Last day for the fountain ,had a few kebabs out here for a few decades,best in stirling ,knew haki for 40 plus years TOP GUY. all the best for you back in turkey,will miss this place ,take care ma pal

Food was disgusting! No one could eat any of it. Waste of money

Paid £20 for order. Ordered Pakora chicken, along with other items. Only received 2 chicken pieces of Pakora, the rest were filled with non chicken pieces. You can tell the difference in the photos. Very disappointed.

What a joke. Ordered chicken pakora. Had two pieces of chicken. Photo explains the rest. Two pieces of actual chicken. Also a rip off.

I ordered my food two hours ago the delivery estimated 30-55 min then the restaurant/driver had declared the order delivered when it was in fact not, I had called the restaurant and it was yet to leave the premises, shocking customer service. Not to discredit the restaurant as the food is always top notch but the delivery driver/time was severely disappointing

Best place for their donnor kebabs. None of the rubber stuff you get everywhere. Meat that melts in your mouth. The chilli sauce is handmade in store and that is also delicious with the meat and salad in a pitta. I can still taste it now. Won't go anywhere else now. Trust me, the kebabs are the best in town.

For a long time fountain food was Such a hit or a miss they have upped their game massively recently and u can notice food is way better chips n cheese so nice

I ordered a jacket potato and it was absolutely disgusting!

Was a small mix up with delivery time, but Fountain staff were so helpful sorting and keeping me up to date. Food arrived only a little later than originally planned and was piping hot and delicious as always. Great service. Thanks

I’m writing this on behalf of my daughter. She ordered chips cheese and donner from here tonight, and while the service was good the kebab didn’t taste like kebab and was really greasy!

waited almost 2hrs for delivery shop 5 mins drive away. Fries soggy and warm.

Delivered really late and 1 hour 30 mins after order was placed at 12:10 (midnight). By the time it arrived everyone was in bed and doorbell woke my baby up. Opened the bag and food was cold. Went straight in the bin and no money back

Courier went to wrong address and when I got it it was cold and not enjoyable

Cancelled double order, restaurant were amazin just eat cant respond to a simple request 5 starts for resteraunt 1 star for just eat service

We were sent the wrong order - ordered one döner and one chicken kebab and received two döner kebabs.

chips weren’t fully cooked when ordering sauces they decided to put it all over meal instead of seperate

Amazing food! Have ordered here for years don’t know why it gets so much hate food is delicious the delivery time could be bit better but other than that 💯👌🏻

Wow just wow had a doner kebab it was amazing, just visiting used to reside here 30 yrs ago and the food was amazing as back then you will do your father the previous owner back then soo very proud, thankyou also for your friendly service

I got a kebab from this folks long tile ago and I had a bad experience in the toilet

Actual worst meal I've had in my life !! Cheese was still frozen on the chips the kebab meat was like chewing greasy leather! And the doner wrap was basically a chip wrap soaked in shi**y garlic sauce ! No wonder they're selling up ! Avoid or most likely sit on the toilet all night wae ring sting

Food was Luke warm pizza was not hot not even close it was dried up rubbery pakora was reheated tasted ville no crispness nothing again cold very very poor food for 0rice i paid disappointed. I should have gone to shop took food back but my son was in bed . I don't know how long the food was with just eat driver as it had not just left chippy as was not hot and was to dry and rubbery

Order didn’t even come and they charged me for it, would like a refund as that is unacceptable

My kebab was the wrong size & really didn't taste so good. I phoned the Fountain & spoke to Big Colin & he apologized & he arranged for the proper kebab to be sent out to me the following night. When I phoned wee Colin was on the ball & took care of everything for me. Thank you big Colin & wee Colin & the delivery driver Brian.👏👏👍

We drove there for 15 mins as it was only place opened till 1 am. We arrived just after midnight and been refused service as it wasn’t busy enough and they had a quiet night… but the place was still opened and the guy was smoking in the door. I guess that’s for the better…

Got a kebab from there, most vile kebab if ever had, like leather, solid, kebab sauce tasted like bolognaise but extremely salty. I complained n got told i would get a refund from just eat if i hand over my food to the driver when he comes to the house, no refund, no food! I basically paid for nothing! Staff are very rude! Do no recommend! Honestly never again!! 🤢🤢

Fountain is always first class!

The food was delivered without any knock on my door or any phone call. By the time i noticed it had been left, it had simply been left at my doorstep by which point a cat had got to it. Common sense would dictate just to take it back. No knock. No phone call. Now I have paid £8 for a cold pizza half eaten by a cat. Absolutely ridiculous and I want a full refund

Food soggy, cold and some burnt pieces of pizza. Phoned restaurant to complain about food and were told someone would be out again with a new delivery and this never happened. Would never use this restaurant again. Very poor customer service.

Never got food tried to cancel some people need to sleep hopeless ! So yous are ! Good luck !

No apparent use of an insulated sleeve for the pizza. Food was so cold it needed heating up in the oven.

Kabab meat was stone cold the meat Was very dry However i brought home heat up and added tescos garlic chilli sauce Best kabab meat by far in the area top marks

Food was freezing by the time it got here. Was 30 mins late and no apology from driver. Can’t get through to restaurant phone just rings out.

Fritters were dripping in so much grease it went through the wrapping and covered everything else. Had to dry them out with kitchen rolls to soak up the grease! Burger bun was burnt black along 1 part. Definitely won't been ordering again! Was only lukewarm like it sat in the car in just the plastic bag it was delivered in rather than transported in an insulated bag.

Food was cold got message at 7.46pm to say food on way but didn’t get food till 8.12pm

Food was rank, kebab meat n chips! Was rotten, the jebab sauce was watery n tasted like bolognaise for some reason, was greasy aswell!

No salt and vinegar as I wanted fried pizza a bit burnt

Always a good place for your mid night craving. Chicken tikka kebab is my favourite here. Staffs are friendly. Would recommend.

Fresh, fast, and tasty. Order prepared really well taking into account the special requests in the notes. My favourite kebabs in town.

Was told to phone on arrival as the buzzer for the flat doesn’t work. Received a phone call from the restaurant that the driver was outside and had been phoning. I had no missed phone calls. The number he was phoning wasn’t correct at all.

I've recieved the food late , doner meat feels like the lamb spent all hes life in a bath of salt and the Saslik ( the more expensive dish ) had one small piece of green pepper one slice of onion and 3 mushrooms and came wrapped in aluminium foil instead of a proper container

Good food would recommend to everyone use this place

Food arrived after the estimated time and it was only warm not hot. An already longer delivery time estimate than most places on just eat so it being late meant we waited over an hour. Would have left more stars if food was hot as it was ok overall.

Great portion sizes. Great chippy chips. Lovely special fish. We will be back soon

I have used the Fountain for many years customer service is brilliant very friendly and just about as good as tonight's Chicken and Pinneapple Pizza It was outstanding, Enjoyed Very Much So
