Greggs in Glasgow City

If you are looking for burnt offering this is the shop to go to. I ordered a sausage and omelette roll, while the sausage was ok, I can't say that about the omelette, cremated is the only word I could use. The girl that served me was not very helpful.

Very terrible experience and embarrassment. Made me put off Greggs as I do not support racism or noun professionalism at customer service. I went to this place early morning 10:30 to get my morning coffee, waiting in a line followed by the one way sign on the floor, the was two person in front of me one was getting served and one was waiting 5 minutes waiting in the line I can see more people coming inside the shop. One new person just came in made his self a different queue. I spoke to the person nicely explaining that I'm also waiting to be served and the queues from here behind me. A senior women was on the floor going back to the till she heard me and told the other person no son you stay where you. Told me to go behind him very rudely I felt embarrassing and I felt like I was unwanted in the store. So I just left without any coffee. Gregg's staff needs to learn customers service I have used Greggs all over the United kingdom never in my life I have experienced anything like that in Greggs. She could have told me nicely if I was standing at the wrong place and why will it be wrong when the is a one-way system showing to follow on the floor. I do not want to say what I think her problems were with me. But I have witnessed double standard on colour in this shop. Never again in this place
