Nice experience to have morning hang out here! Provide best morning delight! But only thing is the sausage all are made by beef, might not suit to Asian ppl!

Absolute disaster. Went to the drive thru, ordered meals for a family of three. Was asked to wait in the bay while order was prepared. Arrived home to eat together to find we were a meal short. It was paid for ,is on the receipt. Phoned the local restaurant, could only get an answering machine. Other than travelling back to the restaurant at my inconvenience there seems to be no other way to rectifying the problem. Totally infuriating, lesson learned, check your order before you drive off even if you have waited longer for it.

McRib was tasteless.Banana milkshake had absolutely no banana flavouring in it .

Come in you lot, stop your complaining, the staff are doing their best, found them pleasant and friendly, yes there was a wait but if you go at a busy time you can expect this, enjoyable food as always.

I wouldn't normally review somewhere like McDonald's but today visit was exceptional. I got a milk shake and a single shot espresso with the intention of mixing them both but the staff had done it for me legends. Then half way through my meal I realised I was missing a burger so asked one of the floor staff and she came back with my burger and some fresh fries. Can't complain with will definitely be back to this McDonald's

Tomato sauce on Big Mac, past 3 times never got my points on my app and they charged me for the food i was redeeming with my points. One of the worst McDonald's in Scotland. Edit: Went one more time thinking I could grab the family a quick dinner, sound plan you'd think, gets home, mine isn't in the bag, and they wouldn't answer the phone. Absolutely raging, actual square go'n the 12yo trans student manager next time I pass by.

The amount of times I’ve had terrible service or just uncooked meals or finding egg shells in breakfast bap and why is the chips always white and tasteless? Possibly the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to some McDonalds trust me but I only go because of convenience and regret it every single time! Disgusting food DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I've never been to a McDonald's where the staff were so attentive. We came here recently with our young girls after a day at the Safari park and we were so so impressed with the level of service. It was very busy when we were there and we had been waiting for quite a while for our meal but before we could go up to check on it the manager came around asking everyone how their food was. He apologised and got it sorted it all for us (turns out that there was some sort of mix up but he rectified it immediately). On 2 other occasions while we were eating our meal another different members of staff checked in on us and other customers to see if they could help us with anything. The staff were very quick to clean tables and other areas (e.g. we saw one girl collecting litter that was blowing around the drive-thru). The staff were also just really kind. Once I had finished my meal I decided to order a mcflurry before we left. I sat down to breastfeed my baby while we waited and my husband was going to collect it when it was ready but our toddler needed to use the toilet so he brought her and by the time I went to the counter to collect the mcflurry it was a bit melted. The girl behind the counter noticed it had been melting and immediately made me a fresh one (which I didn't expect or ask for as it was my fault it had melted). We felt really looked after which isn't really something we expect of McDonald's as a franchise. We had a better experience here than we've had at some really high-end restaurants. We got the impression that the team worked really well together.

OK for a quick service stop. Didn't get the order right so had to pop back in. Luckily we had stopped to eat as would've been annoying if we were in the car having driven off. Quick to rectify and food was alright, just standard McDonald's. Places to eat outside and was relatively clean.

Assembling the wraps perfectly, on the other hand the sandwiches aren't really that... The pickle was totally out of the Burger. The triple cheese looked like the Tower of Pisa. That said, order service is done quickly.

I stopped here to go to the toilet and also get a quick bite to eat, a small burger or something I wasn't sure but ANYWAY, after i ordered my food I walked into the toilet. pee. everywhere. first of all it flooded out into the hallway and I wasn't sure if a child was running around and did it or if the staff are just totally negligent to the point where the toilets were flooded with pee. absolutely DISGUSTING I've never seen anything like it and I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy, as I walked to the toilet the pee was splashing on my trousers and going through my trainers and into my socks. the toilet was absolutely filled to the brim with it, it was yellow. there was no flusher as someone had broke it off. I Washed my hands, VIGOROUSLY. and as I opened the door it flooded out again and there was a small child running through to go to the toilet and slipped and hit his head on the floor instantly.

My family always meet up here as a halfway point. The staff are always very friendly and attentive. Lovely food of good quality and warmth, which we especially appreciate on a cold day! The place is also very clean and tidy, despite being incredibly busy. 5/5 every time. Thanks all!

