Mcdonalds Restaurants in Aberdeen City

Slow, cold, wrong! 35 minutes wait from being four cars back from the drive-through order point. Barely any cars in the car park, hardly anybody in the restaurant, no effort in managing those waiting - they used to push those waiting for orders to the parking bays or the roadside, but every car just sat at the fulfilment window until their order was complete. I saw at least two returning their McFlurry ice creams that had melted in the wait, and they still handed the ice cream out as the first part of the order. 20 minutes after placing an order - two big mac meals, no changes, no special requests, two McFlurries - I got to the payment window, which remained closed as the 'team member' was taking another order. When it was opened and I paid by card, I asked what the delay was and was out and out lied to by being told it's because it was exceptionally busy (8pm Sunday, no it wasn't) and they're next to the event centre P&J Live (no, they're not) and everybody comes out of there and arrives at that McD's (there wasn't an event on, and if there was it'd not be ending at 8pm on a Sunday). Ten minutes to travel from the payment window to the fulfilment window, handed the ice cream and drinks, then the fulfilment window was closed, I suppose to allow time for the ice cream to melt, before being opened and a bag of food handed to me. I opened it to find medium fries, not large, more empty than full, and barely even warm. I handed it back and asked for the order to be corrected, expecting to be asked to park while that happened, but just sat there waiting for two portions of medium fries to be replaced with two portions of large fries. When I asked the team member what the delay was, I was told that it was because they were very understaffed and very busy. When I pointed out the car park and the restaurant were practically empty, I was told folk would be parked in the Lidl next door and the delivery orders and collection orders took a lot of time to prepare. It's McD's, I don't expect much, but fast food should be fast, hot, and the order right. McDonald's Inverurie Road can't do any of those.

I was surprised at the recent bad reviews. Perhaps sitting in to dine has a few problems. We opted for the drive-through. The drive-through was quick, and our takeaway was hot and enjoyable. The two members of staff that we briefly encountered were friendly. No complaints from me

COLD Mcdelivery via Uber eat’s delivery & none of requested sauces delivered. Why cook burger & chips at 11:15pm, if Uber eats not arriving at McDonald’s branch until 11:50pm? NOT HAPPY!

I'm not sure if McDonald's Inverurie Road are trying to spare my waist line but every.single.time there's always items missing and wrong. This is both with delivery and drive through. Go if you fancy wasting your money and forced reduced calories

I've got to say this is the most woeful McDonald's I've ever visited, usually order for home delivery for the Grandkids. Always cold by the time you get it, so lets go instead. No wonder the home delivery is cold its only luke warm in the restaurant, bacon was hiding under the hardly visible lettuce( more strewn around inside the box than on the actual burger) woeful is about the best I can describe it. Not my first time in here but definitely my last, £26 for the pleasure of cold food no thanks. Give it a miss folks if your heading into town there is a KFC at the roundabout further on can't be any worse than this place !!!!! Or stop at the Chippy at Blackburn if your heading West its not a bad shout.

Very nice staff, good Covid organisation and the breakfast was faultless. I've never had breakfast in McDonald's before, but I definitely would again.

Buy today for me and my family meal. Chips half cook and missing salt. Always like chips in Mcdonald, but now is not. Customers servise didn't ask sauce or bag. Because is ordered nuggets and chips. Branch is bad.

Fui con mi hijo después de su partido de fútbol para obtener un bocado rápido hace unas semanas. Las hamburguesas estaban empapadas, las nuggets de pollo estaban frías y la máquina de bebidas no funcionaba porque el sprite de mis hijos sabía a agua de soda. Hannah refused to serve me and my friends food inside as we were stereotyped as a group of young boys “loitering” although this was the first time we have travelled 30 mins to bucksburn in a month at least. Extremely bad customer service.

Es McDonald's, hace lo que dice en la lata. Todos saben qué esperar ahora. Comida rápida fácil. Este tiene a su favor, hay mucho estacionamiento y está al lado del Travelodge. (Ver mi otra crítica) si te alojas allí, esto hace una parada en boxes fácil. Ordené a través de la aplicación desde la comodidad de mi cama y para cuando paseé por el desayuno estaba listo y esperándonos. No me puedo quejar de ese servicio. Gracias

Only went there because it was open totally reeled in by the complexity of the drive in menu so I just had the Americanno meal deal basically a double cheeseburger with soggy lettuce and some sort of sauce totally tasteless will not go back

La mayoría de los clientes parecían estar usando la unidad de paso (los motores bombean continuamente gases venenosos), cuando estacionamos y entramos ... . . . a través del gas.Utilizamos la estación de autoservicio automatizada para pedir nuestras comidas. Went through the drive through today... woman took ages to take my money. Gets home and I’m missing half of my meal!! Don’t have time to go back as I’m working. The place is a joke and are always messing up orders!

Dos veces seguidas se olvidaron de poner algo. A veces es difícil verificar rápidamente si tienes un pedido mayor. También las hamburguesas están por todo el lugar. Entiendo que puedo resolver el problema en segundos, pero lo estoy pagando, así que espero que al menos esté todo en el bollo / apilado. A stop off for us before heading south to England. We found it very busy, therefore parking was difficult. The drive thru was packed bumper to bumper. Clean and tidy outside ref litter.

