went into kilmarnock burger king today for the first time in a while and it was brilliant! absolutely thrilled with it.

Now cannot deal with a human. Not welcoming being forced to use the temperamental new self service machines. Once again another company do no not want to deal with human beings

Shop is an absolute pleasure to sit in and eat very pleasant staff always willing to help you and most of all you get service with a smile manger also makes you feel welcomed the whole staff are an absolute pleasure

Item missing from order and not given refund. By time food got to me it was cold

Worst delivery ever. Almost 2 hours to show up, everything stone cold. Straight in the bin. Stay clear of bk Kilmarnock. £35 wasted, would give zero stars if possible

This place is normally ok but one time they gave me a coca cola that was WARM and i puked it up on the street outside a bus stop i never usually get out on

Pathetic. First time ordering and just like all the other fast food places they’ve forgotten to deliver the main burger of the meal. Genuinely not hard to get right but these places do stuff like this all the time. Won’t be back

food 30 minutes later than initially told - sat at waiting for courier for around 40 minutes. Food arrived stone cold. Disappointing- don't offer a service if you can't support it.

Everything was cold. The chips were frozen and the burgers were lukewarm at best

Attended burger king yesterday and only had cash.. I was turned away at the kiosk by staff and told to use the self service machine I explained they didn't work for cash... anyway the manager then came to look, tried it himself and yes..it didn't work for cash, he was apologetic and very helpful, took our order and the food was good, fast service and warm. Couldn't have been more helpful.. As someone who likes to use cash where I can there should be an easily available way to use cash on the self service machines or let customers know that burger king is card only?... I was working in Kilmarnock and had my lunch out off burger king. Very helpful staff the food was nice and warm just the way it should be not cold like other fast food companies. I would highly recommend it

went into burger king today after having a horrible morning, i was served by reece who was amazing at his job. i got a whopper meal with no tomato and it was perfect! not a tomato in sight 🙌 the chips where nice, warm and had a good amount of salt on them, delicious 😋 🙈

my order never arrived. 3 times now when I've ordered from just eat it has never arrived at correct shop. address is completely different from where they deliver to. it's an absoloute disgrace.

Staff were friendly and helpful, food came quick, can’t ask better than that!

Ordered 3 meals including 2 kids meals. All 3 drinks were missing from the order. Food was also cold on arrival and had to be re-heated before eating.

Machine out of order and too much hassle for counter staff to take an order even though it stated on machine to approach counter with issues 9 people left for the same issue. Given the staffs lack of give a damn attitude and the fact it sits empty and litter strewn on a Saturday evening Burgerking would be as well closing the doors on it. Definitely won't be back and highly doubt the 9 who left at the same time will be rushing through the doors.

Asked driver if my juice was in the bag as they never had it on them, get in house and open up the bag and it’s not there. Driver away before I could ask them to look in car. Ye canny have a burger king without juice, full meal ruined.

Was in a little while back, couldnt be happier with the service, great atmosphere and very welcoming! Would go back again!

Food cold, no refund through Just Eat, spent over 30 quid inc delivery for 2 meals and a side... never again. Delivery took forever to come and we were unable to track it as it only showed an update when driver was outside.

I received my food on time but it was lukewarm.

This branch of burger king is absolutely dreadful. The food is ok but the service and hygiene inside is awful. Your forced to use the screens to order which are not user friendly and if you want to pay by cash or require any contact with someone at the counter it’s a 15 minute wait and even then you only get very reluctant help. The toilets are a disgrace and the whole eating area is dirty with food all over the greasy floor and bins overflowing. Been twice recently and it’s been the same both times. I only returned hoping the first visit was a one of and they were having a bad night. Seems understaffed and an overall poor experience. Skip it and go to McDonald’s or kfc.

Thanks burger king Kilmarnock. I ordered a plain double cheese burger meal for my son. He is autistic and is very fussy about what he eats due to the textures. It was much appreciated that you completely ignored my request and gave me a normal double cheese burger. I now have an extremely upset child. I gave one star really it was zero stars

Got my food at drive thru, fast service, food hot and made quickly.

Ordered at 4.35 didn't arrive until 6.30 changed delivery time late no option to cancel we were leaving house at 6.30 would never have ordered!

I have not received order, its saying its delivered, shambles of a company I want refuned ASAP

Have to say Luke warm burger and freezing cold chips definitely not the best way to attract customers. Coffee was the only decent thing in the place . I would love to be in a restaurant and serve Graeme freezing cold food and see what he has to say about it! Wouldn't go again and certainly wouldn't recommend . If you want decent burger king it's worth while making the trip to Livingstone retail park. Hot fresh food and great staff.
