My friend has a gluten allergy so she asked the lady at the till of the galaxy mcflurry had any gluten, the lady said no gluten at all so my friend bought the mcflurry we where very curios so we checked the ingredients list online, it said may contain wheat and barley this meant that she was sick because it had gluten in it. Ps she nearly had to go to the hospital because they did not tell her the right ingredients. She even triple checked it on the ordering machine that said it's gluten free then asked as I said. We were with 4 people altogether

Go here occasionally and it's usually OK but today was terrible. Burgers cold, fries cold. Sorry I went. Go elsewhere in future. More of a drive past rather than a drive through.

food came pretty quickly but food was really cold and hard like it had been sitting for a while. My daughter ordered tomato sauce and gave her barbecue instead???? mcdonald’s please read your orders and not guess them next time!!!!!!!!

He tenido algunas comidas malas de McDonalds a lo largo de los años pero la suya lo superó. Se pidió a través de un servicio de entrega, así que estábamos a la mitad esperando que la comida se enfriara, pero esto era totalmente incomestible. Soy dueño de un spaniel que suele sentarse a mis pies mientras como, con la esperanza de que queden restos, pero en esta ocasión cuando se abrieron las bolsas el perro salió de la habitación. Las hamburguesas parecían estar cocinadas días antes, las patatas fritas podrían haberse cocinado en una discusión acalorada y el jugo era solo agua de colores. Ciertamente, nunca volverá a pedir desde esta sucursal a través de un servicio de entrega.

Recently, I went out to McDonalds for a dinner but I wasn’t sitting in the restaurant in was in the car park where they bring the food to your car. And it took longer than 10-15 minutes to come out and some of the order was missing out of the bags so instead of just heading home like normal we have to head into the building and get the rest of the order. But when we went in and went to the counter we were greeted by a worker named Ross and when we explained to him that some of our order was missing he apologised for the inconvenience and went and got us fresh food and apologised for the time that has been taken.

Every order every time is wrong, either something missing or the order is wrong, avoid. Would advise going to Cameron Toll.

This place was mobbed. 35 minutes for a takeaway. Machines did not give a receipt with a number, no number displayed on the screen. Lots of staff but Managemet not helping much. It was just utter carnage in that place. I felt really sorry for the staff who still managed to remain calm and courteous. McDonald's get some sort of structure that works

I DO NOT work for you… I walk in to your restaurant all I want is well cooked food, reasonable portion size (yes we notice when you cut sizes coffee/fries/cold drinks) and finally it’s supposed to be FAST food…I tell your staff the order and pay…NOT…I wait for some vacant finger smeared screen with a queue to become free so I can do the damn ordering myself. Customer SERVICE gets me back…lack of it keeps me away… That said I’m very unlikely to pass this way again, but the next time I walk into a KFC I had better have the choice of placing an order or I walk out an ex customer for all of KFC. Please remember, I do NOT work for you!

“Crew trainers” swearing whilst discussing customers to colleagues. Everytime I visit I’m told to park up, the drive thru staff are always rude & unhelpful.

Había estado en una reunión en Dundee, así que aproveché para conseguir un KFC, el lugar era bastante tranquilo, así que tuve muy poco tiempo para esperar en mi comida. El pollo estaba por encima de la media, The Gravy era de textura gruesa y muy bueno. Pero las patatas estaban escasas y quemadas. Si había 10 patatas, estaban secas y demasiado cocidas. Le señalé a la chica detrás del mostrador que el pollo era bueno, pero las patatas eran terribles y escasas, Para ser justos con ella, Ella preguntó si quería otra porción de patatas fritas, Pero mirando las patatas fritas que se ofrecen, Las bolsas estaban de nuevo escasas y quemadas. Por 9 libras, fue una visita horrible y no volveré.

Visited my usual sea field branch for pancakes, sausage and syrup only to get home and find there was no syrup so had to make two journeys to finally get it.

First time ordering We had 2 pizzas to takeaway both pizzas were tasty and hot when they areived. Happy to use them again ,

I went for a vegan royal meal and it was freshly made and delicious Amarah served me and she was very helpful to explain about meals and very polite she seems very good at her job
