The best restaurants serving French food in London

The restaurant was too busy for the staffing levels. The food was very good but not quite the flavours I expected for a Michellin Star restaurant.

Nos sentó enseguida. Tuvimos un niño de 5 meses con nosotros. La persona que nos sentó fue muy amable. Entonces desaparecieron - sin agua - sin camarero para tomar el orden. Esperamos más de una hora. ¡Molesto! No lo recomendaría y no volvería a ir.

I have been to Les Deux Salons few times already and I was never disappointed, very good food and service.

Absolutely delicious! We were dubious because of the low score reviews but our expectations were more than exceeded and they must be old. Fabulous food and fabulous service, I’ve lived near Clapham Junction for 3 years and only ventured here after looking for a good French restaurant as it’s my mums favourite cuisine. Oh my god it was delicious, I had the steak bavette and it was so rich and tasty, my sister had the moules frites and devoured it. Mum had the chicken and throughly enjoyed it. All in all a fab experience and it genuinely feels like a restaurant that should be busier. You’ll see from my profile that I never leave reviews, but this was so fab that I felt like I had to! We will be back!

Estaba muy nerviosa asistiendo a bagatelas según las críticas anteriores, pero estoy muy contenta de haberlo hecho. Nuestra experiencia fue nada más que positivo! Incluso sugeriría que es uno de los mejores restaurantes más animados de Londres y el mejor lugar para celebrar una ocasión especial. Llegamos media hora antes y nos dejaron entrar así que tomamos unas copas en el bar para empezar antes de sentarnos. Debo decir que el personal fue realmente encantador durante toda la noche, muy atento, amable y divertido, incluso en la puerta los porteros eran encantadores y conversadores. Teníamos una mesa espaciosa y la comida era muy buena, cocinaron las carnes a la perfección y también tenían un montón de opciones para elegir, que era genial. El ambiente en el restaurante se puso animado a medida que pasaba la noche y todos se lo estaban pasando muy bien, bailando en las mesas unos con otros. Recomendaría reservar un asiento más tarde si quieres ir por el ambiente de fiesta y quedarse más tarde. La fiesta comienza alrededor de las 10 pm. ¡La pizza de trufa es muy buena! Raviolis fritos también es una primicia, pero sabe increíble!

Turquoise had just opened. They've done a fabulous job in redecorating the old Cafe Rouge. Brightly coloured, it's warm and welcoming and the food is very good. I've only eaten there once with a friend, but we both really enjoyed our lunches. I had garlic prawns; she had lamb chops and both were delicious. In the centre of Highgate Village, it's a lovely place to pop in for coffee, which I have also done.

Mi mujer, mi hija, dos niños pequeños y llamé para el almuerzo. Convenientemente ubicado en el corazón de St Pancras, que era una gran ventaja. El personal es amable y limpio entorno brillante. Menú un poco limitado pero la calidad de la comida estaba bien. Francamente, era lo que esperábamos, nada más y nada menos por ende un marcado promedio.

Just heard this place will be closing down thankfully. Very unclean food not great.. Service slow... Think the staff are on drugs..really badly run establishment. Shame as it in a nice area. Hopefully new owner makes well with this old unique place!

I visit the area regularly and leave time to stop for coffee and pastries. The coffee is excellent and better priced than a chain, pasties are fresh and delicious. I look forward to sampling the rest of the menu. Nice decor and nice staff so all good.

Took my 6 year old grandson for a 'grown up'Sunday lunch and it was perfect. The staff were fabulous and really welcoming. The food was plentiful and good for a buffet style. I will definitely return with a family group.