Sat in car almost 15 mins after paying before getting my order was handed my mc flurrys 5 mins before rest of order was given out window do they not reslise in this heat there going to melt quick the 5 cheesburgers were discusting my dog loved them the sauce was plastered over the burgers far to much and they tasted salty uaually this place is ok but thats twice this has happend in a couple of weeks seems when they get busy there just interested in getting the food out fast enough and dont bother that it looks like q dogs dinner my dog would prob give this place ☆☆☆☆☆ but from me zero

Got the Oder completely wrong and the quality of the food was terrible. No mozzarella bites came with the order, the hattrick burger had no onions and a ration of sauce, we were given 9 chicken nuggets instead of a Big Mac and the wrap appeared to have been assembled by a child. Lovely workers but how you can get an order that wrong, I don’t know.

Horrible service, made us wait for 10 mins in the drive through before telling its going to be 10 to 15 more mins before we can order. Rude staff

Recently came here for lunch. Located right near the Stirling Castle which is the town's main attraction. Food was fresh, service was friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

One of your care operators were amazing! She was so kind! We loved her, she deserves a better pay if I say so my self But there were some downfalls to this McDonald’s we ordered food and we didn’t have enough money to pay in cash so we did £20 in cash and £5 in card And Brandon was serving us and he took 15 minutes to get someone to help him and then Maggie came and said are you guys ok and she told Brandon to serve us and he got someone to help and we paid then we went to wait for our food and Maggie said she would bring our tray over to us instead of us carrying it. Absolutely shocking experience again, I cannot believe that this particular branch is still active.They simply fail to get orders correct whether you utilise the drive through or the automated system inside. Once again we had the inconvenience of having to return to the store only to be met with attitude problems. The staff don't seem to care about customer service. I'm not surprised that the majority of there reviews are 1 star. If there was a negative 5 star option that's how they would be rated. Stay away...

The team that keep the place clean were doing a fantastic job! One of the nice McDonald's. Which are getting rarer, normally they are sticky with rubbish left everywhere. Well done to the guys there for having high standards.

Regarding on today’s interview with McDonald’s at Stirling Drip Road, I was discriminated and questioned whether I filled in the application myself all because I showed up to the wrong location. She never introduced herself when she came up to me and just said “well why are you late” and I had told her I’m sorry I had went to the wrong location and she said well I have other People to interview so you can wait until someone doesn’t show up or leave. This was my first ever interview and she had decided to discriminate me never introduced herself and I’m sorry that I’m young and am eager for a job but have some respect when looking for People and you wonder why they are always hiring? Just full of disrespect and even the members of the staff felt sorry for me. I know I'm young but all I’m looking for is experience of an interview that I didn’t get and working in a busy environment. Next time maybe the interviewer needs some tips on how to actually interview someone without doing everything wrong like she did. I may be young but I’m not stupid, I know lots that should be going on in an interview probably more than her so next time anyone considers looking to apply here DONT.

Ordered through drive through, asked to wait in a bay for my food. Still waiting 20 minutes later, had to leave my car and go into restaurant as others who had ordered after me were getting their food. Staff inside had no idea where my order was, finally found it and it had been sitting waiting to come to me. No apology although if I was prepared to wait even longer they would redo my order from scratch. I couldn't wait any longer so took cold food away. Manager on duty was rude, shrugging her shoulders at me as if it was my fault I was leaving with cold food. Absolutely shocking customer service

Why make screens available to children during meals? Is there not enough elsewhere the rest of the time? It's certain that it takes up less space and costs less than a playground but still.... In this place there was a family, each ate in silence on their own, very young children absorbed by the screens while their parents were scrolling on their phones... Great atmosphere. For the rest, fast and efficient service, complete order, clean toilets, nothing to say on that side.

It's a McDonald's and yet they still manage to impress me with how useless they are. Order is wrong or half of it missing half of the time, If you want a mcplant good luck without waiting 15 minutes; staff will even lie to you and say there is food ready when there isn't and you'll have to wait anyway. Public toilets have better service.

