McDonald's in Aberdeenshire

People say worst in Aberdeen. Well that’s how much these idiots actually know Portlethen isn’t in Aberdeen it’s Aberdeenshire

We stopped here for a quick lunch, facilities clean, food well prepared and staff very friendly. Big Mac was great and fries were fresh out of the fryer.

Good food, clean restaurant and friendly staff. We ordered and went for table service. The place was clean and the food came fast. Better prices than other McDonald’s in Aberdeen as well.

Once again had to park up and wait for the food. 2 x Mc Crispys and 2 x Shakes. The Shakes we received straight away. The meal we had to park up for. The food was Luke warm when we got home. Luke warm chips taste disgusting. We have decided to find another place to eat. Our money our choice. I can see now why the drive through is never busy.

This McDonald’s is the worst. Every time I have ordered from Drive Thru or for delivery there is a problem. Missing items, food cold and burgers thrown together. On this occasion they forgot the Happy Meal. Management really need to address the problems at this restaurant.

This place sets itself low standards, which it often fails to achieve. It is usually a 50/50 whether they actually get your order correct at the drive thru. Always have to park up and wait while they serve people behind you in the queue. Told to park up tonight, waited 12 minutes only for the food to come out cold (I suspect it was sitting forgotton about while they were serving the people behind me). The one thing I made sure that was correct on the screen was no sauce in my burger, but low and behold they couldn't even get that right. The other McDonalds in the area are 100% better and would rather the extra drive than use this place again.

Walked in, nobody on counter, asked for assistance on screens to make it meals, assistant standing there did not know how to work screens, added a porridge which wasn’t in the bag, before a left I asked for ketchup, this was flung into bag as the assistant just walked away, not even an acknowledgment, got home no porridge with my order, worst service I’ve had in a very long time, I get it might be minimum wage etc, but getting paid to be rude dismissive, disrespectful & forgetful is a new one on me, won’t be back !!

Well of all the McDonald’s I’ve ever been to this is by far the worst of all place was filthy food was cold food was missing staff didn’t bother with anything no customer service Couldn’t believe how bad

Ordered large 5 chicken select meal and large 6 McNugget meal, after driving all day being told to wait in the car park for my order,I’ve then Came home with the meal to see if received a vegetable meal. Words can’t express how much anger I have
