McDonald's in Stirling

2 hours later and missing half the order. Absolute joke!!

no apple pie or ketchup. my granddaughter is upset not at all happy

Asked the driver not to chap too loud, so yeah rings my doorbell 5 times and food was cold 👍

it was originally indicated that it would be between 20-30 minutes. it was well over an hour before it arrived.

Said delivered but I didn’t get it

cheese burgers had no mustard or pickles and where not warm

hi at the end of my order i was asked to choose a free item as i had spent over £15 ....i chose 3 chicken select but according to receipt i have been charged for them ...can u refund this money to my card ?? thanx

By far the worst McDonalds in Stirling. Orders are regularly wrong with items missing from burgers, or burgers missing entirely! The younger staff are rude and do not care when something is incorrect! The picture attached was a cheeseburger I ordered, and I didn't ask for anything to be removed!

Food was cold no egg on double sausage and egg muffin and bacon on it instead

Quiet, clean, well maintained, accessible parking, toilets were open and food was exceptionally quick. Can be busy at peak times but staff are great.

Probably one of the cleanest McDonald's I've been in, staff were friendly and helpful. Bbq sauce had ran out so asked for more and staff quickly sorted it. Served food at the table lady was smiling and asked if we needed anything. Typical McDs quick food, milkshakes were great. There was a downstairs area aswell but plenty seats when we went in on ground floor. Great location aswell.

Everytime I order from this mcdonalds there is never any sauce or straws in the bag, why offer a sauce with nuggets if its not given?

No sauces, when we picked o the order, 2 of the drinks were spilled and only had a couple mouthfuls left. Chips weren’t hot

Every time I order and pay for sauce it is never in the bag, if I’m paying for sauce I should be receiving it. 9 out of 10 times you don’t get it.

My order was not delivered and phone Pepsi and they couldn’t have cared less the lady on the phone didn’t help one bit and just hung the ohohh my e up in me I had my kid to feed and thst was the only money I had shocking service

The guy who delivered my order was such a happy pleasant chap. He has delivered to me a few times. Very thankful for his tip. I give him a 10/10

I received a warm cup of strawberry milk instead of a strawberry milkshake, the driver was on time so it was definitely McDonald’s fault, staff should’ve seen that

Ok, let's be real for a moment. i am 27 years old when i order an adult minecraft happy meal for the toys we both know im trying to enjoy my childhood again you would never forget a childs toy so why mine ? And no, I'm not asking for it because it's an unwritten rule. The only reason i got a 9 chicken nugget meal is for the toy... come on Rebecca, why did you do me like that ??

My bbq mccrispy didn’t arrive and as I left this for a refund wasn’t until my partner was opening up his double cheeseburger there was tomato ketchup on it and he requested nothing to be on it as it was meant to be plain so that was disappointing for him as he doesn’t like ketchup sauce so therefore he couldn’t eat it and it was wasted as I don’t not like it on the burger either overall the other food was warm and got delivered on time so therefore that was the up side to it

Don’t order from McDonald’s online if you like your dips - almost always leave them out the bag even though you pay extra for them. Totally useless.

The 9 chicken nuggets (over half the order cost) were not delivered. I logged this online. No refund. Mistakes happen but there's no point ordering if you're charged for food that doesn't show up.

AMAZING as always. fritters perfectly cooked and good amount of salt vinegar and brown sauce, pizza cooked to perfection and spicy with the chicken and chillis

Literally forgot the main part of the meal. It's usually forgotten hash browns or a fruit bag but both breakfast rolls were not delivered and I can't understand how you can mess that up so badly.

Only issue is that the hot chocolate is more water than chocolate

shocking food was just left at the door. no knock on the door, they didn't ring the bell, I checked the app it said it was delivered 30 minutes before. it would be good if the drivers actually told people the food was there .
