The best restaurants serving Indian food in England

Sorry to say not a great experience. Took 30mins to order drinks. Being a busy sat early evening that may be excused but main portions were disappointing - 3 king prawns don't make a main portion even if you fill a large bowl with sauce; charging nearly £20 for that mean a portion can't be justified. Friends had similar problems with small amounts of meat in their main choices. Oddly the starters were reasonably sized and generally tasty, making the mains even more disappointing. Sauces lacked punch and freshness. Service was brusque and certainly nobody wanted to know if everything was OK, hence the need to write it here. I'm afraid I'll be getting my curry elsewhere in the future.

Really disappointing. Had several orders from here prior to this. Way too late, food was cold and the tikka wrap was a mess. Ripped and just messy. That’s the last time we order from there

Id asked not spicy and for salad neither happened.

Worth the wait food tasty and value for money

The food finally arrived after 2 hours from ordering. I had to ring twice to see where it was. The first time I rang they definitely had forgotten about my order. When the food came it was warm but the curry was very watery. Definitely won’t be ordering again

Top hotel in Cambridge, absolutely to be recommended! Great location, super service, most friendly staff, modern spacious very comfortable rooms.

Generous portions plus a good value wine list

Had a nice meal at Khushi Grill Monday night. Food was delicious, lots of flavour and the naan was excellent. Friendly staff and brilliant atmosphere, the football was on so that was a bonus to the night. Would recommend for a meal and to relax. 👍

What a fantastic restaurant. The food was superb, the service brilliant. Absolutely loved the experience. If you have time and are hungry I would suggest eating here.

Dissappointed with my offering particuarly as Bombay Place was more expensive than any other place i've used ordered from before, so i had high expectations. Paratha was like a tough naan, bhajis very salty. Curry tasted processed and unnatural

Best Indian food in Brighton without a doubt! I absolutely love the food here every single item on the menu is absolutely packed with flavour and the portions are perfect.
