Burger King in North Lanarkshire

Third time we’ve ordered from here, third time it’s been wrong. The order is wrong every single time. First time we received no fries at all, second we got a wrong burger and they were cold and third time the burger was covered in onions despite me requesting no onions as I am allergic to the sulphates. Twice we went back to the restaurant to have the orders remade and they messed up again with one of them. It’s like they can’t read a screen or something. They’re not busy either so don’t give me that lame excuse. Just go to mcdonalds instead although they aren’t great either!

Visited the restaurant Monday 13/2/23 at 1.20 pm Ordered food then waited 25 on it Only getting it after complaining about orders after mine being served to then see the staff then deciding to clean the coffee machine while my food was getting cold took a cold drink instead of waiting despite having paid for a hot coffee to then when I opened my order found soapy water bubbles in my chips and my burger ( whopper meal ) had no tomato or sauce or mayo only a couple of pickles and a single piece of lettuce and a single small piece of onion all of which was cold I tried calling the restaurant several times only to get an answering machine - which I left a message on but as of yet have not had a response from

Used this place 5 times and twice order has been wrong.Today it was a simple order of 2 meals and a bag of chilli cheese bites.. got home and no chilli cheese bites. Called to complain but customer service non existent. Will not use this BK again.

This is the worst Burger King I have ever came across not once has the order been right I have given this place at least 4 chances to improve hoping maybe it’s just new inexperienced staff but no it never gets better the food is always cold drinks are always ran out there is never any ice and the staff just look bored ALSO WHY WONT THEY SERVE YOU anywhere else like McDonald’s / kfc or even any other Burger King there is the option to use the stupid machines to order but there is also the option of being served by a human if you are uncomfortable using the machines or are confused by them most elderly people would struggle with these so would avoid at all cost taking grandkids in etc and when you ask can I just be served it’s a firm no then they just walk off you can’t even get salt I was told we already salt them so you don’t need to who are they to tell me how much salt I can have I doubt this place will last much longer i for one won’t be back

If i could give minus points i would, staff at this franchise couldnt find their backsides with both hands, placed an order for delivery and half was missing, they dont answer the phone when you try to resolve the matter, absolute disgrace and a waste of a retail unit

Sent a message to burger King. Ignored completely. Food is not good .ordered was wrong .charged full price for wrong food .stay away from here .customer service is shocking.ordered 2 double whooper meals and was given 2 cheese burgers at drive thru .got home meal freezing and food awful .won't take calls .got email but total waste of time .just fobbed off .don't waste your money with this clown outfit. Go to macdonalds

Ordered chicken royal meal,chicken nugget meal a kids burger meal,i got the royal meal the burger meal had sauce on it,so granddaughter refused to touch it,and didn't get any nuggets,but got a extra royal,but as the meals with the problem were for children,they wouldn't take the royal,i went on the phone to bugger king 9 times and never got through,when it did,i was cut off,then phoned just eat who kept asking different questions but getting nowhere,so we ended up with no tea,have left messages for them to get back but heard nothing, im a pensioner and cant afford to lose £25,90

Ordered at drive through, got home and only 2 meals instead of the 3 I paid for, can't get them on the phone as they just don't answer, total shambles. Husband now on way back to shop to get new meals. So much for fast food!!!

Ordered food online and collected. Got home to discover no chilli bites. Drove back to store to collect only to be told that they have run out of chilli bites. Not happy asked for refund only to be asked did I have rest of food that I left at home. Would only refund me for the chilli bites which was the main part of the deal!!! So to get a full refund I needed to bring rest of food back for them to bin!!! WELL DONE DANIEL THE SO CALLED MANAGER AT THE TIME!!!!

Visited last week, there was two customers and still waited 30 mins for 3 meals. Once given meals order was wrong, asked for plain whopper and was given one with all toppings- went to get it changed and wzited a further 10 mins for fresh one, buy this time meal was cold. got back to table to see they had forgotten chips. Staff rude and more interested in gossiping about eachother. Halloumi fries were disgusting, hard and chewy. Onion rings had no onion in them, seemed to be just batter. Whilst inside overheard 2 other customers complain about wrong orders. Food that was wrongly given out- such as our whopper with toppings was thrown in the bin alongside other peoples wrong orders- such a waste (youd think they would just let you keep that and give you a fresh one also?) Many customers complaining about this. Do not recommend at all, especially for the price.

Cheesy bacon chicken meal ordered. Opened it at home and chicken was a reheat all discoloured and hard. No onion no bacon no lettuce. Looked and tasted awful. Put in bin. Shocking food for £7.79. Not happy one bit. Bought 2 meals and got 22 condiments in the bag!!!!

Used drive through. Good as expected. Car park/entrance is very confusing and badly planned out! It feels as though not a lot of thought has been put into the layout of the drive through and car park.

I asked for a vegan whopper meal. when I got home it was a meat meal. I went back and the person there said they don't do vegan whoppers, its plant based whoppers. Very smart

Arrived at new Coatbridge establishment at 8pm. Car park confusing. Queue looked small but took a long time it seemed to get to us. Toddler v excited. Staff seemed inexperienced and not interested at all. Advised me they won’t take Cash cause Covid. (Strange inconvenience when both KFC and McDonalds on the same strip both accept cash) Lass advises they’ve ran out of popular kids juice. We chose alternative. The inside looked clean and modern from the car. Was handed a bag. I immediately turned and said to my partner. “Does the bag seem light to you!?” Famous last words. Partner checks. Says things look there. We get ushered along. We drive 5 minutes home. Sat down to eat. No sides!! Talking missing 9 chilli cheese bites, large fries. But they remembered to include the dip. Baffling. So I literally got a chicken burger and chilli dipping sauce. Partner fuming. She’s worked in FF before. A manageress. She wanted a refund to her card. I rang the number ten times in a row. No answer. Prompting me to leave a voice message. I never did but my partner did. She said the voice box was full (of complains like ours) They clearly do not listen or care. All in all. Won’t be back. Prefer Cumbernauld’s anyways…

I went in for the first time as the drive trough wasn’t too busy, one of my burgers was wrong so I went back and they gave me the right one+ a large portion of chips no questions asked! The staff were great and so...

Like I said, the food was delicious, the drive through was quick and the staff absolutely amazing. I want to praise the girl working at the drive through in particular, with the round glasses, we had some trouble with our payment and she sorted everything...

Utterly shambolic.. kids wandering about not even acknowledging you are there and looking really put out when you ask them for help! Drive through is closed (card machine not working) and you need to order on the app and that seems to need a degree...

Ordered through the app and set off to collect. Used the app to say 5 mins away. Food was freshly prepared. That’s were it ends. Asked at the collection window “was I the share meal” had already said twice to others my app order number....

Ordered from here tonight. Ordered 3 sides and 6 dips. None of the dips arrived. Everything was stone cold and then bit into the burger and it tasted disgusting. Opened it to find the salad is all rotten and off. Gross! Will not order again.

Shame really as this is a new joint and they need to awe customers. Not scare them away with such poor combo, the salad was way due it's past date and yes people may think that salad is for decoration but believe it or not....
