Blue Indiya in Central Bedfordshire

Now called Mehti Indian we had Chicken tikka masala bombay potatoes which were amazing sooo tasty loved it thankyou we will be ordering delivery again which was also very prompt with a delightful driver service

I'd tried Blue India for a takeaway today and it was the best Indian takeaway in Cranfield and Bedford. The food was very tasty and the portions were great. The man that served me was very polite and nothing seemed too much trouble. I will definitely be coming back again!

Awful taste, they refused to refund or assist. I will never go here again- avoid

Food was delivered exactly on time which was great. Majority of the food was delicious and hot. One of the dishes was incorrect but they resolved quickly and had a new one sent out within 15 minutes. Would definitely use again!

Spent over 50 pounds.. asked for a curry to be mild in which it wasnt so couldnt b eaten. Asked for an egg to be put in both currys in which there wasnt. I called the restaurant and got told it was then they put the phone down !!!!

I ordered the Everest butter chicken and garlic rice. Really good, still very hot and arrived early. Well priced and good service

Under cooked chicken, curry tasted of pure onion, stale salad, manager refused to believe and declined me returning the food for a refund. I would avoid this one

Had a takeaway delivered, on time but the food was awful. Vegetable curry was virtually hot water, almost forgot to include any vegetables. Other dishes very dry. Avoid this place. It felt like the chef had left during Covid and they replaced with a plumber.

Food quality very very poor tonight. Not to to the usual standard. And when we called to tell them they would not offer a refund and the man put the phone down when we asked what he thinks they should do about our food! It was cold soggy, 4 peaces of undercooked paneer in a large main. The tandoori chicken smelt and tasted like it had been microwaved. Will unfortunately be looking for a new Indian take away.

Delivery was on time, but really disappointed with the food sadly - it was stone cold, very bland and not pleasant at all. A shame as I read many great reviews, however it just really wasn’t a great meal at all. Won’t be returning sadly.

Had to call twice before I was told our food had mistakenly been delivered to someone else and they were making a fresh meal for us. When food finally arrived it was lovely but seems there was a mixup and our food got delivered to someone else, no offer of discount, partial refund or even extra food by way of apology so could have tried harder there.

Food is always exceptional and delivered by a happy and polite member of the Blue Indiya team, always our go to Indian takeaway 🤩

Really quick delivery, food was piping hot when it arrived. Everything was packaged individually in plastic tubs so nothing was squashed or spoilt. Food was lovely, tasted great. Will definitely order again!!

Food was very good. Hot and tasty. Shame it was delivered so early as had to keep it warm for some time before my partner arrived back from work.

Our favourite Indian take away! Absolutely love the texture of sauces. Meat cooked beautifully and plenty of it. Everything is so delicious!

It was a bit hotter than I expected. But it was nice.

I ordered at 7:45pm for deliver at 8:35pm which was pushed back to 9pm but it didn't arrive until 9:35pm. Which is nearly 2 hours from when I ordered it. The food was ok, but the portions were small. I won't be ordering from them again especially with £3.50 delivery charge.

New Year’s Eve so being late was not a surprise. Delivery chap was very apologetic..... no need to be food was lovely

Food was stone cold, had to turn it away, was over an hour and a half late, had been sat in the delivery drivers car for the entirety of that time, kept telling us to wait and that we "might" get a refund or a discount. Have contacted Just Eat and asked for our money back.

Food was late but that was understandable as it was a busy night , food was very tasty and well worth waiting for and will use again !

Majority of food was okay. Found two bones in one dish. Delivery over an hour from when it stated it had left. Won’t rush back in a hurry

Beautiful taste but Korma was all sauce, 3 bits of small chicken was swimming in a whole tub of source. The rest was ok but gutted after spending £60 for a sauce

I have used this restaurant before, it wasn't great. This time was WOW, could not ask for better, good quality, fresh the taste was perfect. Will definitely use them again. Need more meat in the potions.

Absolutely incredible, communication from the restaurant was brilliant and this is the best Indian food we have had in a very very long time! It arrived early and not only that they contacted us first to let us know it would be early so we weren't surprised. We 100% recommend this place and think it is the best Indian restaurant in miles!!!!

Would be five stars except I asked for the dhansak to be medium. It was so spicy I couldn’t eat it at all.

We used to eat in at Blue Indiya quite a lot before Covid 19 restrictions so it is great that we can still get a takeaway. The food is excellent and very good value. The staff are so friendly and very polite.

Absolutely cracking food! Good Tandoori chicken is hard to find! Great Naan too! Defo ordering again. Nice polite driver.

No where near standard tonight. Normally great but tonight both our meals was watery and bland.

Food needed to be reheated in the microwave.

All the dishes were very cold and the sauce for my wife’s chicken tikka masala was extremely watery.

It came slightly late but that's to be expected on a Saturday night sometimes but the food was awful, supermarket curries are better seasoned. Bland and oily, no one could finish their servings. The best part of the meal was when it ended. I'd recommend never to buy from here, even a free sample would ruin your evening.

Food was 25 minutes late, poppadoms that we’re ours for not in the bag! But all the pickles were. Ridiculous

The best takeaway from them. Maybe a new chef or change to recipes but everything lovely and not too oily either.

Food was very greasy and watery. Delivery meant to be 810 and was eventually delivered at 9:20.

Last meal the restaurant missed a naan bread, no big deal but this time my tandoori mixed grill was missing lamb and the king prawns. A real shame

Actually arrived 1 minute before delivery was starting for the night (17:29, delivery starting from 17:30). Delicious and no problems- great portion sizes and great quality.

What is it with this place, can never get the same experience twice. Last order supurb, this one poor, bland, flavourless not even average. My wife moans every time yet I still persist!! Don't even come under value for money banner anymore. Last order ever done.

The tandoori mixed grill was lovely with a range of well cooked meats. The chicken tika massala and mushroom rice was tasty and a good portion.