Everytime I have been to this McDonald's the ice cream machine is always broken . No ice cream and no milk shakes . The food was also terrible . Chips were cold, under cooked, and tasted terrible . Coke no ice was asked for . I got coke with ice . Crammed all the meals into one bag. Why should I have to pay for a paper bag anyway.???

Was waiting in queue when manager was about to go upstairs to do something. Clearing saw him and heard him shouting at staff, Do not leave here face customers do it ok ! No need for his tone of voice shouting to staff like they are children. Simple enough to get his point across without that and in front of customers!!! Terrible behaviour from management !!

Big Tasty sin tocino, tocino y sin sabor como hamburguesa ¡Frío! no podría regresar debido a obras en la carretera. Vamos, gestión, haz las pequeñas cosas bien.

Have visited here numerous times previously. This time I had a 5 piece chicken strips meal carry out. The meal was good and the chicken strips were free from grease.

I work Nightshift in dyce a visit here at least once a week. Shockingly slow device for a FAST food restaurant . Can't get a single meal right . Worst McDonald's in Aberdeen.

Compré una hamburguesa de pollo y, aunque era la de ahorro de centavos, sabía muy bien. Fue cocinado adecuadamente, no demasiado mayonesa. Tiene menos sistema de autopago, que es un punto extra. Definitivamente pasaré por allí, si es que estoy cerca. El servicio al cliente era estándar.

Paramos aquí en el camino a casa. Pedimos en la pantalla táctil para la velocidad. ¡Esperamos 25 minutos! Un montón de errores con las órdenes de la gente. La comida era buena, sin embargo, y el joven se disculpó. El servicio presumiblemente se centra en el drivethru. Mukuka Chishinge - a customer care assistant - made us feel so welcome and it felt like he was genuinely happy to see us. It almost felt as if he was a part of our relationship! So friendly and kind! A lovely man.

We bought burgers here and at first glance the burger looked stale and the lettuce looked really bad. We were really hungry and had to eat it. This led to severe stomach aches and overnight diarrhoea. We were running to and from the toilets. This was our second experience of this place and both were absolutely awful. Looking at the rest of the review, this branch should not be running a MacDonalds. It could lead to serious medical issue for someone someday. There are unhealthy and unhygienic practices taking place at this branch.

We initially parked in the wrong bay (which was a drive thru order bay)as we couldn't see the sign which was over grown with plant life.

When you go to Mcdonalds you know what you are going to get. This branch lived up to this. We ordered on big screens, requesting delivery to the table it arrived in good time and correct. If there is one negative it is the decor but you get what you pay for.

Just thought I’d show everyone what happened on a visit to the bucksburn McDonald’s in Aberdeen , my friends little boy was eating a happy meal purchased from the drive thru when he thought he saw a bunny which in fact was a huge rat just outside the restaurant

This branch is absolutely rubbish with very poor quality of food and service. I bought a veggie burger via drive through. In spite of mentioning the cashier boy to serve fresh chips (from previous experience), they refried the chips and also the burger patty was over cooked ( might have refried again). This is not the first time I was disappointed by this place - the only reason I go back is that of the 24 hr service.

Went to McDonald's in bucksburn drive thru on Sunday , we had waited for 15min in the que,finally got our order placed ,only to be told to park our car and someone would come out with our order, well we waited and waited for another 15min and finally my patience ran out, do I then went into McDonald's there were numerous people there already complaining about wrong food, cold food and also the waiting time .finally I said a disgrace altogether we had been waiting for 30min altogether only to be given a bag and told our food was inside, I then went back to the car and couldn't believe it ....they hadn't gave me the 3happy meals that I had also ordered.back I went and told them again only to be told they were through the back,em excuse me but are they not supposed to give the customer their order? Absolute disgrace,plenty staff on but what they all do goodness knows. I must add that I didn't get this for free it did cost £23 ,but the way they treat their customers is a disgrace!!

When we walked in, we could see straight away from the number of people waiting, that the service would be slow, and it was.

Haven't had a burger from mcds in so long but when we stopped here yesterday I ordered myself a Big Mac and enjoyed every last mouthful! Chips were roasting, coffee actually very good and all ordered and delivered from/into my car!

Utilizamos el coche en mi descanso para comer. Nos llevó 10 minutos para entregar y burger era como cálida, casi frío. No tenía tiempo para quejarme.

