Great noodles every time, highly recommend.

Hardly any sauce on both meals when we selected three each which is disappointing as it ruined a good meal

Ordered our dinner for tonight through the Dr Noodle website, received the confirmation email and made my way to the store. Upon arrival I noticed I had received a follow up email cancelling my order because they were “TOO BUSY”. I would completely understand if this was actually the case, however, the only people in the place were the staff sitting around already checked out for the night 20 minutes before closing time. Given this was ordered online and paid prior to collection I’m curious to see how long it will take to give me my money back. £20 down and a waisted trip, won’t be wasting any more of my time or money with a company who clearly care more about going home early than they do the customers who pay their wages.

Excellent food, I had a small chicken noodles tub with sweet chilli, and it was like a main meal. Loved it.

Took at least 43 minutes to deliver. You advertise 15 to 30 minutes

Only one thing for me there needs to be more beef for the money other than that very nice

My wife and I ordered two small noodle boxes on Saturday night, ordered chicken, noodles and a variety of veg in each box. Arrived with chicken, noodles and sauce only - no veg - tried calling but phone was off the hook all night. £22 for chicken and noodles? Nope, I don’t think so, will spend my money elsewhere next time! Not happy.

We decided to dine here and the moment we entered we were immediately greeted by the 2 boys on the other side of the counter with smiles on their faces. They pointed us to the menu and gave us time to order as there was a lot of decision as there was an alright selection. The prices were a little high as we were between £9 and £10 for our boxes each, however the boxes were very full and very well presented. The regular boxes hold so much food we couldn’t finish them. The staff let us know they could close them up and bag them for us to be taken away and eaten later, and said it could be stored in a fridge for up to 3 days. Which made my lunch for the day after easier. The staff were exceptional and offered us a stamp card. The atmosphere in the restaurant was really nice, the booths are quite isolated and comfortable. Very nice variety of music was played and the staff were having a blast singing away.

Great spot for casual dining. Polite staff and fast service. Food was hot, tasty and reasonably priced. You can eat in or take away. There is also outside seating. Would highly recommend.

Got to be a total waste of your money the food was really bad I would have been better going to the McDonalds

forgot my irn bru despite me paying for it reminds me of when i would order still water from them and they just put in sparkling

Not happy with the service because the delivery person was in such a hurry that they put my food on the floor outside my door. They didn’t even ring the bell!

The worst noodles I have ever tried. Very past. Just like very tough meat. The appearance is good but the taste is very bad

Terrible no chicken or veg that I asked for in either they few bits of chicken that was there was chewy and in edible extremely dissatisfied over 20 pound for a load of noodles and rice

I have eaten at Dr Noodles in Glasgow, Dundee and Stirling and they have all been great. Food is delicious.

The food isn’t too warm and I asked for 3 sauces and yet the rice box is really, really dry. Not good 😔

left outside in the rain found the box soaked through. no call or text to say driver arrived.

Didn’t receive my order couldn’t even get through on the phone even tho app had said food was delivered !!! Shocking paid for food I didn’t even get and restaurants phone is off.

I am local and been coming to Stirling for 5 years plus and I've had to change my review due to lots of smaller problems (that I believe stems for some of the staff) Last 10+ times I've ordered for my daughter and partner (who only eat broccoli) they have been wrong sauce and veg wise even when the place is empty, as I always take away we only find out when we get home. Came to a head recently when we took our daughter to get noodles at opening time 11:30 to be told another 20 mins and after coming back after those 20mins was told a further 20 mins which led to us not having lunch as we were catching a train. (Some) Staff members seem unengaged and distracted. I love this place and it's disappointing to see this happen and it's making me just want to stay away, I'd love to see if others have noticed this.

I want my order Refunded as asked for no onions and there are onion in the order.

Amazing I usually go for large noodle box with chicken all the veg sati teriyaki crispy onions on top, staff super friendly 😊

Ordered regular noodle box, chicken with all the veg plus paid for extra veg I also Ordered 2 sauces ( satay & sweet chilli) I received a noodle box full to the brim with noodles 2 small pieces of chicken 1 piece of broccoli and it was draped in extra hot chilli sauce which I did not order and I couldn’t even eat it so went straight in the bin totally disappointed and waste of money!

Went in today, with 2 friends hopefully to collect last remaining stamp on loyalty card and claim free box for a friend. Was told that wouldn't be allowed therefore we all ordered separately as I couldn't claim free box at this shop as i would need to fill card out then come back another time. I asked to get my card stamped for the purchase of my own regular box of noodles to be told no as I had asked to use student discount. I have collected 9 stamps all used in conjunction with student discount so either all other 9 staff are untrained or the staff this morning were being prickly and difficult for no reason. One of my friends suggested claiming a stamp for her regular box of noodles to be met with a shoddy look from server's. She paid full price and paid for extra sauce . Mind you both the box with "extra" and normal amount looked exact same . Shop didn't even turn over open sign till 11.52 either . Highly Dissapointed in the service today and atmosphere shown in store u would expect after purchasing 3 boxes of noodles total 2 full price a stamp would be allowed. Only returned today to fill out loyalty card as the place in stirling can be hit or miss with food quality. Hopefully staff get better training or have rules for loyalty cards displayed more clearly in future.

no spring onions for the 3rd time but they gave been charged. Ordered extra sauce and got white clumpy rice. rice was hard and uncooked. really enjoyed it in the past but gave 3 chances now and the orders are just getting worse. I am a regular customer and was always happy but the standard went down.

