Fantastic quick service.food always hot and fresh.

No issues at this McDonald's, same as plenty of others, you order on a screen and pick your food up. One of the staff kindly took our trays when we finished.

Food is freezing cold every item was cold very cold waste of £50

I order large portion chips. I received it's less than half on it and dry 😔

waited 40 minutes for 2 McDonald's breakfast wraps and drinks and the drinks were delivered but there was no food at all.

They forgot my chips! Tried to get a refund and you wouldn’t give me it!

Good speedy service, I never wait long. I'm in most days, and even when it's busy, it's still a very quick service. They manage large crowds well, so even if it looks packed, you'll still get your food quick. Cheers staff 👍 mmmmmmalways lovin'it

Just a classic just eat driver thing, doing too many orders. Food was cold af, late and somehow managed to spill half my juice.

The courier delivered my order, but I also ordered 10 Mayo chicken , but unfortunately 3 mayo chicken were missing. Did the courier eat it or did someone eat it at the McDonald's restaurant? 🤦‍♀️ Please refund my money!

Absolutely awful experience! Sign showed order ready and had to ask three employees when I would get my order. Meanwhile buzzers going constantly! Ended up with a half cup of coffee!

I had requested no ketchup in my burger and it came covered in it. I had also ordered a smoothie which arrived with its lid off and was soaking through the bag.

The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, but what really stood out was the exceptional service from a staff member named Linda. We had traveled all the way from Edinburgh early in the morning, and my children were quite exhausted. Linda went above and beyond to make them smile, offering them toys to keep them entertained. Her kindness made such a difference, turning a tired moment into a joyful one for our family. A huge thanks to Linda and the friendly team at this McDonald’s for making our day! We’ll definitely be back.

Specifically wrote and asked and paid for sauces. Idiots man!

Delivery took over 20 minutes to come even though it’s a 5 minute drive. Food came & it was cold. Delivery Driver was on the wrong streets. I had to go out and find them.

large drink was half full and leaking, courier was not going to take it back, but I gave it back and he said that he would return with new drink. that was four hours ago,so claimed a refund. very bad service and not happy, it's a disgrace.

Absolute joke driver picked up our food then done another delivery before ours food was missing items and stone cold driver never even had it it hot bag then proceeds to tell me he doesn’t care if it’s cold it’s not his problem and to get a refund !!! Just eat are a joke now they really are

Absolutely shocking service waited 50 mins for the food! When we finally received our order we had no food In the bags as the driver has collected another order and gave us the peoples drinks instead of our food so now we have zero food!!

A real Big Mac as it should be. Not too salty, the lettuce fresh. Not soggy. I haven't had such a good Big Mac in a long time.

Why is it that if the driver can’t find your house they just mark your order as delivered?! £20 down

They gave me 3 cups of coke and nothing else. I’d ordered a bunch of food. One of the cokes was leaking and soaked my couch and living room floor with coke which took ages to clean up. This kind of thing has happened too many times and I won’t be using just eat again.

Don't usually enjoy fast food, but I enjoyed this MacDonald. Chicken burger was small but very tasty.

The service is beyond slow. They had obviously forgotten about my order as they were handing out orders with numbers much higher than mine and handing out the same item as I had ordered.

Driver spilled my drink and the wet bag leaked onto my newly mopped floors and the food is stone cold.

It is open till late. It has a regular genuine vege burger not a vegan patty. There is limited sitting. Some of the sweet n sour sauces and cuhttenies are different. The rest is usual

nice setting . staff helpful and listened to order have found ask in all McDonald,s to get burgers meat free as this means the salads and cheese wee don't like are left off after the burgers are cooked. One of the friendliest McDonald,s my family have visited

Order left sitting outside front door door - never knocked to tell me it was there - they were supposed to open the door and hand it into me as I am disabled - fed up with these just et delivery people not following a simple instruction-

Showing as delivered - order has not turned up! I've put in a refund request but obviously that doesn't cover my delivery fee. Not impressed!
