Restaurant open till 10:30pm when you see online.you ordered online then go to collect and you found the Restaurant is closed and money they deducted for your order never get back.when you asked for that they have no answer. Isn't is crazy

Staff were very friendly… And food was fabulous after a very long time had proper Indian hotel restaurant food. And this restaurant is on my favourite hotel list from now on

The food was very good .service poor .limited makes of drinks at the bar .Attitude of manager very poor.Don't care attitude. Had a funation for holy Communium for over 25 people.Food was excellent freshy cooked .Had issues with manager at the end who refused to accommodate the customer .All staff was very good .Manager not aware of the saying "customer is always right ,will not be going there again plenty of other places in Leicester .will be advising other people not to go there in the future .

We had most of the restaurant for a private function, so can't comment on the usual service. Food was excellent.

Awful experience. They used a function that was on as an excuse for falling short, with no mention of this upon booking, customer service was non-existent from start to finish.

Good food by money wise. Like to visit. but, they opened only in evening.

Amazingggggg Indian food that's delicious and value for money !! Owners have always been lovely and go out of their way to make sure you're happy ! Fantastic service! So glad it's on just eat ! Been here multiple times ! You won't be disappointed!!

Poor customer service. Did not even serve us water despite asking for it. And no desserts on the buffet menu. All they served was 1£ vanilla ice cream from Asda.

Chicken lollypop served chilled, it was not hot. Literally felt cold in the middle of the lollypop.

Brilliant, Only small critic buffet menu we had excellent & yummy but wish they had more variety of lamb dishes. Staff welcoming and helpful. Very reasonable prices too.

Slow service, not big selection of dishes and the price is not cheap nearly same as feast india which has more variety. Food taste is good.

Went to have a meal with my work colleagues, the food there for starts was exceptional, the employees were excellent and dealt with everything we asked for, the environment felt very welcoming and overall a great experience.

We had a Diwali get together and were offered private room and the food was out of the world. Exceeding our expectation we have been treated very nicely with fresh, hot and tasty food. Music with lights is an add in feature of our party which everyone enjoyed to the fullest. And lastly but not Least service of staff is excellent and you shall not be let down by anything. For a perfect family party food, service , parking and top class ambience is being offered so this place is must come visit.

I would like to say that me and my partner are regular customers at pepperzzz and they never fail to surprise me with how amazing their food is, its really fresh. The staff are really polite and friendly. They have a private function that allows you to plan any event and it's at a reasonable price. I would highly recomend as its one of the top restaurants in Leicester.

Ordering food from this restaurant for approximately two years and also dining regularly at this place, I can tell food is always amazing and fresh. Real taste of India especially their butter chicken, kheema and biryani.Their hospitality and customer service is world class.

Went with a group of 22 people. Food was ok, as some dishes were great in taste whilst others were appalling. Not too bad in varieties for a £12 buffet although food items tend to mostly be empty everytime you go to the buffet station and therefore you don't get to try the most tasty dishes. If you're looking for good service then, I highly DON'T recommend it as if you want something you have to ask at least twice if not more (this was when they weren't that busy) and some staff are always looking grumpy and never smile. Also, I can't remember the last time I was served drinks in small plastic disposable cups, was quite astounded by that, but they clearly were struggling to accommodate a group of 22.

The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere.. Pleasing to the eye and smells pleasing to the nose.. Food is lovely.. good selection for both meat eaters and vegetarian.. There's a bar..which I didn't use, so could not comment on that..

One of the best meals I have had. Service and staff excellent and would certainly recommend a visit. Only wished we lived nearer....would be visiting every week.

Find cold food, different bad dishes, and no pita bread for curry.

First time experience and lost, There got our order wrong and we specifically asked them to make our food mild, the food was red hot. The glasses had fingerprints on them so the plates. It was unhygienic, the service was very slow, one positive thing that there didn't charge as for 2 items..

I like the way food was presented for buffet as it separates veg and non veg. The options for the starters are enough. Food was very good in taste.

