All but case the just eat delivery man was rude to the staff, but McDonald's stuff told him to leave the shop it was so nice to see her standing up for all the stuff. Well done McDonald's you have a excellent member on the team in the Stirling shop 👏 👍 😀 👌

Took ages for my order to be prepared and there's not a real place with space to stand when waiting for your order.

Good food and very nice and attentive waitresses

It's a McDonald's but with added youths usually shouting all sorts of abuse at each other. Staff are stressed and some are scared but it's not McDonald's fault, just a bad location.

Most ov the shops run the same. Good friendly staff and a great selection of hot and cold food and drinks.

I recently visited the McDonald's near Sainsbury's in Stirling, and it felt like a breath of fresh air. The place was impeccably clean, the food was fantastic and hot, and Joyce, the greeter, was an absolute delight. She assisted with everything seamlessly. Comparing it to my previous visit to the McDonald's on Argyle Street in Glasgow, the experience in Stirling was night and day better. Kudos to Joyce and the McDonald's team in Stirling!

Usual MscDonald, I'm not sure if there is a till with live cashier, all self checkout screens. What if I have only cash?

It's not bad, most of the seating is down and I don't like the atmosphere down there. Upstairs is much nice with plenty of light a booth type seats. Staff have always been friendly and polite and food comes out as you expect from McDonald's.

Well for start they didn't even have onion FS worst part though every time I go here it's piss water for hot chocolate clean the filter make decent chocolate lazy wee teen behind counter to busy lafin giggling to serve decent meal worth money . Ripping robbing bams disgusting service disgusting food joke of place not going back sick wasting money when there's better places worth the money MC D's is falling hard now can't even supply an onion or decent hot chocolate

Coming from the United States, I was blown away by the courteous service, how fast and clean it was. Mcdonald's America should take note. It is an example of what those restaurants could be.

Went to McDonalds Stirling, the one at Sainsbury's, tried to place order machine not working so went to counter, totally blanked by staff , ender up leaving, total waste of time, definitely won't be back.

Ordered just a portion of fries and they were stone cold. Got fresh fries which was good but then they were like shrapnel. Hard and nothing to them.

One of the best stores for McDS! Food was the best, hot, fresh...clean surroundings, well presented, staff were first class and friendly! Unlike Glasgow! Will be ad to be a return customer ❤

Purchased 2 milkshakes, waited 15 minutes on them. Asked Ben the manager where they were, he stated I am not here to be shouted at. Get a refund and leave the store he stated. Myself and my wife who is in a wheelchair left. Ben, you are not suited for a career in customer service.

This restaurant still being opened is a disgrace… Super old fries and milkshake with no flavour!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The Quarter Pounder wasn’t made according to the official McDonald’s procedures (too much onion too much ketchup and the triple cheeseburger looked like the leaning tower of Pisa… I want my money back🤬🤬🤬🤬😡😡😡

Ordering was quick and easy with the automated system. Food was about as good as can expect.

If I could give this no stars I would. Ordered over £16 worth of food and ZERO of the stuff came. Just eat refusing to refund me which in itself is essentially theft. Also the restaurant are just as bad "sorry nothing I can do pish" DISGUSTING

Terrible from the staff at McDonald's We arrived at 12.37 am and they locked the doors and wouldn't let anyone else in (wasn't busy) but the opening hours should be until 12.45am Just want the owner to know!!!

Food did not come out… I went and asked and they didn’t have the order even though we paid for it. My salad was disappointing… dry chicken, no dressing… salad that shows cherry tomatoes on the menu board came out with 1 slice of tomato… nobody seemed to care… on the plus side, the kids loved the playground

10am in the morning. Now last time I checked you serve pancakes with butter and or syrup/jam. Or at least with a bloody smile! Dry pancakes. Went and asked for the syrup that comes with it... We don't do that. Check your self service machines cause it tells you. Why eat dry pancakes. And when I asked for it some wee teenager had attitude with me. Customer service at its finest. I've worked in hospitality for 10 years maybe a smile wouldn't go a miss. Shocking

Two pretty good efforts with my sausage mcmuffin breakfast. It is what it is but these two efforts much better than many others I have had elsewhere.

Went into McDonald’s today , I felt as if the customer service was very poor. The manager on duty was unprofessional looking customers up and down and talking to me and my friend unprofessionally. The chips were also very cold .Appalling.

Every time we took the grandkids they end up being sick

This restaurant is situated in the Rushy area. The atmosphere is not good for dining.

It's a McDonalds. What more is there to say. You either love it or hate it. Personally I find it convenient, very good value for money and managed by very polite staff. My grandchildren adore it and that wins it brownie points.

I ordered on the app for collection in store. The store was quite busy and hard to find somewhere to stand and wait for my order. I waited about 10 mins for my order and once I received my order the burger was look warm. But I did not have time to go back and ask for a fresh one.

Honestly can’t believe it Came in tonight ordered on the app I put through my order double Mcplant meal With only tomato cheese and lettuce on top of my bun and patties To find all the sauce still on it dill pickles onion . I removed all the sauces and dill pickles as I’m allergic but have opened my burger to see it all still there can’t believe it

Linda is a great asset to McDonald's in Stirling at Murray Place. Again service was great 2day. Michelle helped me with my tray. Today 28/2/23 I was a take out but still service was great even though it was busy. Waiting times were good considering it was quite busy. Very happy with experience and definitely recommend going here for a lunch.

