Tried this place again. First time we bought the Pizza was bad. Second and last time I would say that the Pizza was, about as low as you could get. Horrendous and a waste of money. Absolute crap waste of £9 for a delivery.Frozen cold food straight in bin won't ever be back.Please folks don't order takeaway.

An utter shambles of a place, every single order has missing items and the chicken is frequently burnt. Please is a shambles and I wont be back. Cklearly have no management and no process.

From my first conversation with Mohammed I was impressed. My order was ready and hot for pickup. I can honestly say the food was fantastic! Very tasty and the chicken fresh and tender. I was so pleased and called to offer my praise. We will 100% return for more delicious takeaways. Thanks Mohammad.

This has to go down as the worst experience ever! After a long argument with an aggresive manager who obviously just moved here they left food lying on tray for nearly 10 minutes while waiting on fries and dealing with drive throughs i refused it as were also handling food without gloves and walked out and as was leaving seen over 20 rats going back and forward into KFC from waste plant across road and didnt seem to care when i spoke to them! Most disgusting place ive ever seen not to mention food all over floors and tables!😡😡😡😡😡

Ordered on machine, told to take ticket and take to member of staff although I had asked for table service, no ticket given, went to till no record with confirmation number I gave. Staff unhelpful, all at grill waiting for chickens to appear. The food's no more than a par, the staff a double bogie. The pleasant & polite middle aged man in front of me had just been unceremoniously kicked out by the staff because there's no indication of how many customers are allowed in at a time - despite half a dozen staff bunched together without a single fask mask among them, including delivery drivers storming in and out muttering and swearing under their breath in front of customers. I asked for one of the fish slices from 2 double fish suppers to be wrapped separately for me to take for my self-isolating elderly mum. Obviously, this was completely impossible and I might as well have asked the lady to explain the Monty Hall problem in Swahili. No, I'd have to pay extra for 1 fish supper and an additional fish, instead of just wrapping one separately, which would be completely out of the question. As would providing the correct change, it would seem. Unfortunately, until the fish & chip shop in Kessington reopens, you're stuck with this one.

If you are looking for burnt offering this is the shop to go to. I ordered a sausage and omelette roll, while the sausage was ok, I can't say that about the omelette, cremated is the only word I could use. The girl that served me was not very helpful.

Awful, ordered a boneless banquet and received chicken wings. As well as missing sides and dip. Entirely disappointing as I usually enjoy a kfc. Have had some bad experiences with the dumbarton branch. Either management needs to get involved or this branch needs to shut down.

Placed order on screen after 5 mins said ready but had to wait 7 minutes before they actually handed us it very slow service and the chips were rotten tasted stale and were cold and rhe prices of the food now SCANDALOUS
