Dreadful experience. Twice drive through order wrong, then a miserable, obviously unhappy in her job manager literally chucking stuff in a tipped up bag. Total incompetence #one job

Asked for a single fish. "Small or large?" "Mm, large, please" Got two fish fillets in a fantastic crispy batter, just the best tasting fish I've had anywhere in years! Outstanding value too. Superb! Thank you :-)

Honestly the food was ok, we had two kebabs and two grilled chicken burgers and all enjoyed them well enough. Definitely not the best food we've had but by far not the worst either, don't think it deserves the 1 star reviews.

Estoy extremadamente decepcionado con el servicio que recibí hoy. A pesar de hacer un pedido y pagar tanto los gastos de entrega y servicio, mi comida nunca llegó. Esto es absolutamente inaceptable, y me quedo no solo con hambre, sino también sintiéndome engañado con mi dinero. La falta de comunicación o cualquier intento de resolver esta cuestión es más que frustrante. He pagado por un servicio que no se entregó, y sin embargo, todavía me están cobrando por ello. Pasé a cenar esta noche con mis hijos. Pedir era sencillo, pero mientras esperaba para recoger mi pedido (estaba a una buena distancia del escritorio) todo lo que podía oler era orina viciada. Eldest llevó a los niños más pequeños a orinar y cuando salió parecía absolutamente asqueada debido al olor de los baños para hombres. La oleada de orina rancia cuando los sacó era terrible. Si no hubiera sido por el hecho de que llamaron a nuestro número para recoger nuestra comida, me habría ido felizmente a otra parte. Así las cosas, realmente desearía haberme ido porque la comida apenas estaba caliente, las patatas fritas apenas valían la pena pagar por considerar el tamaño de la porción y los niños faltaban helados de chocolate. No volveré a KFC con prisa. Especialmente evitando la rama Dundee, se pegará a Perth.

It’s a game of chance when you order from this drive through . No matter what you ask for they will give you something different. Female that took our order sounded high or was working from home. Double hamburger arrived with nothing on it not even a hint of a salad or a gherkin to make it look Less like a recycled shoe box. All in all think we will just use the garage next door in future as to be fair a packet of crisps and a bottle of screen wash will still be a healthier choice.

3 Big Macs ordered. Told to park up a few minutes. 25 mins later went inside & grumped. Not my fault they are understaffed.

If you order a simple cup of tea here you will be told to park up and left waiting for ages. One thing I always wonder why send the staff out with one order at a time why not bring out more than one so it speeds up . This McDonald’s is a great example of why society is a mess as it’s really not that hard but somehow they consistently make a balls of it and have done for years

Absolutely horrible, flat drink, frozen chips missed to pit ketchup in the burger and put it on the box. Workers need to work and concentrate

Fui atendido el 31 / 03 / 2025 alrededor de las 8 pm en el camino por un joven que entregó la mejor experiencia de servicio al cliente que he tenido en esta sucursal. Él era acogedor, educado y respondió a todas las preguntas sobre nuestro pedido, y creo que realmente fue más allá para asegurarse de que tuvimos una gran experiencia, y espero que reciba el reconocimiento que merece.

I went for a vegan royal meal and it was freshly made and delicious Amarah served me and she was very helpful to explain about meals and very polite she seems very good at her job
