The best restaurants serving Indian food in East of England

After giving the place a miss for the last few years, I thought I would give it another go. Ordered Dhansak and a Jalfrezi. Have to say I was pleasantly surprised. Very tasty and will be using the Bilash for my next takeaway.

hidden gem of North London for indian food. I love the madras with chili garlic naan. they blast nothing but Phil Collins which is how you know the vibe is lit.

What a quality.... So delicious the authentic taste of sweets, piajoo, Jilapee..... We took 4 kg for my place Devon. We will come again to have meal at Banoful. A. Sohel

Once again a great takeaway from the Indiana. Ordered directly no delivery and no service charge plus 10% discount Could not be better for quality and price The reshmi kebabs are to die for. All food hot and promptly delivered. Highly recommended

Waited two hours for delivery, after several attempts to ring to find out where our order is i finally got through. I was told it was on the pass. 20 min later and still no sign of my order. We will not be bothering to order from here again.

Amazing place, absolutely packed but so attentive to every table. Many restaurants can learn a lot from here

Nice vegetarian food and very good service

As a family we go to the Curry Garden on a regular basis, so much so we are on first name terms with the staff and management. We celebrate birthdays, special occasions etc and for the past 6 years have always visited on New Years Eve. Not this year - we had booked a table about 3 weeks previous for 10 people at 7 pm. At 6.15 pm a member of the party went in to update them and said it would only be 8 - no problems so far. At just before 7pm we returned as a party of 8 to find our table had been given to another party and they could not accommodate us. As regulars to this restaurant for many years and have also recommended numerous people to Curry Garden we could not believe they would do this to us. We were left on New's Years Eve with no where to eat or spend time together. No explanation or empathy was show - we will not be returning.

Had a fantastic meal here with an elderly friend who used to frequent this place with his recently deceased wife. It has been more than seven years at least since they last visited due to ill health but the other still recognised him and even what his favourite curry was. The food itself was lovely and when I’m in Watford next I shall certainly head for this lovely place.

What a load of slop. Never in 49 yrs of eating Indian food have I had this absolutely terrible slop. They have no idea of what a curry is . Stay at home and cook it yourself or please go elsewhere and dave your life
