I always get delivery to Armstrong close. The price is cheap and the food is amazing. Always with extra poppadoms and food is fresh and made with love. Onion bhajis are delicious and the free mint sauce is a nice touch. 10/10. Haven’t eaten in but looks like a good space so will do in the future probably to have the food piping hot. I have never had a bad experience with food from the Lime.

A large range of dishes to choose from with some new options recently added. All the curries tried so far have tasted fantastic with a great blends of herbs and spices and the meat cooked to perfection. Some mild dishes I would say are mild/hot, but, are always delicious. House special is well worth trying. Sides like nann and popadom accompany the mains perfectly. Staff are welcoming and happy to recommend meals that suit your taste. Overall would highly recommend!

First time ordering and decided on the Bibi's chicken curry because I love chicken on the bone and potatoes in my curry (Massaman is a favourite) . The curry was absolutely delicious, the chicken fell off the bone but sadly no potatoes at all in there, hopefully just an oversight! I will definitely order it again tho. The mushroom rice and mushroom baji were both great too. Service was excellent. Delivery swift and courteous. Highly recommend

Ordered from here a couple times now with my neighbour. Both times been amazing! Big portion sizes! The korma was full of flavour and I’m not usually a korma fan! Tandoori chicken was great was my first time trying that! Bombay potatoes, saag aloo, onion bahji all incredible I’m very impressed with this Indian! All very fresh! And delivered in about an hour to Kentford so not too long to wait either. Even enough for leftovers for dinner tonight. Big Thank you to whoever made the food 😊

Delivery was impressively fast, and the food arrived hot, just as if it had come straight from the kitchen. Highly recommend for anyone craving delicious Indian cuisine!

This is my go to if I fancy a curry. They make a lovely Lamb Tikka Naga biryani! The spice is just right, meat is good and portion is very good. This dish isn't on their menu but they always accommodate it, nothings seems to be an issue. Delivery drivers are all pleasant and polite. Really good establishment.

This is the worst "Indian" take away I have EVER experienced in my life, and I cannot count how many I have frequented over the years. I ordered "chicken mango delight" which contained no mangoes and no almonds, And 2 of the tiniest pieces of chicken you had ever seen. It was essentially a sloppy bowl of of sweet but otherwise flavourless very runny semolina with a hint of food colouring and nothing else. Any person from Asia would be utterly ashamed of this being misrepresented as a dish from that continent, Which is of course widely regarded as being one of the most adventurous and tasty for food. In stark contrast to the culinary wonders of asia, This was very much anglicised slop that doesn't warrant being on any menu, For any person regardless of where they are from. I find it an insult to anyone to serve up something that is not fit for human consumption, and that has had no care taken at all in it's preparation or presentation. I order delivery, so I cannot comment on the service or atmosphere. But the food is really delicious, I have ordered the set meal for 1 a couple of times now. You get large portions so i save half for the next day, so the value for money is pretty good.

Best indian food I've ever had. When we lived in the area this was the place to go. Weve since moved away and I still think about it, hence this review. The staff was always incredibly nice, and the food was always hot and fresh. I miss you Lime <3

Used to order a lot from Lime, haven’t in a while and wish I hadn’t this time. Food arrived cold and basically swimming in oil. Rang the restaurant to speak to them about it and was met by a very rude response. Won’t be ordering again.

Food arrived stone cold and swimming in oil. When ringing to inform them of this and asking to exchange the food the owner was extremely rude shouting down the phone that we won’t be getting a penny from him. We asked for the food to be replaced not a refund. When the second order of food arrived it was also swimming in oil again and the poppadoms were missing. No refund and no editable food. When questioned again regarding this matter the response was you can’t expect us to keep everyone happy when we only have an hour to produce and deliver the food!!! Disgraceful service

Lime has become my go-to place for an Indian takeaway. Excellent dishes, well priced, friendly delivery staff and always delivered quickly and on time. Highly recommended

We ordered from Lime and for £1.10 you only get one piece of popadom. Thought we would get a few but we barely got one. Ours wasn’t even one piece it was half a popadom and a few broken pieces. The lamb biriyani however was really nice, I added naga to mine and it was perfect. My partner had madras but it was so watery and did not have much flavour. Not as satisfying overall, I think some foods are hit and miss.