The Chicken Tikka and Chicken Biriyani were amazing. Will be ordering that again! The Chicken Karai was not great imo. Will need to try the lamb and maybe the kheema. Oh and they do Rubicon Passion. 👍

Excellent food and atmosphere good service

Had a Just Eat Delivered for a Saturday night-in to enjoy an Indian takeaway whilst watching TV at home after a long day out travelling. Very disappointed on this occasion as when the food (large sizzler + Curry) was delivered...the entire contents was oily and leaked out of the foil tray container as rather than keeping it flat in the bag it was kept long ways and hence all the oil had leaked out of the brown bag and into the outer white plastic carrier bag!!! This made the full Salad bag, Naan Bag and Curry container all messy and ewww oily!! Food didn’t arrive till a good one and a half hours after ordering! Found the food very appalling cos of the messy delivery and found the food at room temperature rather than a hot food delivery. We have eaten at the restaurant on several occasions and found the service very slow as the staff are too busy with the Just Eat takeaway orders but forget about the customers sitting in the restaurant waiting for table service, very annoying when all orders were bought in bits and drabs and having to ask for Naans when curry has arrived. Hope Pepperzzz improve on their services as we have enjoyed the food at the restaurant in the past. Found the delivery guy very rude as he is asking if we’ve paid for our Just Eat Takeaway when he should know that online orders are always paid whilst placing the order (including delivery charge and for using credit card admin fee).. . I don’t think I’ll bother with home delivery in future from here , not when the food is delivered in a badly placed trays in the bag.

Lovely meal had here for a charity night. The staff and management were spot on and the food was absolutely delicious. Will definitely be returning for the full weekend buffet. Toilets spotless and it is clear that these people are passionate about their customers as well as running a good business. 5 star food hygiene too so well worth a try if you haven't been before. I’ve given one star as that’s the least that can be given. If I had the option I would not give any stars. Thrice we’ve ordered from this place and each time it’s been delivered after over an hour and half. The last time we ordered, after an hour and 20mins we called the restaurant and spoke to a ‘Vinny’ who was rude and avoided all of our questions. Finally we learnt our food hadn’t even started cooking at the restaurant and would take a further 20 minutes, when asking why it would still take more time he said it would take 30minutes! He was rude and short with us. Will not be ordering from this place again!

Went with the family here and for me it was a first time visit. It's a nice and spacious area when I entered. The food was good both veg and non veg and I especially loved the chicken and especially the lamb on the bone was nice tender meat. When I wanted to eat desert I was surprised it only had one desert. A place like this should be having more choices for desert so it was a let down. Also could have more choices in food generally as well. This is where resturant needs improving on. Otherwise the taste of the food was very good. Also could do with more parking spaces. But overall it's good resturant and price for buffet is reasonable.

Really good food and good place. Just small steps and you are in that helps elderly. Very very impressed as owners Believe in no waste of food. But it make then sometimes long queue for empty bowls. Drinks do not get top up. You have to keep ask for good service. Staffs are very good but you have to be demanding. We did the party which was very good. Bar is very expensive. If you are organising party it’s better for both parties to written down what you agreed. Owners are very helpful. They go extra mile for you if you asked.

Firstly, i would like to start by saying how wonderful the Pepperzzz staff are. They are friendly, attentive and care about their guests very much!

First timer and came out full and happy

Had my kids party on the 27 April 2019. The place is clean and the side hall is adequate for a party of up to 40 people. There is a good buffet and the buffet has a selection of vegetarian and non veg food. Perhaps the selection could be broadened further and and a keener eye on food levels would not go amiss. The food was delicious and it has to be the best buffet around Leicester. The staff are pleasant and certainly accommodating and on several occasions were helpful. The bar selection is quiet good but not so for the non alcoholic drinker, one non alcoholic drink would be all that was required. Overall I enjoyed the night and would book again!!

Went to Pepperzzz after hearing from friends and colleagues about the excellent buffet on Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings. Priced at only £12!! Had not booked a table, went however they were fully booked. Left my number and they had a cancellation so called me back.

Went on a friends retirement party, food aplenty & delicious, staff friendly & welcoming

The food and atmosphere was great, as well as a dedicated staff who were friendly and executed each demand with care and speed. Also, the buffet options were diverse and the overall price was cheap (drinks were extra though!). However, I ask that you please get WiFi, since many millennials require free wifi.

We threw a surprise party for our mother who turned 75. There was excellent service, the food was delicious, there was a brilliant atmosphere throughout the whole night and the service was very professional! We would love to throw another party there again another time!