Disappointing staff, on a drive through service an item of my order was missing, went to the restaurant to collect it, then was met up with a manager smirking away saying they do not have that item, either I can wait 5 minutes, refund or substitute, her attitude makes me believe they could not be bothered letting me know they are one item short and because I was a drive thru customer they were hoping I will drive away missing an item

Is this the worst McDonald’s franchise in Scotland?. Consistency of service is huge here, consistently bad!. You are guaranteed sub-standard service every time. There is persistent change to how orders are handled, with the ability to add to an order at the window having apparently now been removed?. I’m baffled, you arrive at the order screen and the first thing asked is “have you ordered on the McDonalds app today?”. No is the answer, however that is a great reminder that I should collect the points. When the app is opened an ad pops-up to encourage you to take advantage of the offer of the day. Having already given my order, I asked to add the offer of the day at the window. I was told to do this if need to drive all the way around again, followed by “that’s just what we’ve been told”… “we’re not allowed to add to orders because the kitchen gets confused”. Then I was told it’s because there are two tills, one which handles orders, and the other handling payments?. Now really baffled and searching for the truth and some logic, I spoke to Cameron the Assistant Manager (you need to get a new badge by the way, what’s the point of a name badge where your name has worn off?). Anyway, more excuses and more “that’s just how it is, it’s not lies or anything”. In the end, having witnessed three members of staff bluff their way through not taking my order fully or payment, I was put off entirely my meal and cancelled. Sadly, this experience and excuses about technology are common in this particular location. Strangely, I never have a problem in the franchisee’s Morrison’s location. I can only guess the leadership in the Drip Road drive-thru is not as good. Hopefully you can take some constructive criticism here and make improvements. If your kitchen is easily confused, change the kitchen, not your customer service standards.

Was good for McDonalds. I was ecstatic all my food was warm for a change. I must add that the bad experiences of cold food were in Broxden, Perth BoD Aberdeen and Incshes Inverness.

Maccys is always massively underrated! Somewhere quiet to sit with a laptop, good Wi-Fi, better coffee than most chains, and usually pleasant staff. Order electronically with table service, no standing waiting!

This morning lovely staff made my daughters birthday special by writing happy birthday on her breakfast. Thank you for being so lovely.

A great place to stop for a break. Great staff, very quick service, and the standard McDonald's menu. Also the parking isn't usually too bad.

Standard Maccies. Easy parking. Convenient for Sainsbury's.

A shambles at peak times, especially the drive-thru.

Bought a Chicken and bacon wrap for lunch and it tasted off, unfortunately I’ve now had gastrointestinal problems since. Wish I had taken it back but was in a hurry to get to my next appointment. Put me off them for life

Best big mac I've had this year

Busy. Carpark bad. Chips always under portioned. Have more luck getting ur order correct if u use a machine. Staff r nice but not enough support. Also pressing the button to say ur orders ready before it is to keep the computer data on waiting times at a minimum isn't fair on the customer. Mobbed with just eat and Uber eats. So much orders that it's not exactly fast anymore.

Simple and reliable, drive through very busy better to park up across the road and order on app then go in. It is technically a city though so lack of an abundance of space is understandable.

3 x times repeating order at the drive thru before they thought they had it. Got to the payment window and they hadn't. Went through it all again, 3 times then gotbtonthe delivery window and still the wrong order. Had to then park up to wait for food. 15 minutes later, still nothing. Went in, got a refund and went to Burgerking.

Back here again! This time without the kiddies. I have to say we come here every sunday and are greeted by the same lovely young girl every week!!! And gosh do they make this an enjoyable feast. This time I adventured I devoured a lovely Mighty McMuffin. AND OMG !!!!! Better than my own kiddies! Absouletyl lovely and my server jeniffer must of put some magic into my meal it was serenading my tastbuds like I was the queen of the world! Yummy yummy in my tummy!!

Burgers and fries cold and when I went to collect my apple pies as they weren't given and I was ignored by several members of staff and only after about 4/5 minutes standing and waiting someone finally asked me if I was only. This is totally unacceptable!

Went with the kiddies. THEY LOVED IT. We of course went through drive through (we are not weirdos!!) . We were greeted by two lovely young ladies (cant recall there names). Any whoo, got couple burgers and chips and kids went crazy for it. WAS DIVINE. Clearly fresh grown and made.

Called in for lunch on a long trip home. Lovely place for a stop off and leg stretch and of course food.