They seem to let teenagers just sit about and hang about outside and inside, the toilets were rather dirty , no real cue and with the noise it's hard to hear numbers being called out, watched the girl put the fries in and then dropped half them back out so we ended up with 2 half filled medium fries, the 2 stars is for the food, it is what it is , wouldn't pass another fast food place to use this one .

Went in for coffee - staff to interested in talking to friends and other staff members to be bothered serving. I was not the only one kept waiting. The person I noted that was doing most of the talking to friends and other members of staff was Laura. It would seem customer service at this branch is way down the list before personal plans, dating and "what drink will we take to the party on Saturday night

You can't go wrong with a McDonald's. Even though the queues were extremely long the wait was just a few minutes. Loads of seating and friendly staff.

Want an extremely sub par, tasteless burger? Want harassed by a bunch of 12 year olds that have seen Top Boy one too many times? If you answered yes to both these questions then it's the place for you.

Staff really slow, more interested in talking to eachother and some random dude. Fries were being kept on a metal tray, not on a hot plate. Cold, unsalted. Probably not great food hygiene.

I have been to some bad fast-food restaurants in my life but oh my goodness this was atrocious. Upon entering the McDonalds it appeared like complete utter chaos, all of the machines were down and staff were making no attempts to do anything or serve people at the tills. Eventually, I placed my order only to be told after purchase that what I had was not available. There was no apology on behalf of the restaurant but I understand these things happen. Being vegetarian there were not many other options for me but they offered me veggie dippers (cheaper than what I originally ordered). After ten minutes of waiting for the veggie dippers (40 minutes in the restaurant overall) I decided it was time to leave. I asked for a full refund, the staff member didn’t respond to me when I asked instead he told his manager who rolled her eyes and let out a huff. I understand working in hospitality is difficult, but a bit of customer service or general kindness would have been appreciated. She didn’t speak a word to me whilst arranging the refund. She gave me it in cash (the wrong cash) and then walked away. Horrible experience. The area was messy, unorganised, nothing was working and staff were horrendous. I have works in a McDonalds restaurant myself and in my opinion something seriously needs to change here.

Absolutely obscene language from the staff during my visit, seems to be very immature members of staff and the average age must be about 18. Very unhelpful and unprofessional and I wouldn't visit again.

Bless them they working hard so even tho one of the two nights I bought food from there they got it wrong they were really apologetic about it.

Ignorant staff and stupidity in managing the fact that they couldn’t accept card payments. No warning sign before w Teri g the drive through. Supposedly not enough staff to warn customers accordingly either. Then accusing customer of time wasting while having Easter customers time in the drive through queue for nothing (no cash). Threatened to “report” me. ! To who a d what for I was not told.

For a bit of background a have a leg injury which causes severe pain I also have a mental condition which causes me to get panicky if I cant find exit I let the staff know this clearly and they still let other people cut infront of me and take the either away table with space and practically shoved me into the corner table surrounded by others and she was not polite about it do not go here if u have a hidden disability . || EDIT || Kids under 16 are no longer allowed after 6pm without a adult with them due to certain groups of kids bullying people

Very busy but managed to get a seat on ground floor. Disabled toilets not working and had to take my granddaughter to toilet downstairs meanwhile member of staff tried to clear our meal away even though we had bags on floor. Saved by man sitting next door. Lack of ground floor facilities made visit stressful . Impossible to attract staff attention about disabled toilet .

Advertising in store that its open till 3am Monday to Saturday. Twice in 1 week I've went along before 3am and the store is closed, 1am on Tuesday was closed, why advertise if isn't true?

My first experience tasting McDonald's in stirling and it tasted stale not to mention when I received the food it was already cold would not recommend!

I go because my grandchildren eat everything they like here and I only like chicken so I like it too

The highlight of going into McDonald's at Earls Gate with my lady friend, is to say hello to wee Margaret from Slamanon. She does a great job in there & the milk shakes, the chicken select + sweet chilli drip & their icream all get 10/10 including their reasonably priced coffee.

I've given it 3 stars for the fact it was for my nephews but myself wouldn't rate it as I just don't see the fascination of tasteless chips and burgers but the kids seem to like it. The boys wanted to sit upstairs but couldn't as the lift was broken and I can't do stairs. What I can say is the staff are brilliant and keep the place spotless. I'm not the best person to rate this place but I do like to give the positives and or negatives on what I observe.

McDonald's is always worth a visit. Nothing better than the Big Mac meal, cola with no ice.

Not much to say, it's a McDonald's, so the experience is pretty much the same as any other. Staff was friendly, and both the restaurant and bathrooms were clean.

Apparently if you ask for no cheese on a quarter pounder they will take off only one slice and still leave one on. Weird because I thought no cheese meant NO CHEESE! What would they do if I was allergic to cheese?

Staff were nice and friendly very helpful quick food service will be back happy customers.