We've used this restaurant a lot in the past and to be honest were very disappointed with our meal this evening. No worries about early delivery but the dishes were not up to the usual standard. Poppadoms were 'toasted' supermarket style product, prawn 'speciality' - red colouring ,'hotish' , tasteless and overcooked, Naan stodgy and obviously not fresh .Lamb Rogan -much better but still not up to usual standard. Chicken dansak -ok but not usual standard also. What on earth has gone wrong?

Didn’t get my veg mangalore got 2 of the special dasuri chicken instead - which didn’t help me the vegetarian!

We always have our takeaways delivered from here. They are excellent, ordering is easy and the dishes we have, usually the chicken bhuna and chicken rogan are great and are really tasty curries. Tonight we had family here and had the chicken tikka masala was also perfect. Prices are very reasonable and the delivery is usually quick and very friendly. Would definitely recommend them and well worthy of five stars. Thank you

Lovely food, arrived warm so needed to heat up

Ordered two chicken kormas it had no taste at all, as well as being really watery to the point water is coming off my plate. I ordered egg fried rice aswell and it was not even friend. Wont be ordering again.

Wanted to put a -10 but couldn’t I had a chicken korma so did my son both had about 4 pieces of chicken in it rest was super runny sauce of no flavour that’s meant to be thick I would say I’d rather go buy Tesco sauce tin cover for taste better taste than that this place should either charge half the price for rubbish food or close down

The food wasn’t good. Delivered early but was quite cold (not sure how they did that). Quality wasn’t good. I will be avoiding in the future.

Very tasty but a bit cold had to reheat before we could enjoy it. Delivery was good but they need to put it in an insulated delivery bag so it doesn’t get cold!

Placed a telephone order for a group of 7 of us and we collected the food ourselves. Very cheerful staff member, food was great - and lots of it! 🐷 Good variety of dishes that are a bit different to the standard ones and they were all delicious. The only slight grumble is somebody was going to call us back with a price to include a discount but didn’t. But I understand that it gets busy in the restaurant in the evenings. Overall very positive and will definitely use order again 👏🏻

Food took 2 hours to arrive. Just Eat allowed us to order from a restaurant that said it couldn’t deliver to us. Not the restaurants fault but having an argument with the driver to try to get the food delivered is not acceptable (not the drivers fault). Not the best experience on my birthday!

I normally love the food from here but this time it just wasn't very good. With the price you pay for it, you'd expect it to be better but my food was bland and actually very watery which it isn't normally. I think if i ordered from here again it would maybe be something different. Fast delivery though!!

Previous orders of the same dishes have been great, but tonight the dupiaza and veg curry were hugely greasy, leaked everywhere and still needed grease draining off, and other dishes were bland. Chicken in the korma was over cooked. Prawn purées and sag paneer were nice.

Sadly the food was very tasteless and not enjoyable. Lots of chicken in each dish but no flavour at all in both dishes. Left 3/4 of the dish as inedible.

I ordered their food and it arrived and I loved it. But they forgot the diet coke and then claimed that they had done it. Apparently, it was a mistake. It arrived an hour later, the owner was apologetic, but he gave me free poppadoms that I sadly don't eat and the coke wasn't diet but rather coca cola. Will give them one final chance but I was a little let down I must say...

The food is excellent. Really nice authentic Asian curries available. The Naga curries are nice and spicy and this is the best Indian in Newmarket. The food is halal and reasonably priced. They are only available for collection and takeaway but it is worth it.

Food was below average, curry's were very watery and although it was stated food would arrive between 20:20-20:40 it arrived around 19:50, won't be ordering again.

Good tasty food, big portions and loads of chicken, and it was hot (heat not spice) Had Chicken Tikka Bhuna, Onion Bhajis and rice. However, order via Just Eat as it’s cheaper! Also ordered for collection at 8:30, arrived at 8:15 and food was ready, on the plus side it was nice it was ready, on the other hand if I arrived on time it would’ve been sat there going cold. I think ordering when they’re not busy (I ordered in a Wednesday) they’ve got a bit more time.