Best grub me and ma dad has tasted from just eat 😋 will definitely be ordering again. Dr Noodles are class 👌

First time trying Dr Noodles today. Never even knew it existed but I’ll be back! The noodles and beef with their Riccardo green curry and satay sauce was savage 🤤😋 Not a fancy restaurant but a good spot for meeting up with friends and trying something different!

Got 2 boxes with noodles instead of 1 with rice

I had a bone in my noodles from here and when I went into complain about it the boys just smiled and shrugged there shoulders and told me it is frozen cooked chicken they use!??? Then how could there possibly be a bone in it!!

Fast service, good food for a good price. Never been disappointed.

We ordered for 1230 but it was 1pm before it was ready. The update on the app suggests the delay was with the restaurant, however when the food arrived, it wasn't nearly as hot as it normally is. In fact was more lukewarm than hot.

Just what the Dr ordered. Upon arriving the establishment was very quiet. Just the staff there. The property is clean and tidy, though it looks a little tired. The food was exceptional. Freshly made, full of flavour and made rapidly. I wish there were more options for the veg add-ons and maybe peanuts ( I know I know allergies). It always adds a nice surprise crunch to your meal. I can see it's popular with the locals. As the longer we were eating. The footfall was regular. Would I go back ? Yup sure would. Next time I need a belly full of goodness.

Paid extra for broccoli & spring onions, barely had any. Tofu was extra and I had 4 pieces. Both boxes had requested 2 sauces but barely any covered the noodles and had to through together something at home. At £10+ a box, it was ridiculous and not the first time this has happened.

Did not get the extra sauce that was ordered &payed for

The food was delicious but I did find a piece of metal in with my food which is not great obviously

The food was lovely, delivered on time BUT was totally thrown back by the delivery guy mouthing “a£&hole” when walking away from me. Thought I was hearing things until I watched my doorcam footage and he definitely said it. Very disappointing and I will never order from here again.

Hiya I did not receive my extra tub of coconut sauce and was given sparkling water instead of still water which I absolutely detest folks. I am unwell so am just going to bed xx

Never had a bad meal from here till today. Got 2 sauces and a didn’t even look like it had 1 on it was like boiled rice rammed into a box with a couple bits of chicken.

Overall food was good. seems like less sauce than last time.

The meat in the dishes are very little.

Dr Noodles staff very helpful and friendly.

The food was great as usual but the delivery driver went to the wrong place and I had to wait over 30 minutes from time I had asked for which led to me losing my scheduled lunch break at work.

Selected for it to be delivered at 6 and it was perfectly on time and the food was still hot.

As much as i got it early the order is incorrect

Just had a lunch with my wife here..and we both loved the delicious noodles with spices m, veg, chicken and king prawns. Very friendly staff. Will definitely be back.

Hardly any meat or veg even though we asked for extra veg. Very stingy portions of meat/veg. Far too many noodles.

One order was fine but the other had beef and broccoli but no onions or spring onions although they were listed on the order. App hard to use to see when to expect order

Young lad working today around 15:30pm no customer service had to tell him what I wanted rather than him just looking at me not asking which is there job to do so , I get the same thing from dr noodles every never change it up and was the worst Iv ever tested, won’t be back to the Stirling one again.

The rice arrived dry with no sauce and apparently no refund as “All of our Restaurant Partners have their own recipes and cook in an individual style, so the taste, smell and portion size of a dish can vary depending on where you order it.” It didn’t have any sauce and was dry rice. Very unhappy with service and reply from JustEat. I did try calling restaurant but no answer.

I received someone else’s order, tried ringing shop various times, no answer, raised with just eat and await a response!

Always good quality and quick delivery - the satay is supposed to be mild though, but it was really spicy... also paying to add broccoli and only getting 2 tiny pieces is a bit disappointing.

Food was half hot and half cold beef was like it had been lien for a week then they put it in my delivery and Brockley is ment to be green it was brown looked out of date worst place in stirling@

Cool little noodle shop. It uses a bit of a Mongolian bbq style, where you select your flavors and they make it for you. It was yummy and the prices were reasonable. The staff was nice and friendly. Kids loved it.

90% noodles, 5% tofu, 5% veg. Very expensive for what it was.

My usual noodle place. Ordered tofu noodle boxes but received chicken instead. Couldn’t eat as we’re vegetarian. No refund :/

Great food, exactly what it says on the tin with many combinations to choose from and very filling. Kids like coming here which is great and gives me a day off from burgers and chicken nuggets. Staff are always very nice and welcoming.

Last two times I’ve ordered and got no sauce, ordered extra veg, which you pay for, and received next to none. Used to be really good. It’s not now. Won’t be back

The driver is to old doesn’t understand how to work sat nav and technology watched him stand at other side of the street not even trying to find address old and confused

The noddles were cold and there were like 3 pieces of broccoli and the delivery driver was so rudeonce he got here as he went I wrong address first then when he got here he refused to bring food Upto flat door I told him I had got 2 little ones up stairs and he's wasn't bothered I had to leave my 2 under 5s in the flat alone to collect food that was cold and basically just noodles sauce and meet overall not happy at all

Rice was hard and as feel like it was a completely different dr noodles from when I collected it . Consistency is key

Came to Dr noodle as they have several vegan options. Love the noodles here and have travelled back from Bo'ness several times.
