The best restaurants serving Indian food in East of England

I really like this place. Located just in between bedford and Milton keynes. The food is of the highest quality. I really enjoyed the chicken skewers also green Thai curry and jasmine rice. They also do a nice Thai drink. There is parking but if it's busy you might have to park on the road.

Amazing service with helpful and lovely people. Very good quality of food.

I never thought I would enjoy a veggie meal so much it was delicious. Fully recommend it Maybe a bit pricey but quality costs. 5/5.

Love this place! Broad diverse menu with many dishes not commonly seen. Calm and relaxing interior too, very nice design. Wonderful friendly service too. This place would be a smash hit in London or New York, and I was delighted to find in little Norwich.

Myself & 3 Friends were recommended to booked Shadohna for our regular Curry. Restaurant is stylish & spacious. Clean & Airy, comfortable seating. Our Waiter put us in a window table for 4, 4th seat scrunched against window. Plenty of room in the Restaurant, we asked to be moved to a more sensible table. We felt we were sat in window to make restaurant appear busy ? Service polite/not pushy. Starters all good, main course held until we were ready. Dishes tasty,savoury , generous portions.side dishes cooked well. One main course only lukewarm. Roti bread disappointing. I chose a special main course, cooked with Sambuka,different & tasty, I would order again. Mixed opinions regarding the meals tbh. All in all an ok pleasant evening. Worth a visit.

Bloody beautiful. We havent been here before and kept it simple ordering a chicken and a lamb korma rice and naan and it was all cooked and seasoned to perfection. I WILL be back in the very near future. Thank you for such a joyous meal.

For me and a couple of friends this has become our monthly curry place. They're reasonably priced and the service is great. I've never felt rushed or pressured in there and the food is delicious. I'm partial to their madras and dhansak but my friends also recommend the chicken tikka masala as well. (I prefer something a bit more spicy) As a group of friends we spent a year trying a different curry place each month in and around broxbourne and this one was one of (if not) the best (there was a an excel sheet and everything it was very nerdy). So anyway I'd recommend giving them a try.

Had a lovely meal, good amount of chutneys with the poppodoms and tasty tandoori chicken. Service was very good, and a lovely touch at the end of the meal was a complimentary drink. Will definitely come back 👍

This restaurant is an absolute gem! My sister has been a regular for many years and always raves about it. We finally got to try it for ourselves when we visited her recently. We were warmly welcomed by all of the staff. Adam went out of his way to accommodate everyone’s tastes suggesting various dishes which were all delicious we all really enjoyed each dish. Will definitely return and hopefully enjoy one of the themed evenings which I hear are excellent. 5 stars from us!!

Monday night service was excellent and the food is some of the best Indian food I have tasted.

We had a delicious meal - the staff were very welcoming and super helpful when I was unsure what to have. The waiter’s suggestion was spot on. I highly recommend it as a great place to eat which was very reasonably priced. The tables were beautifully dressed with white linen and everything was spotlessly clean.
