Shocking service. Not interested in custom. In with 2 kids at 7pm tonight. Balding middle build man didn't listen that machines weren't working and allowing a plain burger ordered. Left and went to Mcdonalds who clearly wanted the business. Was looking forward to a Burger King as well.

Don’t bother staff are lazy can’t be bothered to help. There also so lazy they can’t be bothered to deliver to Clackmannanshire that’s 5 mins away from restaurant

Would have prevered 0 points as the server was not helpful in any way the so called meal was cold including the tea ,the chicken meal was insipid and rubbery, we thought it strange that my husband and I were the only ones in now we know why ,at just over £18 pounds I would rather have given the money to a charity, will most certainly never return .

Worst order we have had £17 for rubbish Charged 2.99 for classis burger on its own Other burger n fries no sauxe although asked for it Chips tasted really strange and sons cola was defo not coke tasted of cleaning fluid!

For some reason BK food has really gone done.. more expensive then Mac.. and the food really is some thing that I would not pay for anymore.. bun was dry.. Patty was tasteless.. bacon cold and certainly not crispy asked for no onions or gercken.. but they seem not to care as it was on the burger.. also the order number was ready then totally disappeared off screen.. .. any way will not be going back even after a 50% refund
