Wow!!! Another excellent meal, generous sized fresh chicken, melted in my mouth. I thought the last curry I had from here was the best but this new chef has taken it to a new level! Amazing! Can't wait for my next order! Hopefully very soon, thanks guy's great job!!!

MIRCHI, the Best Indian takeaway had in ages,and we've tried quite few different places in Basildon..very impressed ...first time ordering from here...😋 Also was still hot when arrived at our house... we ordered garlic chillie chicken dish...(our usual )with mushroom rice. Defo recommend...and will order from here again.

Do you know what... ok, my king prawns were slightly over cooked, but that was literally it, the sauce, rice's, breads, sides were perfect, best take out we have had and enjoyed in years, not swimming in oil, don't know how or why we haven't ordered from here sooner but from now on.....this is our indian take out treat from now , thank you guys it was really, really good 😀 first time we have enjoyed an Indian take out locally in years...100 % recommend The pricing was really reasonable too.

Poor Indian Take Away, Will not be ordering again. Small portions,order was wrong and took forever to arrive. This takeaway has changed hands and no way near as good as it used to be. Stay clear and go somewhere else.

After losing our favourite Indian takeaway we have tried so many which were dissapointing until we found Delhi Spice!

Well just want to say always loved cloud nan best Indian takeaway in basildon but tonight since they have moved or changed in whatever way I was very disappointed meat was tough and wasn't nice at all there was no flavour in my madrass and daughters massalawas very sweet and salty sorry to say won't be ordering again 😢

Its the best Indian takeaway in laindon and basildon they have said it will close in Jan this is very disappointing as its very good I hope they can continue

We love the food from Cloud Naan and we are very disappointed to hear that it will close in the new year!😕😕😕 we normally cook at home but if to busy or tired Cloud Naan was our place to go to. We tried few other places in the past but only CN lived up to a standard. When CN opened I tried everything one by one from the menu and everything was delicious! We are really sorry to see CN closing up.😞

Cloud naan is easily the best takeaway we have tried. The food is cooked very authentically. The food arrives on time and piping hot. Portion sizes are good and the menu has a really wide selection of all of the usual favourites as well as some different dishes you will not find anywhere else.

Had the chicken vindaloo with garlic naan. Was fabulous with a nice bite and extremely tasty. Top notch 👌

Had two great meals from here as a takeaway, We got our third tonight and the papadums we ordered were stale and had mould on. We phoned them, and said about the papadums and we were told we were liars. They did send more out but didn’t appreciate being called liars. So over all food is good but service (apart from delivery), leaves something to be desired.

Where do I start? Not only was my order wrong. But it was swimming in grease, completely inedible and pre maid/ microwaved because I asked for one of the meals without onions. So when it came with more onion than chicken I called the takeaway. A staff member told me there was nothing they could do and “it always comes that way”if I’m honest is sounded like he was used to receiving complaints. A family member became worried to eat the chicken in fear of getting ill. What my family ate was “disgusting”. It’s almost as if they spent more money on advertisement than their chefs/staff. It’s a mile away from Indian/ Bangladeshi food! It was honestly the worst takeaway ever!!

Best take away in the area by far. We have family who come visit us just to get a Cloud Naan! Think they miss that more than us during lockdown! The food is just delicious and a great choice on the menu. It always arrive in great time as well. Highly recommend

This was the first time I've ordered from here and will most definitely recommend this delivery service, the young lady was lovely. The food was amazing and really hit the spot. I never get to eat all my meal as it's always too spicy for me but this biriyani was delicious. Thank you

The food was lovely and the staff were nice and friendly, no issues there at all. The thing that really bothered me though was that absolutely none of the staff (front office, cooks, delivery drivers) wore masks or gloves, its like Covid didn't exist. That worries me and nice as the food was we won't be using them again.

Yummy food and takeaway arrived in decent time. Just a shame that no popadoms and dips were thrown in - especially at the prices charged.

Very easy intuitive ordering on their website. Everything is always so nice, i like the fact you also do extra sauce orders, we can share then i spice mine up a bit with vindaloo sauce, great. Good quality ingredients. Delivery guys are great too. I did prefer when there was a 15% disc but I guess 10% isnt too shabby lol

Really good food, tried it for a change as normally order more locally but this is much better than our normal go to Indian restaurant. Will definitely order again!

Luvly, gets better and better, we're pretty fussy and weve been very happy the last 4 weeks, good price with the 15 % online discount, good ingredients and great level of spice, very well judged, great delivery too.

