This was our second visit to the restaurant. While the first experience was smooth, the second was very disappointing. It took 15-20 minutes for someone to take our order, and despite informing us of delays, the food arrived an hour after ordering. In total, we waited around an hour and a half, which was frustrating. There were only two staff members managing everything—serving food, clearing tables, handling payments, and parcels—on a busy Friday evening. They should consider having more staff on weekends or peak hours to ensure better service.

This is a very nice restaurant, out in an area we were not staying in that our friends wanted to go to. The restaurant is not fancy but well decorated. We walked in and were seated however people pulling up to do pick up orders from the area, the lights were really bright shining in our eyes. We asked if we could change tables and they did it with a smile. Also my coat was taken with a smile and hung up out of the way. The staff here is very nice. We started with poppadoms with chutney and other condiments. Our friends started out with appetizers. One of our friend appetizers was so large they ended up ordering another appetizer for their meal. I personally had a fish dish, my husband a lamb, our friend aa chicken. Two rices, a garlic and regular naan. Also 2 beers were ordered. The food was very good, there were no complaints. We enjoyed the meal very much. I would recommend this restaurant, and I really thought the staff was terrific.

Been here numerous times, food is consistently excellent. Had a lamb Bhuna, mushroom fried rice, and a chili cheese naan bread, all it five star for quality - those chili cheese naans are beautiful, plenty of cheese, which is how they should be. Delivery and service was also prompt and professional, and orders (and pre-orders before they open) can be placed via the site. Cash or card can be chosen as means of payment. Edit update: I've ordered takeaway plenty of times from here and the quality of food is usually very good. Normally the lamb is tasty and tender. The Tandoori Lamb Tikka is especially nice. That is until this last meal. The odd bit of fat I can begrudgingly tolerate, but not a whole meal of inedible fatty and chewy lamb. This is a huge shame, as I was a frequent customer. But this is enough to put me off returning here for a while, if not indefinitely.

Chicken pasanda and keema nan and the mogul special fried rice were all delicious. The restaurant and decor felt quite old and dated but it makes up for the attentive friendly service and the delicious food. They offer a 4 course a la carte menu for £15 per person on Sundays and Thursdays. I will definitely go back.
