KFC Dundee, Angus in Dundee City

Had been to a meeting in Dundee so took the chance to get a KFC, The place was quite quiet so i had very little time to wait on my food. The chicken was above average, The Gravy was thick in texture and very good. But the chips were sparce and burnt , If there was 10 chips , they were dry and over cooked. I pointed out to the girl behind the counter that the chicken was good, But the chips were dreadful and sparce, To be fair to her, She asked if I wanted another portion of chips , But looking at the chips on offer, The bags were again sparce and burnt. For £9, This was a horrible visit and I wont be back.

Missing items and disgusting food, chicken was so dry and it’s so pricy for what is it, a few bits of chicken for £20, totally waste of money.

Really impressed worker was really nice and the food came very fast and it was really hot restaurant clean not too busy but one problem the ordering machines were broken but still very impressed

Place needs a good deep clean, carpets on entrance covered in debris, brown sauce sachet stood on and squirted over the floor. Place looked really dirty. No crushems on a weekend, straws at counter covered in what looked like melted chocolate. Only sachets of mayonnaise and brown sauce no ketchup. Pepsi max tasted flat and seemed the mix wasn’t right. To top it all both kids had pop corn chicken and were up during the night feeling sick. Won’t ever be back for the price of the food there it’s def not worth it , tbh if it was free still wouldn’t eat it.

Was in here a few months ago and thought it was a bit grubby, thought it might have been a one off, unfortunately not. Wasn't that busy inside but there was bits of rubbish on the floor, not big bits but stuff that could have just been hoovered or brushed up. Gents toilets grubby and stinking of urine, obviously no regular cleaning rota. Completely off putting, won't go again.

Placed my order using the in-house console. Waited quite a while, (for a fast-food restaurant), for my order to be attended to. What looked like a manager was piling up bags of chips ready to be used. Therefore, by the time you got them, the chips were look-warm. Ordered a normal size and a large. They came in different packaging but contained the same amount of chips. The chicken, when it arrived was warm, and most definitely not crispy. No flavour at all to the batter. My order when it was called, was handed over, with a "Thanks, Bye". You would then think all my items were included. Not so. Just as well I checked in the car as all the drinks were missing. When I went back in, it seemed it was my fault. Nothing to do with the multiple servers standing about chatting with one another. This is one KFC you may want to avoid until corporate can sort it out.

I love the food but I am so fed up of missing items almost every time and guess what ? You guessed phone lines are closed! disgraceful. I ordered a portion of chips for my grandson, its the only thing he can eat from there and these were missing, now I need to look for something to make him for supper - totally defeats the purpose of paying £3.99 for a delivery!!! I will be contacting you tomorrow for a delivery fee refund, this was not the drivers fault, please pay attention when signing off orders, its happening far too often, very angry right now !

KFC. Really? I bought the new 'premium' Watermelon and Lime refresher and I am traumatised. As I paid £1.49 for what looked like dull musky pink SPARKELING water. Don't get me started with the taste as it made me sick. KFC please I mean PLEASE do better next time and the advertisement

absolutely outraged. came here today got a meal, was lovely…. BUT i have been robbed of my money. later i asked for a crushum and didn’t realise i paid them £3, i looked the total price came £1.99 NO CHANGE GIVEN i am outagred. nearly gobsmacked. i’ll be letting lyndsey know. they had no corn, but corn on the wall??? false advertisement. they’re currently locking inside i’m scared and lonely. i went to get a spoon, WAS GONE. to conclude, i want my money, want more spoons, want corn, and the drive threw to be wheelchair accessible.

Went to drive in sat for 25 mins behind 2 cars in front when I finally got to till they tried to overcharge me twice .told them to shove it and left hungry won't be back again.

Visited on a Sunday afternoon, wasn’t busy but still waited longer than usual . Only drove to park next door to restaurant but when opened both the chicken and the chips were Luke warm at best , requested drumsticks but all the chicken pieces between the two meals were breast. Well done KFC , YOUVE LOST A CUSTOMER.

Went there twice on separate occasions they either mix parts of your order up with your groups if you do a group order Or don’t give you it at all

A pleasant stop on our way up the road. No complaints with the order and the availability of the Vegan option meant my wife had an enjoyable meal too. We sat inside and it was really quiet (no queues at the payment machines). The staff were polite. The cleanliness could have been better although in all honesty, not overly bad. I always vouch for a ‘Mighty Box For One’ and a ‘Zinger Burger’ chaser. It never disappoints! I genuinely can’t see myself ever changing haha.

A couple of weeks ago no milk so no coffee Today no Salt ,no serviettes ,dirty tables and a group behind us making a racket at first I thought it was some football Club having a chat through their game there were McDonald’s carrier bags on a table as well But I think it was a KFC meeting If it was it was not very good for sit in customers as some were eating McDonalds or Burger King I can forgive most things at this awful time but NOT DIRTY TABLES ,Not NO SALT or SERVIETTES a trip to Asda would have got salt and serviettes Staff were friendly enough food was good as was the coffee Shame on the Management

Went to camperdown store drive thru. Ordered 2 trilogy meal boxes and was asked if I wanted large meals so said yes. Was handed large drink cups which had ice in them so asked for them to be filled. Was abruptly told that that was a large drink so asked what I was paying extra for. No answer from server and told " have a good day" Got to park (less than 5 mins drive) opened the boxes, regular size fries not large and 1 bag had 11 fries in it. Even counted them cos didn't fill the bag, the other bag had 10 fries in it. The burgers looked like they had been thrown together with mayonnaise all over the side of the bun, the boneless fillets were tiny, the popcorn chicken boxes were also half full and the food was cold. Was absolutely furious and tried to call restaurant 4 times but no answer. Avoid the drive thru or check your order before you drive away. Needless to say I won't be returning!

Still an utter nightmare trying to get near the place due to the queue for McDonalds. Marshalls in place but still not a great layout. Even before lockdown access to KFC always restricted by McDonald queues.
