Marion is lovely and always very friendly!

Have to say Luke warm burger and freezing cold chips definitely not the best way to attract customers. Coffee was the only decent thing in the place . I would love to be in a restaurant and serve Graeme freezing cold food and see what he has to say about it! Wouldn't go again and certainly wouldn't recommend . If you want decent burger king it's worth while making the trip to Livingstone retail park. Hot fresh food and great staff.

4 stars because softplay was closed and my two kids been nagging me why they can't go there

It was okay, staff friendly enough to approach when I needed assistance on ordering food, which was brought over to my table.

Visited the store with my partner and daughter, we went to the cash desk to be served. We were told rather bluntly by the Manager Danielle that they have just had the self service kiosks installed and that every order had to go through it. However we couldn't get the codes to work, so we asked if someone could help or serve at till. No help arrived so we left and went through the Drive Thru where I told the Manager that her Customer Service was terrible. She replied " Wit " in a tone then said her Customer Service was spot on. Which I can assure you it definitely is not, she has a serious attitude problem.

Service was quick and easy to order on the kiosk. Food was as you'd expect from burger king. Only problem was asked for no pickles and they put them on.

Absolute smashing as always. Smiling staff, good chat, very helpful. Will def come again

order did not arrive, delivery status updated for two hours and then was set as delivered. No delivery made at all.

STOP LEAVING THE COLD JUICE IN THE SAME BAG AS THE HOT FOOD.FOOD IS COLD AND NEED TO BE REHEATED.

The food was good, The only thing that kinda bugs me about Burger King is that I wish the freestyle machines had all their drink options and flavours back as your now limited to sprite, fanta, coke or mezzo mix (coke and fanta aka muddy puddle), but all the Burger Kings I've been to are like that so it's not just the Irvine one...

Staff are always helpful in this branch, never had any issues with the service or the food from here. Never any hassle for the staff if I need anything extra. Makes the experience pleasant

The burgers are getting more and more expensive while the quality and size of the product continues to decline.Stale bun,1 piece of lettuce, basic offering of tomato etc for £8( just the burger).That's not value.I think what I noticed with this restaurant and most in Scotland at least there is no love shown to making the product and what I just mentioned above is the end product

Go to Burger King about once a month. Always been happy with service and staff. Went tonight just after 9pm and were told that the restaurant was closed but we could use the drive through, which we did. Staff very friendly and helpful but unfortunately tonight they missed the onion rings in our order. I always check before I leave but was so tired and just wanted to get home so never checked the order. Got home to discover onion rings missing. Wasn't going to go back so called, at 9:45 but no answer. Will try tomorrow and see what they say about it.

When the order came i remembered why I hadn’t ordered for a while all 3 orders were cold

Not my usual place to eat, gave it a go. Was pleasantly surprised it was tasty ,this was really a one off for me as I usually eat very healthy.

We recently visited Burger King with our daughter, and we were really impressed with the overall experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome right away. They were so kind and attentive, especially toward my daughter, which made the visit even better. The food was, of course, fantastic! Our Whoppers were juicy and full of flavor, and the fries were fresh and crispy. After the meal, we enjoyed some Ben & Jerry's ice cream for dessert, which was the perfect treat to end the meal. The restaurant was also very clean, which made us feel comfortable and relaxed while dining. All in all, a great place for a family meal, with excellent service, delicious food, and a clean, welcoming atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back soon!

Visited today and what a difference from a few days ago! Was chatting to the assistant manager regarding staffing issues and my heart goes out to the team here under the pressure they have at the moment. Was in and out within a few minutes and the team couldn’t have been more helpful. More staff are definitely required for busier times but the guys do an amazing job ❤️ Marion is an asset to the restaurant and amazing at her job ✨

kept moving delivery time until after the restaurants closing time (2200) called them at 2155 and was told no drivers available. which is fine but my order was ready. I placed order at 2113 and received it at 2235 stone cold.

Did not receive all items ordered and have not been refunded for missing items

my last 2 orders have both been incorrect. this time wrong burger, missing sauces. 2 refund requests in a row ive had to make!

I placed an order & payed sugar tax on two bottles of full fat coke & was sent 2 bottles of coke zero which I didn't ask for , both burgers were absolutely freezing along with the fries to. I find this astonishing as we stay literally 3 minutes from the restaurant delivering the food , my burger I asked for was a bacon double cheeseburger xl , in return I was sent just a normal sized bacon double cheeseburger

I’m 13 year old I walked my way into this Burger King and soon as I walked in I felt like all eyes where on me I did not feel comfortable it was just me by my self I went to go get a bucket of chicken and I handed the lady a 10£ note she said she couldn’t accept it bc it was fake I had just cut 1 garden grass for that money and she said she couldent accept it the where really mean and not nice I’m wrong this review to say Burger King staff in Kilmarnock should be fired for the way the treat kids

Chips were nearly cold. Burgers barely any heat. Ingredients looked a bit past their best - unsure if down to dressing table had expired or if the driver had it too long. Usual milestones were met in good time, penultimate "your order will be with you at 1345". Didn't arrive until after 1405. Driver chapped door hurriedly, twice in quick succession - like they had been waiting 20 mins on me - and they had actually ran away when I opened the door. Once had BK delivery do laps of town... poor.

The burgers were terrible, no flavour, tough to eat not hot enough. Cost almost £30 for 3 burgers, 1 scoop of ice cream and 6 chicken nuggets, no fries, no drinks.

Stood for 15 minutes waiting on my order to be taken. Prioritising just eat before counter customers. If this is the case close the done in and serve just eat. Absolute shambles! Ended up walking out in the end!
