Didn’t get what I ordered. Waiting on a refund

My order was not deliverd and no update on how I can request where my order is

The order kept getting delayed

My order took 2 hours to arrive .I tried to contact Judy eat and email but never got a response just eat service was terrible

My experience with this order was absolutely appauling! I placed the order at 6.03pm and it said it was due at 6.40pm and was pushed back 3 times to 8.35pm which was my sons dinner aswell so i obviously could not wait for it any longer! I ended up having to go into mcdonalds myself to pick it up in which it hsd been sitting so was freezing cold and icecreams were melted then was told by mcdonalds they could not remake it as it eas a just eat problem! I will not be ordering again after this.

Cancelled order after two and a half hour wait …

afre the order being 1 hours late i called to ask where it was. got told they dont have the order as the driver hadnt arrived. 10 minutes later the order is recorded as delivered and im still wating for my food.... absolute shambles

I ordered the chilli double cheese burger and a double quarter cheese medium meal with cola and all I received was my cola and a irn bru that I did not order no food at all

They will get your order wrong and not give you a refund.

Unfortunately, the order processing speed is slower in comparison to other places of this brand, given the number of orders at the moment. Order numbers were duplicated on the screen. My order was not called out, and I had to ask the staff to hand it over, by which time it had already cooled down a bit.

Food was cold and very tasteless

drink spilled everywhere during delivery but I didn't notice until the driver had left and it was dripping everywhere. had 1/3 of my drink left and everything else in the bag was soaked. luckily I had a wipe clean mat on the floor as there were several puddles of juice everywhere. thought we were missing a burger but it was thrown in with the happy meal which, thankfully, was delivered in a separate bag with the chips.

No pancakes and my drink was spilled all over the bag want a full refund

everythingh had to go in the airfrier as it wasn't hot enough! this is why I don't usually order a McDonald's takeaway! final lesson learnt!

No issues at this McDonald's, same as plenty of others, you order on a screen and pick your food up. One of the staff kindly took our trays when we finished.

waited 40 minutes for 2 McDonald's breakfast wraps and drinks and the drinks were delivered but there was no food at all.

Good speedy service, I never wait long. I'm in most days, and even when it's busy, it's still a very quick service. They manage large crowds well, so even if it looks packed, you'll still get your food quick. Cheers staff 👍 mmmmmmalways lovin'it

Just a classic just eat driver thing, doing too many orders. Food was cold af, late and somehow managed to spill half my juice.

The courier delivered my order, but I also ordered 10 Mayo chicken , but unfortunately 3 mayo chicken were missing. Did the courier eat it or did someone eat it at the McDonald's restaurant? 🤦‍♀️ Please refund my money!

Absolutely awful experience! Sign showed order ready and had to ask three employees when I would get my order. Meanwhile buzzers going constantly! Ended up with a half cup of coffee!

I had requested no ketchup in my burger and it came covered in it. I had also ordered a smoothie which arrived with its lid off and was soaking through the bag.

The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, but what really stood out was the exceptional service from a staff member named Linda. We had traveled all the way from Edinburgh early in the morning, and my children were quite exhausted. Linda went above and beyond to make them smile, offering them toys to keep them entertained. Her kindness made such a difference, turning a tired moment into a joyful one for our family. A huge thanks to Linda and the friendly team at this McDonald’s for making our day! We’ll definitely be back.

Delivery took over 20 minutes to come even though it’s a 5 minute drive. Food came & it was cold. Delivery Driver was on the wrong streets. I had to go out and find them.

large drink was half full and leaking, courier was not going to take it back, but I gave it back and he said that he would return with new drink. that was four hours ago,so claimed a refund. very bad service and not happy, it's a disgrace.

The food that arrived was fine. Got the drink for the Big Mac meal but not the burger itself or the fries.

Absolutely shocking service waited 50 mins for the food! When we finally received our order we had no food In the bags as the driver has collected another order and gave us the peoples drinks instead of our food so now we have zero food!!

Chips were old or weren't cooked properly, stale, floppy, hard consistency too just plain weird. Went in bin. Nuggets and that were okay tho.
