Burger King in East Ayrshire

Marion on the drive thru was so lovely. I was really thirsty and had already been in the car a while when I stopped to order a drink. She was so kind to me and I think she deserves recognition for that. Thanks Marion!

Staff couldn't of been friendlier, food was tasty and hot and the resteraunt was clean and tidy. Overall are really pleasant experience!

I got there at 10am at opening time on 20.03.24 and was told the driveway is not open as it opens at 10am. I had to remind the young man Lewis that it was already 10am then he checked the time and it was . I asked for orange juice with my order which they didn’t have then after asking for what they had I opted for Diet Pepsi but got offered diet Fanta which I declined. I heard the young man talking to a female supervisor/ manager saying I had asked for diet Fanta which was a clear lie. The manager had the same rotten attitude as she did nothing to correct the situation apart from whispering something to the young man which I didn’t hear but it was clear they were on the same side against me. I understand the young man was struggling with my accent as I was also struggling with his, but he didnt bother to clarify with me . He then started giving me a ridiculous negative attitude. Not a single apology for the mix up. I was the one who apologised. They have no clue that the customer is king . A little politeness goes a long way. I was the first customer for the day with no one else waiting, so there was no need for all the nonsense I got . The worst experience I have had in that place . Completely put off 👎😢

I'm terribly upset by my recent experience ordering food from your restaurant through Just Eat. We placed a £30 order, which included delivery fees, but we received the wrong order. When we called to inform you of the mistake, we were told that we won't receive a refund for three days, and that the delivery driver is refusing to correct the error and bring us the correct food. This is an extremely disappointing service, and it feels like a tremendous waste of time and money. I am extremely angry and will no longer be ordering food from you!

The manager is the most arrogant man ever. Shouting at young girls who are having trouble with the till. Putting unnecessary pressure on people trying to earn an honest wage. Would not approach when asked to do so.

Fantastic service as always in kilmarnock. Food is always fresh and hot. Chips are never cold, unlike some rival venues. Staff are always pleasant and friendly. Lisa is always the friendliness face and can never do enough for you. Accommodates any needs I ever have, especially extra barbecue sauces, because I can't get enough. We will return on a regular basis due to these reasons. Can't fault this restaurant at all.

Was in yesterday with my family to get something quick. Food is always a nice treat and kids love it. Staff are always helpful and Lisa the manager was excellent as my autistic son had a meltdown as the restaurant became very busy. Lisa made sure everything was ok and made us aware that she’d be around if we needed anything else

Visited today and what a difference from a few days ago! Was chatting to the assistant manager regarding staffing issues and my heart goes out to the team here under the pressure they have at the moment. Was in and out within a few minutes and the team couldn’t have been more helpful. More staff are definitely required for busier times but the guys do an amazing job ❤️

I had a very pleasant experience at Burger King Kilmarnock. The staff were very helpful, particularly the young gentleman, Martin who was very kind. He processed my order very efficiently and ensured to meet my dietary requirements. 10/10 service.

Stopped in for a wee meal after getting a tattoo. Jason served us and was nothing but lovely! Very professional and easy to speak to. Just wanted him to have a wee good feedback as he was very kind.

I'm quite a frequent regular, and have never had a bad meal over at BK Kilmarnock, great service from, Marion, Shannon, Sarah, Sophie and Ryan during the lunch hour rush, nothings to much trouble and always smiling and good at their jobs, , would recommend to anyone, keep up the good work,

The food was like there was a party in my mouth and everyone was invited, service was great and the atmosphere was electric much better than those posers over at McDonald’s

Service was fab and the toilets were very clean.

It's OK at best food is normally warm. However it never is here.
