, but dipping sauce came with the starter, no rice or anything as a side, so just had chicken, and onions on my plate. Place was clean and tidy enough, and service was quick, but probably wouldn't return or recommend sadly.

Have used this takeaway since they first opened, as have all my family. So sad to say the food is just not good anymore. We have had a few poor meal recently. Put it down to a one off and tried again. Our meal last week was not much better than awful.chicken tikka mossalla was lumpy with a very strange synthetic taste and the chicken chewy as if not cooked, rice was so oily, we couldn't eat it and the nann bread was just soaken wet, cold and soggy. A nearly £40 meal was pretty much binned. Such a shame, will try somewhere different.

En todas partes de la zona es basura, estándar es delicioso, no digas más.

Hemos pedido algunas comidas para llevar que hemos recogido nosotros mismos y mi marido ha comido en un par de veces también. Nada es un problema. Servicio con una sonrisa, he tenido la puerta abierta para mí y ofrecido bebidas mientras esperamos. La comida es muy buena, lo mejor que hemos tenido en mucho tiempo. Muy fresco y lleno de sabor. No pediría una comida para llevar desde ningún otro lugar ahora.

There are enough old favourites together with newer speciality dishes here to satisfy most connoisseurs of Indian cuisine. In this reviewer's experience, the uniformly high standard of food and pleasant surroundings make it one of the best subcontinental dining experiences in the city, offering both excellent value for money and a wider choice of dishes than some trendier establishments. Although the decor perhaps lacks a few authentic flourishes, this allows one to focus on what really matters and the courtesy of the staff can't be faulted.

The food and staff here are excellent. If you don't know what you want or, as I often do, ask for their recommendation you will receive great advice as well as excellent food and service. Staff are attentive without being overbearing or pushy. This is a regular haunt of ours for good reason. Do give it a try - but don't make it so popular we can't get a seat any more! 😊
