The best restaurants serving Indian food in England

I am shocked to how bad this meal was Apparently the driver was knocking on our door and I never heard it so I had to wait another 40 mins why they supposedly cooked me a fresh one 🤔 The king prawn Pathia was inedible as the prawns where like rubber I used to use this takeaway many years ago and thought I'd give it another try. What a mistake and what a waste of £20

I ordered nearly £50 worth of food, one item of which was a King Prawn bhuna. It was disgusting. I've never known "King Prawns" to be mushy, and like paste. About half the dish was like that, the rest of it resembled something from Area 51, and in no way could be called a King Prawn. I followed procedure and filed an online complaint. After waiting a week and receiving no reply I am left with no choice but to leave this review, to warn other people what they may be letting themselves in for.

We recently moved to dinnington, and have wanted to try this spot. Such a lovely place, amazing customer service, and generous tasty food. I would recommend the Chicken Tikka with garlic naan. The owner himself is a lovely individual - happy to live by such a lovely indian takeout with GREAT food

This is undoubtedly one of the finest Indian takeaways in Birmingham! The flavours are absolutely amazing! Their biriyani is the best!

Absolutely outstanding food I order from here all the time food is always hot, tried most of the menu and literally can’t fault it, staff are fantastic and this is by far the nicest Indian restaurant/takeaway on the Wirral, you can dine in or take away. GET YOUR ORDERS IN YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Just perfect! Cosy place, food was great and service was excellent. The manager was very helpful in helping us decide what to order. Will definately be back. A small cosy Enfield gem.

I have two google accounts I post review’s with, Great service and atmosphere , never had a bad meal and their chicken tikka jalfrezi is delicious..dined in only. Highly recommended..

Ordered a takeaway for the first time from this restaurant, arrived at the expected time, had to wait 40 minutes after paying for it!!! Absolutely awful customer service, the mixed grill was ordered & it was extremely disappointing, if I was to give it a rating out of 10 it would be a 2. The Chicken Tikka Masala & Makhani were no better with 6 small pieces of chicken, the only nice bit of the meal was the peshwari naan. An experience not to be repeated.

The food was excellent and the best chicken tika bhuna I've had in ages. Service was good but no surprise as the restaurant wasn't busy which is a shame because it deserves to be.

This is by far the best Indian restaurant in Nottingham. The food is the best ive ever had and we have tried the rest in Nottingham. What makes this even better is the staff, Akrim, Amelia and Chef cant do enough to make your evening the best. My son and daughter want to come and the team said they will make food that the kids love. Thanks again and see you in two weeks xx

Great food & service, will definitely visit again when in the area

I was craving for some İndian food, and saw this restaurant as I was walking and thinking about it. Thought "Oh, let's try it out!" I ordered a few different things on the menu, and OMG I WAS SO FILLED. I'm so so so glad I've came across this place! İf I do visit London öne more time, this is the fırst restaurant I'm coming to!

Another incredible curry, we have been using them weekly for 18 months and by far our favourite in the area!

The outside suggests this is nothing special, but the food is delicious. Freshly cooked and tastes that way. Service friendly and very efficient. Well worth a visit.
