Lovely food and excellent prices. They do an offer every day of the week.. starter, main and side, which is great value. I actually love a balti, but I must say the curry dish here is better than their balti.. nice atmosphere and can bring own drinks, whether it be alcohol or soft drinks.

Starters cold , main mega spicy and lots of raw onions ,service good but even though quiet and language barrier, nice rice, fresh nann , it won't be a retun to for us

Forgot to put cheese on my chips.

Been ordering take aways over 5 months now, all good, except last Sat, chips on getting them home unedible,and hard as if they were stale and reheated, spoilt our meal for two, cost over £43.00. Also chicken tasted tough, also felt cooked and reheated. Other meals were very good, since beginning of year. VERY DISAPPOINTED AS WONT BE ORDERING AGAIN. Reply would be appreciated.

Only rated the atmosphere a 4 instead of 5 as we went early and it was a bit quiet.

We visited Spice Lounge whilst travelling back from Lanacashire to London, it was conveniently along the route to stop as just off the M6. Positives Staff/Service = I spoke to a member of staff on the phone at around 6pm who explained the restaurant was fully booked at the time we wanted. However if we were prepared to arrive 30 minutes later, he could squeeze us in as we were a small group. This was very appreciated. When we arrived a few hours later, we were a little early, but our table was ready and we were seated quickly. Food = The food was excellent overall. The portion sizes were more than adequate for starters and mains. Plenty of meat in the main dishes, as well as flavour. Negatives Staff/Service = We did order a round of beers which was never brought to the table and the staff had to be reminded. We then noticed that this was added to the bill. But I believe this was a genuine mistake. Food = My only negative was that the onion bhaji’s were quite over cooked and seemed as if they had been cooked in advance, then refried. Also portion size was underwhelming. Overall = This is an excellent Indian restaurant and was particularly busy with families, couples and friends in the night we visited. We would defintely visit again!

I usually enjoy Safron Food however we ordered take away yesterday and wrong order has been delivered. We called the restaurant and we get our food which was spicy and we asked for a medium...

Best in the business. Been countless times, had takeaways the lot. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Good food, freshly prepared, large portions and well priced I had take away however their restaurant was clean and the staff were lovely. It was a Sunday evening and it was quite busy with families

We have visited as a family several times recently. Great food, great service, great value, especially midweek and Sundays with the special deal. Biryani, korma, and tikka masala are our go to favourites. Recommended.
