From my first conversation with Mohammed I was impressed. My order was ready and hot for pickup. I can honestly say the food was fantastic! Very tasty and the chicken fresh and tender. I was so pleased and called to offer my praise. We will 100% return for more delicious takeaways. Thanks Mohammad.

Absolutamente horrible sandwich de metro. Esperaba con ansias un tocino y queso apilados subfundidos. ¿Dónde estaba el tocino, porción impactante, apenas tostado, servicio asqueroso en general. No recomendaría.

An utter shambles of a place, every single order has missing items and the chicken is frequently burnt. Please is a shambles and I wont be back. Cklearly have no management and no process.

This is our first and last time we will eat at KFC Straiton. It is dirty, filthy, a dump and should be investigated by heath and safety and that's putting it mildly!! Rubbish overflowing in the bins inside the restaurant and staff dropping the wooden spoons onto the dirty floor when filling up the container then picking them up and putting them back into the container with the newly stocked ones eugh!!🤢 The food was hot and freshly cooked and because we paid for it we ate it. After finishing our food, I needed to go to the toilet. I walked into a floor that was swimming in something other than tap water, the toilet seat was swinging on one hinge which made it unstable to safely sit down and after finishing my business I went to wash my hands and was faced with sinks that were filthy and unhygienic. I don't recommend eating at this KFC. Too many staff members hanging around and no one bothering to clean the place

Dreadful experience. Twice drive through order wrong, then a miserable, obviously unhappy in her job manager literally chucking stuff in a tipped up bag. Total incompetence #one job

The food's no more than a par, the staff a double bogie. The pleasant & polite middle aged man in front of me had just been unceremoniously kicked out by the staff because there's no indication of how many customers are allowed in at a time - despite half a dozen staff bunched together without a single fask mask among them, including delivery drivers storming in and out muttering and swearing under their breath in front of customers. I asked for one of the fish slices from 2 double fish suppers to be wrapped separately for me to take for my self-isolating elderly mum. Obviously, this was completely impossible and I might as well have asked the lady to explain the Monty Hall problem in Swahili. No, I'd have to pay extra for 1 fish supper and an additional fish, instead of just wrapping one separately, which would be completely out of the question. As would providing the correct change, it would seem. Unfortunately, until the fish & chip shop in Kessington reopens, you're stuck with this one.

If you are looking for burnt offering this is the shop to go to. I ordered a sausage and omelette roll, while the sausage was ok, I can't say that about the omelette, cremated is the only word I could use. The girl that served me was not very helpful.

Fui a KFC con unos amigos para cenar la comida era de buena calidad pero el piso era grasiento y resbaladizo y los baños eran tan asquerosos que apestaba tan mal y era de muy mala calidad y uno de mis amigos estaba bailando en el baño

Tried this place again. First time we bought the Pizza was bad. Second and last time I would say that the Pizza was, about as low as you could get. Horrendous and a waste of money. Has Papa John ever even been in Italy? Has Papa John even tasted a decent pizza? Better of with a budget pizza frozen from Te*co

Awful, ordered a boneless banquet and received chicken wings. As well as missing sides and dip. Entirely disappointing as I usually enjoy a kfc. Have had some bad experiences with the dumbarton branch. Either management needs to get involved or this branch needs to shut down.

La chica en la ventana era encantadora... ahí es donde terminó la feliz experiencia. Mi pedido - 2 x 3 piezas de pollo original, 2 x patatas fritas, 1 x ensalada de col a unas 18 libras! Como de costumbre 2 x trozos de pollo eran suculentos, pero el tercero era que seco mi esposa podría haberlo usado periódicamente. Nuestras dos comidas eran iguales Las patatas fritas fueron hechas por un alienígena que nunca se había encontrado con una patata - y no sabía cómo producir patatas fritas calientes. ¡Las patatas fritas (como he notado recientemente) apestan a grasa de cocina rancia que se te queda en los dedos más tiempo que el olor a pescado en tu primera cita! Estoy harto de este lugar, Dios mío, de estar a cargo de una franquicia de renombre mundial y decidir producir mierda. ¡Qué extraño! ¡Por favor, dejen que los dueños estén cubiertos de un recubrimiento para lamerse los dedos y planten el dedo medio en algún lugar que sepa a su producto! Awful, one item arrived different to the order and the pizza was low on flavour, high on cost and high of stomach bug bacteria- 2 people ate and 2 became ill - the leftovers are binned. Will never buy there again