Visitamos aquí después de un duro día de trabajo, ya que en nuestra ruta a casa. Yo y mi colegio ordenados una comida con queso hamburguesa, 1 y otro con enfriador de batido de frambuesa. Se le dijeron que la máquina no funcionaba. (de nuevo) parece ser una cosa habitual en esta rama si no la máquina más fresco es el batido o máquina mcflury Aparte de eso rápido veces línea. Buena comida y bebida. :)

Si tienes tan lejos como leyendo esto que saber lo que te espera. En el trabajo alguien recogió algunas salchichas y bacon McMufins. Ellos sabían, como si no supieran, como bacon y salchichas magdalenas con huevo! Sin embargo, volvió más tarde por una hamburguesa (como ya he hecho mi camino 'cuidadosamente' de vuelta al hotel desde el pub). Parece caótico en el mejor de los casos, no parece que el personal sabe lo que esta pasando, larga fila de gente esperando para ser alimentados, pero nadie en la cajas de 'apaciguar a las masas". Tras la inspección de mi hamburguesas seleccionados (yo estaba en el camino a casa desde el pub), parece que no coincide con la parte superior e inferior, hamburguesa, lechuga, cebolla, etc. El rato del lado de lo difícil que puede ser conseguir un poco a la derecha? ! Me volveré a confesar, no ocasionalmente anhelen la salada extraño éxito de la cata de una hamburguesa de McDonald's, pero no retirarse a este particular franquicia en cualquier momento pronto y sin prudencia en todos aquellos que estén pensando en visitar.

This McDonalds is very conveniently located off the big roundabout at Bankhead, and I tend to use it if I have been out for a hill walk and am coming back into town on the A96. Usually I order a cheeseburger or a quarter pounder with cheese, but this time my attention was drawn to the Big Tasty, which I hadn't seen before. It had some extra salad filling and the cheese was more liquid, so it was quite messy to eat, and I got a bit fed up with it. I'll stick to my usual order next time. The fries and apple pie I had later were up to standard though. It always seems to be busy on a Sunday late afternoon, which is when I tend to be there, but service was quick enough to justify the fast food reputation.

Well my friends and I ordered I chicken nugget share box but they gave us cheese bites and a drink by this time we had already paid our money when we to took it back they didn't believe us as they had no proof

McDonald's need to do something about this restaurant. Their ice cream /milk shake is never working. Last three times i have visited it has been broken. They need to get it replaced or change the franchise.

As a regular in for breakfast really disappointed by the service at the weekends. No sense of urgency to serve the customers, a feeling of new/poorly trained colleagues...

mcdonalds are mcdonalds....great food and harassed staff when it is busy! Bit of a pain when they ask you to park up while they finish your order...if you order something like no onions or no pickle and onions, then the fast food thing becomes not so fast food!

Coffee is the best out of all the Aberdeen McDonalds. Breakfast top rate sausage egg mcmuffin and hash brown. Quick and efficient service

Went for an ice cream , which is always good when you can get it , decided to try a burger and chips as well. but as I'am not keen on anything strong tasting asked for it without mustard and relish - but guess what , I still got mustard and relish anyway the burgers are very small as well. Chips are really nice and I just love the ice cream , but twice in the last 2 weeks the ice cream machine was out of order , that's just about unbelievable for a company like this .

Our order was correct but by no means anything special. As far as McDonald's goes this does the job for a quick bite to eat. Staff all very good if a bit run ragged could of done with more people on the floor helping the one girl tidy up.

This place is so hit or miss. Some days you will get a smile from its employees. Other days you you basically get grunted at. Food is hit or miss like all McDonald's restaurants. Your very lucky if the chef can be bothered to stack you burger correctly instead of putting it all in a box and shaking it.

Convenient and value for money...was very close to the hotel and as in every country the taste was good and suitable for our family

On way to shopping stopped for a quick lunch, how many times in a row can they get things wrong, missing food, wrong flavour ice cream, weak drinks topped up with ice. No ice cream or iced smoothie today either. Burger King here we come.

Got exactly what we ordered. Big Mac chips and salad with coffee to finish. Great value for money. Just as you expect from MacDonalds.

3 times in a row the drive thru at this place got the order wrong and you don't know until home. My wife went this time and decided to go into counter to try and maybe get it correct. It was still wrong even after asking them to check. You can't win at this place

Me and my Dad have a McDonald's every week, as long as they have plenty of staff on its fine! The place is cold so don't forget your jacket ! Food is like another McDonald restaurant!

Easy access off the highway, within walking distance of the Bucksburn Travelodge. Free Wi-Fi. Good service. A popular and busy place on weekend evenings.

Visited on a very busy lunchtime and was surprised, but impressed to find a member of staff 'managing' the queue of customers and also helping families with young children by carrying their trays. The eating area was very clean and an oasis of calm compared to the busy counter area and the tables were efficiently wiped down between customers. The serviettes, straws,sauces & condiment area was well stocked & tidy.Food was pretty standard Mcdonalds fayre, a Big Mac which struggled to stay together, fries which rapidly cooled and a beverage that was more ice than liquid. The fried chicken & bacon 'Deli' wrap was the best element, having been freshly assembled and presented in a robust packaging that caught any drips of sauce.

This restaurant is ment to be open 24 hours !!!! It is never open 24 hours !!!! Always a sign on the door saying due to staffing problems it will be closed 11pm until 5am absolute disgrace . I arrived at 5 am and sat at the drive thru and sat there 10 mins before having to go in and tell them I had been sitting waiting there for them to take my order!!!! Will not be back !!!! Also my nephew walked in the rain for an hour to get here and find it closed !!!! Dissapointed