Have not tried since was called green chilli so thought would try. Experienced in Indian food sauces great but chicken chewy tough so probably first and last order

Since moving to Basildon Cloud Naan has been the best Indian takeaway we have had. The staff are very friendly and very helpful when it comes to ordering. There tandoori dishes are perfectly spiced and cooked to perfection. The lamb biryani is always nicely spiced and has soft fluffy rice with the fried onions to top it off. There currys are very good and not over powering. I do find the onion bhajis abit too stale like the have been microwaved that is my only complaint. They do deliver and quite quick at it, but we do collect now as you get 10% off collection so we can order more lovely dish lol. We look forward to our next Cloud Naan.

I ordered some food for delivery at 5.58pm on the 26/09/19, its my girlfriends 29th birthday. She wanted a vegetarian beriani and a plane narn and I wanted a tandoori mixed grill. When I ordered the food over the phone I payed with my debit card over the phone, it was £18 somthing. After paying, the man told me it was going to be 45mins until delivery. We waited 1 hour and 35 mins that is 50 mins over. By the time the food came we wasn't hangry anymore and was feeling very frustrated. After we got the food FINALLY it was COLD and dry I will never order from here again.. Although this has happened the company phoned me up and was very apologetic and refunded the hole meal and give me £20 credit I will be giving it another go soon.

My family are over the moon to have found Cloud Naan. We are all lovers of Indian cuisine and usually head towards East London for it. Menu came through the door and we thought we'd give it a try as it stood out. We we're not disappointed!

Great takeaway with a fast delivery service

We only tried this takeaway following a recommendation and must say we weren’t disappointed. Usually not open to going away from our tried and trusted restaurants this proved to be a good alternative - different dishes that tasted great and delivery was good too. Well worth trying.

First time trying this place tonight after receiving a menu in our mail. Can't praise it highly enough. Authentic, tasty, freshly cooked, delicious food. Highly recommended and will definitely be back for more. The onion bhaji were the best we've ever had. Not only, just crispy and full of flavour. 4 of us had main, sides, rice, breads and sauces. Came to £67.00. Great value for money. Thanks Cloud Naan!

Food was fantastic, lovely pashwari naan and all the curries were quality. No watered down sauces, they were nice and thick.

Have tried other Indians in the local area and have been disappointed. I found this place via internet and must say I am very pleased with the food I had. Just a dhansak and starter. The food was freshly prepared and was very well cooked. I will definitely be trying more of the menu soon . Also polite staff

First time ordering food from Cloud Naan and we were very impressed. Everything was very tasty, and there are some menu items that are a bit different from the majority of places - the Pistachio Chicken is fantastic if you like mild creamy curries.10/10 will definitely be ordering again.

One of the best Indian takeaways in Basildon. Ordered 5 times already within a space for 2 months. Totally addicted. Their chicken sofeda is probably my favourite. Chicken tikka was very similar to one I had in India with non of that food colouring, just perfectly spiced as it should be.

Ordered for a family of 4, Food arrived sooner than expected and was piping hot. Everyone really enjoyed the food. The tandoori mixed grill was cooked perfectly. Will definitely be ordering again.

Decided to give this new local takeaway a try after the usual Indian closed down. Wasn't disappointed. The food tasted both fresh and authentic. The staff were very friendly too. Will definitely be using again.

Curry arrived 15 mins late but the driver was very apologetic. My "hanger" was soon put out when we tasted the food. Authentic taste and arrived very hot considering the driver was stuck in roadwork traffic lights.

We have used Cloud naan for an Indian takeaway 3 times already and tonight took them to a new level. I had to write this review to express how brilliant the food was. We had family round and ordered a large order. Food arrived within an hour and not one thing was missing. Perfect!! Food absolutely amazing and everyone also commented on how fresh and wonderful tasting the food was. Well done Cloud naan you certainly have got the best takeaway food and customer service in the area.

Food was very nice. Delivered sooner than expected and was very relieved to have found one of the best Indian takeaways in Basildon. Food was not oily and the naan bread was fluffy, crispy and soft at the same time. I am hooked!

Recieved a menu through the door and it stood out from the rest so had to order, and I am so glad I did because the food was absolutely fantastic the Kapranga was hot but full of flavour not just heat, chicken tikka starter was perfect none of that rubbish with fried onions and grease just simple fresh chicken tikka like it should be.

Finally we have an Indian to look forward to every weekend, food was excellent and piping hot. I ordered the butter chicken which has to be the best butter chicken I have had and my wife ordered the lamb balti she said the lamb was very tender and the sauce was perfect and not over powering the dish like others. We can't wait for our next takeaway from has to be the best Indian in Basildon. Well done guys keep up the good work and thank you.

Waited over 2 hours for delivery. Food was not even nice. Seems quite expensive for what you get. Will be sticking with Akash from now on
