Burger King in East Ayrshire

Ordered double whopper only received single whopper ordered extra portion of fries which were missing no sauces delivered with 20 nuggets!!!

food arrived late as time kept getting pushed back and when food did arrive it was very cold

food was freezing cold, followed the courier on the map & he spent more time fuelling up than he did to deliver our meal, 1 portion of loaded fries was full & covered with cheese sauce & bacon pieces the other was half full if that with next to no sauce & hardly any bacon, bag was ripped open also. Never had a problem with deliveries until now

The driver sat outside the house for 10mins then drove away 2 doors down then came back 5mins . Food ended up being cold

Ordered a whopper meal with cheese and bacon with no tomato , the whopper had tomato so unable to eat the whopper , the fries were stone cold . The second whopper meal with cheese no pickles and fries was also stone cold , paid for a bbq sauce there was no bbq sauce . Very disappointing

I ordered at 19:20. Order arrived at 9pm luke warm. The app says it would be 35-45 mins. Had I known it was going to take nearly 2 hours, I wouldn't have ordered at all. It would have taken me a max of 15 mins to go there myself, order, pick up my food and be back home eating it hot! Terrible service.

All food was cold ordered extra cheese on meal and ordered sauce sachets. None were delivered. Not a good standard.

Burg King, it is what it is. Better than MC's or KFC.

30-40 minutes later than expected, I can’t remember the initial time but there was a delay and then the food arrived cold. Not ideal when paying delivery fees and service charges.

Worst delivery ever. Almost 2 hours to show up, everything stone cold. Straight in the bin. Stay clear of bk Kilmarnock. £35 wasted, would give zero stars if possible

Pathetic. First time ordering and just like all the other fast food places they’ve forgotten to deliver the main burger of the meal. Genuinely not hard to get right but these places do stuff like this all the time. Won’t be back

Attended burger king yesterday and only had cash.. I was turned away at the kiosk by staff and told to use the self service machine I explained they didn't work for cash... anyway the manager then came to look, tried it himself and yes..it didn't work for cash, he was apologetic and very helpful, took our order and the food was good, fast service and warm. Couldn't have been more helpful.. As someone who likes to use cash where I can there should be an easily available way to use cash on the self service machines or let customers know that burger king is card only?... I was working in Kilmarnock and had my lunch out off burger king. Very helpful staff the food was nice and warm just the way it should be not cold like other fast food companies. I would highly recommend it

went into burger king today after having a horrible morning, i was served by reece who was amazing at his job. i got a whopper meal with no tomato and it was perfect! not a tomato in sight 🙌 the chips where nice, warm and had a good amount of salt on them, delicious 😋 🙈

my order never arrived. 3 times now when I've ordered from just eat it has never arrived at correct shop. address is completely different from where they deliver to. it's an absoloute disgrace.

Ordered 3 meals including 2 kids meals. All 3 drinks were missing from the order. Food was also cold on arrival and had to be re-heated before eating.

Asked driver if my juice was in the bag as they never had it on them, get in house and open up the bag and it’s not there. Driver away before I could ask them to look in car. Ye canny have a burger king without juice, full meal ruined.

Machine out of order and too much hassle for counter staff to take an order even though it stated on machine to approach counter with issues 9 people left for the same issue. Given the staffs lack of give a damn attitude and the fact it sits empty and litter strewn on a Saturday evening Burgerking would be as well closing the doors on it. Definitely won't be back and highly doubt the 9 who left at the same time will be rushing through the doors.

All staff, especially Marion, provide such a friendly, positive and stress-free dining experience for our autistic son, who just adores Burger King! Thank you so much ❤️

Food cold, no refund through Just Eat, spent over 30 quid inc delivery for 2 meals and a side... never again. Delivery took forever to come and we were unable to track it as it only showed an update when driver was outside.

I received my food on time but it was lukewarm.

This branch of burger king is absolutely dreadful. The food is ok but the service and hygiene inside is awful. Your forced to use the screens to order which are not user friendly and if you want to pay by cash or require any contact with someone at the counter it’s a 15 minute wait and even then you only get very reluctant help. The toilets are a disgrace and the whole eating area is dirty with food all over the greasy floor and bins overflowing. Been twice recently and it’s been the same both times. I only returned hoping the first visit was a one of and they were having a bad night. Seems understaffed and an overall poor experience. Skip it and go to McDonald’s or kfc.

It was much appreciated that you completely ignored my request and gave me a normal double cheese burger. I now have an extremely upset child. I gave one star really it was zero stars
