Top food, lovely friendly people, always recommend.

My family has been coming here for years. Incredible food, particularly all the tikkas, and the service is impeccable.

Took my mum to eat there and the waitress had a bad attitude. Then when I ordered a sweet lassie there was a plastic glove part in the glass. Will not be returning ever again.

BEST Lamb Passanda and lush Chicken Tikka. The lamb was so tender. Well done Rasoi. My first Just Eat experience was awesome.

Immediately taken my top spot for local Indian! Walked in and were immediately greeted by Ash, who took us to our table and made our whole dining experience that level above the norm. We were given wonderfully cold ice water which was much needed during to a longer than forecast walk for me my partner and my mum (definitely my fault). We then had a lovely variety of Poppadoms and dips which really got our taste buds going and gave us something to nibble on whilst we looked through Sarah's extensive menu! We elected for the traditional tiffin platters, which were a wonderful way for us to try plenty of the starter options, sharing style in the middle of the table, the salmon Tikka was a particular favorite for me ! After enjoying our starters we then had a fantastic main course made up of a tandoori platter, Sri Lankan slow cooked lamb curry and a salmon Tikka, along with some black lentil daal, mushroom and spring onion rice and a delicious smokey aubergine mash! All the food was absolutely delicious, brilliantly cooked and had us beaming from ear to ear with every bite ! Thank you to all the team, especially Ash for making us feel incredibly welcomed, and like regulars even though it was our first visit! We will see you again soon !

The highlight of our dinner was daal tarka. Other than everything else was okay. The disappointment was chicken momo - it was chicken in a wrap. Who calls it momo? It's a chicken wrap.

Amazing takeaway tastiest I've ever had. The flavours are spot on.

My family and I have tried out nearly all of the indian restaurants in Stevenage, Baldock, Hitchin & Letchworth and regard the Lancer as the best in the area. As a result, we have become regulars here even though we live in Stevenage. The poppadom chutney tray is good, there are a range of mild to spicy curries for all tastes, the service is great, the lamb is tender, the portions are good, cobra on draught, on Sundays and Wednesdays they have great deals on. I would highly recommend the lancer.

My wife and I went for a three night break to Ely and visited Lev Spice Indian restaurant on the first night for the Tuesday night banquet and wasn’t disappointed , lovely food , great service, lovely hospitality ; friendly staff . We enjoyed it that much we dined there the following two nights . We will definitely be back again, do yourself a favour if you like Indian food get yourself down to Le Spice , thanks to all the team for making our visit to Ely special .
