Very reasonably priced cuisine, extensive choice of dishes plus a good selection of vegetarian meals, bring your own beer/wine as Bucks Balti doesn’t have an alcohol licence, bonus is, they don’t charge corkage. Cracking restaurant, definitely recommend… do book in advance for a Friday/Saturday evening as it’s a popular venue, gets busy by 7pm.

The Bhel was such a refreshing snack, it was perfectly crunchy, we loved it! For my taste it could be a little less onion, but my boyfriend thought it was a good amount

Visited The Shapla on a bit of a whim with a group of friends. Thoroughly enjoyed my meal and the atmosphere surrounding. My friend got verbally assaulted by a member of staff (jokingly) and this entertaining, tailored customer service means I will be highly likely to return in the future. A restaurant isn't just about providing good food, it's about being able to understand the customer and tailoring your service approach. You can play it safe, or you can have a laugh and a joke - which is exactly what we received. I'll try to return without my friend and weird menu requests next time. I'll also try not to touch the hot table things too. So much fun.

Excellent. My first visit and was impressed. Lovely food, nice atmosphere, great service. Highly recommended. However, it is actually located in Cholsey village, not nearby Wallingford.

Very bad experience!! I'm not recommend this Restaurant. Poisoning my partner and me, I'm pregnant as well and we are at the hospital right now! I will take a very serious in them because this is not ok, very risky for me as well. My partner is feeling extremely sick is in infusions at the moment!

We don’t go regularly however when we do we’re always struck by the friendly team. The food is always delicious, well prepared and presented. Service is fast, the team totally helpful and you always feel welcome and appreciated

Waitresses are the best thing about this place unfortunately not the food

Superb food. Chicken Jalfrezi was the hottest we've ever had but absolutely fabulous. Garlic nan and chilli nan breads delicious. The butter chicken was superb. Very friendly staff. Came here last year when staying at The Mole. Hope to visit again next year and will be ordering from here again.

10/10 , flavours of our dishes were gorgeous best ever , we have been using Goa for a number of years now and our dishes were cooked perfectly, thank you all at Goa and keep up the good work.

Had one last night 22nd march 2025 and spent £106 we received the food and it was really salty and horrible have emailed and made a complaint but not had any contact back.! Very disappointed won’t order again

Just ordered from here we're very good regular customers but won't be spending another shilling with these, delivery driver slavering at the Mrs because he hasn't a clue about using Google maps to find out address in Eldon lane and it's our fault for wrong address details?? Idiot had the postcode same as the system has for god knows how long!!! We'll go elsewhere from now on!!!!

The food was simply delicious! The flavors were rich and authentic, and everything was cooked to perfection. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the service was friendly. A great place for anyone who enjoys Indian cuisine!

En primer lugar al establecimiento, mis disculpas pero no pude encontrar un stand - solo página de revisión para la rama de terraza Montague - se suponía que tenía que escribir uno hace un par de meses para esta rama, pero seguí buscando, no podía multar una página y luego la vida se apoderó de. En segundo lugar, aplastar la comida y todos deben probarlo! Como tamiliano de Chennai, me entusiasmó ver que nuestra cocina se servía, junto con otras cocinas del sur de la India y Sri Lanka. Es simplemente fantástico tener una sucursal de Chennai's Marina bastante cerca de casa, servir comida deliciosa y auténtica con la que podríamos relacionarnos y anhelar. Mis amigos y yo visitamos hace un par de meses y tuvimos un excelente servicio al cliente de Salman, que se ocupó de mi marido y yo de nuevo esta noche cuando salimos a celebrar mi cena pre-cumpleaños. Gracias por estar tan atento, por recordarme, lo que comí (¡recuerdo increíble!) y por tu calidez y hospitalidad, Salman. Mi primer trabajo y algunos otros fueron en el servicio de Cutstomer y es realmente difícil, pero tan satisfactorio si te gusta la gente y conocerlos! Tuvimos excelente kothu paratha, suntuoso sambar vadai, medu vadai, pollo tikka y gobi munchurian anoche. Me encantó el chutney de menta y sambhar, en particular. La composición, la textura, el equilibrio y la paleta de sabores eran simplemente increíbles, así que nos gustaría dar un saludo al chef de Chennai Marina Montague street, Alex Karthik's in - house chef!
