KFC Kilmarnock in East Ayrshire

Dreadful experience. Twice drive through order wrong, then a miserable, obviously unhappy in her job manager literally chucking stuff in a tipped up bag. Total incompetence #one job

Ordered on machine, told to take ticket and take to member of staff although I had asked for table service, no ticket given, went to till no record with confirmation number I gave. Staff unhelpful, all at grill waiting for chickens to appear. Staff member shrugs What's their shoulder, I don't know. .Manager I spoke to spoke to was like "whatever " WHY HAVE NEW STARTS ON FRIDAY NIGHT WHEN BUSY

Avoided Kilmarnock KFC for years as their staff and premises were just not as good as the other branches but after covid and the refurbishment of their premises started going usually on a Saturday. We never had any problems or complaints and was in the area and decided to pop in today, bad idea. No forks, no Aero ice cream shakes and no Oreo either (then update your computer system to say so) and the 7Up free was just water so went up to get it changed. OK they did seem to be busy at the drive thru and the same person was dealing with their orders and the counter along with another woman who was making up the orders and delivering them to the tables but NO EXCUSE. Waited a good few minutes for her to return for her to day OK 7up is off what do you want. By this time my food was lying on the table getting cold so I just took Tango. The Tango was room temperature just like my food so back up I go again and notice there was a huge tray of ice beside the drinks machine, why wouldn't you add ice and my partner had opted for the Pepsi and he got ice but that was also obviously room temperature when put in the cup. Waitress decided she'd cocked up my drink again so would accuse me of having attitude. No, you do your job correctly the first time then customers won't have to return. The two customers at the table beside ours were also getting the crap service we were getting as they were served half cooked cold fries with their meals. So I will go back on a Saturday to see if I was just unlucky to visit their restaurant on a day when their staff were crap, the service was crap and the food was crap and they don't work at the weekend or to see if this is the norm AGAIN and I have been lucky with the food and service I have received on my weekend visits. I won't right them off just yet but I really don't want to start traveling to Irvine again to just get a decent experience at their KFC.

Just passing through about 6pm and decided on a quick drive through meal, ordered a Colonel's meal at £7.49, drove off north and parked in a dual lane layby. Opened the box and only two bits of chicken were in the box. I thought there should be 3. Never again.

Passing through on a wet Saturday night and thought I'd get a 3 piece dinner to eat further along my journey, once parked up I noticed only 2 pieces of chicken were in the bag. No point in turning back as I was on a dual carriageway and feel cheated as I'm sure £7.49 was for a 3 piece meal and not 2. This is the 2nd time with a problem and will not be back.

Chicken was dry. Fries weren't very hot. It was a shame because it was tasty enough. Service was slow, and I frequent this kfc, and at least they got my order correct this time. Lol.

Went to treat our 5 year old grandson last Saturday night, but seating area was closed due to toilet issue. Ordered a 3 piece colonel's meal, got home only to find 3 legs, no thigh or breast portion. Disappointed or what?

You know the Chicken isnt cooked properly when your get an instant upset belly and it’s time for home for your own toilet.the batter is like cardboard not in the slightest crispy the way it should be..on the borderline this place should be shut down either due to inadequate appliances or inadequate staff cooking just getting there time in,very poor
