Hatleys in Clackmannanshire

First time ordering We had 2 pizzas to takeaway both pizzas were tasty and hot when they areived. Happy to use them again ,

The Best food and service we have experienced in a long time from a chip shop , me and my husband really enjoyed our meal and the friendly banter of the staff 🙌🤩

We ordered at 7:15 and were told delivery would be 9. This was pushed back and staff said it would be there ASAP. It finally turned up at 10:05 and was cold and the wrong order. Would not order again

Have visited this place few times over the years and will now certainly be my last.Special fish was tasteless and chips worse ever.

Get from hatleys quite a lot.since they started uber eats they have been terrible.everytime we order we have had to wait over 1 hour after expected delivery time.called them to be told it was just leaving.got it delivered .the calzone tasted like dough it wasnt even cooked properly.had to bin it.tonight got a delivery time of 8.15 .called at 8.40 to be told they were just making it and it would be about 30 mins.id have gone somewhere else if I knew I had to wait this long.they just lie when u call.they shouldn't be taking ur order and money then not delivering the goods.absolutely terrible

We ordered a delivery of a couple of Fish Suppers. The meal was warm but the food was shocking. The batter on the Fish was like rubber. Absolutely awful and fish inside was dry as stick. Won't ever be back

I always frequent here for my fish tea it's very nice clean good customer service responsibly priced delicious food it's worthy of trying having been to good and bad chippies this is a definitely good chippy

Absolutely disgusting!!! Arrived late food cold half the order was missing , the “free” items advertised didn’t come either None of the batter was edible tasted like rubber Calzone pizza was just a pizza of fat I might as well of put £20 in the bin

Not only was the food delivered an hour and half late the Food delivered was way under the legal temperature requirement. Adding more insult hair contaminant. What a waste of time and money.

Absolutely disgusted! Chips were green and a supper was missing which I never noticed until the driver left. So basically I paid for nothing because I never got a refund or the food I paid for. Items always missing they're a joke!!!

Thought we’d try Hatleys when staying near by for the weekend and wish we had checked ta reviews first! Chips under cooked not what you’d expect from a chip shop which is surely one of their ‘specialties ‘ think we’ll avoid if in Alloa again

My 15 year old daughter worked her for 3 weeks, was never paid. Health and safety issues +++....presured her to work lunch time shifts although the knew she was at school doing exams and staying on, then asked did she know any freinds who could work lunch. Was mocked (shamfully, unlawful) by foreign delilivery drivers. No response from owner, no pay at all! Child exploitation...please avoid

2 hours and 15 minute wait on a delivery which they then cancelled because they were closing and the driver was finished!!! Now facing a fight to get a refund as I pre paid on the Just Eat app. Absolutely livid

I visited this chip shop because my usual one was closed - and I regretted it. It's not exactly an haute cuisine item and most places can make a passable effort at producing a fish supper. Not Hatley's, I'm afraid. I will not return.

Bought chips and fish from here and never again, as it's local thought would give it a try, the chips were cold and think they must have been cooked some days before, its one of the only times we've ever had burnt cold food, would never again return and would advise eating elsewhere even if it means travelling any distance, we ended up putting our food in the bin and going elsewhere. Not even our dog ate any of it.

Sitting in car we enjoyed a roll on chips and they weren't stengie with the amount fair enjoyed it heard they do small fish suppers at reasonable prices at lunch times

We used to get our takeaway from here every Saturday for months.It has however gone down hill dramatically recently,the last order we had a couple of weeks ago was the final straw.The chips were horrible yet again and my husbands pizza was like rubber,so now we've taken our business elsewhere and definately won't be using them again!

Fish supper - Where do I start...chips were OK...fish is absolutely covered in thick batter its still raw...fish is cooked obviously because of the heat...but the batter is disgusting, wet, soggy and raw !!!...oh and the prices are ridiculous for a small village.Review is of the new Hatleys KINGLASSIE.

Pedimos una pizza de cena crunch comer solo como mi amigo sugirió este lugar era decente. Ahora no sé si he sido mimado como mi local chippy en cerca Clackmannan es muy bueno, pero tengo que decir que fue horrible. Las patatas fritas eran poco hecha y parada, crujido pizza era pequeña y casi no cubierto en masa. Sólo voy a asumir que personas buenas críticas a este lugar, no sé qué se supone que un buen "fish and chips" como sabor. Una cosa buena que tengo que decir es que el tiempo de entrega fue muy buena.

Pedimos un Kebab de pollo y verduras calzone. Nos llevó unos 1 hr entrega 20 minutos y estaba fría. Kebab de pollo tikka o picante era difícil decir () estaba tan hecha que era incomible. Verduras calzone era 3 / 4 hamburguesas vegetarianas empanadas cocinadas en un pizza dobladas cubierto con queso. Nunca se pide de nuevo aquí.

I used to love this chippy but definitely went down hill rapidly think it's under new management sausage supper and fish used to be beautifully cooked now it's greasy bland rubbish staff are fine premises is clean but cooking of food is well below standard it's quite difficult to find a decent chippy in alloa nowhere produces food on how it used to taste

Me encanta este preparado para cuando yo vivía en Alloa, fue mi ir a, pero recientemente ha ido cuesta abajo rápidamente. Fuimos allí para una comida rápida mientras visitamos a la familia. Las pantallas no funcionaban, pedí una cena salchicha maltratada y una cena de pescado. El bateador era demasiado grasienta, acabamos tomando el bateador fuera y herramientas en la papelera, las patatas fritas eran poco hecha y no tengo ni idea de lo que estaba. La cena de pescado es habitual el bacalao o abadejo. . Todo el pescado. Este era gris. Seguro decir el total mucho fui a la papelera. No se tocar el lugar de nuevo.

Use the chip shop on just eat often, they do pizzas, kebabs as well as the usual chip shop food,...

Several times now we have ordered Diet Coke with our meal only for them to show up with normal coke. Generally they return in an hour or so with the correct order but tonight they are a no show. Really poor and a shame as the food is good. Massively let down by this consistent lack of attention. Not good enough.

Yo siempre vamos a Hatley para mi cena de pescado, y nunca defrauda! Personal amable, buena y las instalaciones muy limpias que nos tomasen nota recomendado

El pescado y las patatas fritas eran muy buenos, junto con un servicio amable, de buen tamaño porciones y muy buena relación calidad-precio. No dudaría en volver.

I've had some bad fish but this was the worst for ages - to make it worse there were 2 fish to make the portion - chips were good but the fish went in the bin as batter was soft and chewey - awfull

Probamos algunas comidas de Hatleys se realiza y los de pescado son excelentes y variadas, hay un menú muy variado, el lugar es impecable, el servicio es genial.

This is probably the quietes Indian in Alloa why that is is a mystery as the food and service is amazing

Very average fish n chips, go to bridge of Allan chip shop for a decent fish supper. Tried a calzone tonight super dry not nice best go to curry central for. Such a shame it used to be a good chip shop, New management I guess.

You have to try hard to beat this place. Fish and Chips are cooked to order. Staff are cheerful. Well done!
